Katherin loved the sea. She loved exploring new place. She smiled as her father wrapped his arms around her waist. "Your going to give me a heart attack Kat."

She turned and kissed the old Vikings' cheek. "You know I wont fall Jacque." She teased. Jacque wasn't her natural father, but that didn't mean that she loved him any less. She didn't know he natural parents. She had grown up and lived on the streets until Jacque had taken her under his wing. Nice that night 5 years ago she hadn't had to sell herself in order to eat.

9.Mage/Slave-

Liz loved being a mage. She loved having the power to help people. She studied mostly healing spells for that reason. Today she had been called to the kings throne room. She was excited she had never met the king. She walk through the castle as quietly as she could. Before long she arrived at the throne room. She approached the king and curtsied. "A curse has been place on my daughter. The prophet tells me that there is only on cure. You have been selected to go on a quest with one of my knights to find the cure that will save my daughter."

Liz sat quietly in her cage. She hadn't spoken since her father sold her two years ago. She was glad the slave master had taken them far from her home. The last thing she wanted was the people who she had grown up with seeing her like this. No one would ever trust her father again if they knew what he had done. While it would serve him right, after what he had done to her Liz could bring herself to do that to him.

He loved walking at night. It helped clear his head. After being stuck in an office all day he liked nothing more than to spend dome time outside. Today had been particularly stressful. They were doing cut backs at the paper and everyone's job is on the line. He was relieved to still be employed but he felt bad for all those that lost their jobs. It wasn't fair that hard working people had to lose their jobs just to put more money in the big wigs pockets.

Being free of her abuser was harder than Katherin had thought. Being blind limited the jobs that she was cable of doing. But she wasn't going to let that stop her. She had fought too hard to be free. Cane in hand she carefully made her way to the department of labor. If she could get a job she would be able to move out of the halfway house. Which was the second step in her plan to be independent. One that she was determined to do her best to complete no matter what it took.

13.Beauty and the Beast-

Roxy heard a rumor that a beast lived in the woods just outside of town. No one but the bravest hunters went there. Which of course she took as a personal challenge. She carefully placed her knifes in the belt around her waist and slide two into her boots. Then she was ready to go. She was going to find out once and for all if there was a beast or not. Either way she would be able to prove that she was just as strong as the men they sent out hunting. And she wanted to prove herself more than anything.

14. Accidental Family

Los Vegas was one of Zack's favorite cities. He loved the atmosphere of the place. The city always felt alive to him. He loved the people. They can in all kinds of shapes, sizes, colors, and styles. Vegas would never be a boring town. It had an energy that coukdnt be found anywhere else. It was perfect for an artist like himself. He loved painting all the unique people that he city drew. And it drew so very unique people.

Griffin stormed through the hospital. He growled at anyone that approached him. He wasn't a social person to begin with the situation just made it worse. The one person he loved and trusted in a coma! How was this possible? No one could or wukd tell him a thing. Well he was going to find out. And when he did someone was going to pay. When he arrived at his lovers room his heart stopped. He looked so small and helpless. Why would anyone want to hurt him.

Liz lived a quiet life. Most days she didn't mind but it could get lonely. She didn't regret moving out if her father's house. He had always been an angry abusive man. Being a shy wisp of a girl she hadn't stood a chance. It had taking her years to build her confidence enough to even attempt to leave home. Now she had a place if her own and a job that she loved. It got lonely sometimes but for the mist part she was happy.

Roxy walked through the woods. It was the easiest way to get from her place of work home. Not that she wanted to go home. She wasn't in any hurry to get home so she took her time. Might as well enjoy the quiet as she could. Once she got home she would have to deal with her father and school work. School work she didn't mind so much. But she wasn't eager to deal with her father. He was a cruel man and she couldn't wait until she was able to move out on her own.

19.Peter Pan

Zack sighed as sat on the bridge looking at the water. His mother was gone. He was alone now. How would he survive? He was only sixteen. He couldn't support himself. He didn't want to go to a foster home. But what choice did he have?

Just then a little blue fairy appeared in front of him. Zack was sure it was caused by grief or exhaustion. Probably both in his case. "There is a special place for children like you. Children how are alone in the world. Would you like to come and see?"

20.Pet Sitter-

Liz loved animals so when she saw an ad for a pet sitter she snatched it off the college billboard. She called the number and told them she was interested in the job. She didn't get a lot of details just the day, time, and location of the job. But she wasn't too worried about it. After all how hard could it be to a dog or a cat? The job probably only for her to play with the animal. Maybe take it for a walk. Nothing to challenging.

1.Kidnapper/Hostage-

Katherin walked from the library to her house almost every day. She loved the library. Being blind she was restricted to the audiobooks but the library had a good selection so she couldn't complain. Cane in hand she slowly made her way down the street. The streets were mostly empty this time of day. Most people had already gone home for the day and it was too early for the party crowd.

2.Teacher/Student-

Griffin felt stupid. No matter how much he studied he could figure out the assignments out. He was going to have to ask for help or risk not graduating. He hated to admit that he wasnt going to be able to do himself. But he couldn't fail. He had to graduate. He waited for the other students to leave the class. Once the room was empty. Then he gathered his books and made his way to the teacher's desk.

Zack sat at his desk reviewing is case files. Most of his cases were in the daily check in stage. Most days this was a good thing. But he had been restless lately. He needed a case to get him out of the office. Sometimes such cases were too come. Sometimes they were too far apart. For him it had been too long. He didn't like to be in one place too long. Whenever he was still too long his mind wandered to the past. A past that he didn't want to think about. Which was why he tried to stay busy.

Roxy looked at the screens in front of her. She only understood some of the data that flashed in front of her eyes. What she made out was that she was off course. She blamed the meteor that had hit her ship a few minutes ago. "What do you want me to do about it?" She snapped angrily at the ship. If it answered she didn't understand the message. She accepted that she would crash on a world that she knew nothing about.

5.Time Traveler/Regular Person-

Liz loved walking through gardens. Someday she would have a garden of her own. Not anytime soon she admitted to herself as she walked through the garden. Until then she would have to make do with public gardens like this. She loved volunteering here. It was one of the few activities that her father approved of. She saw some weeds in one of the beds. She bent down and pulled them with practiced ease. There she saw a dark box in the dark. She knelt down and pulled the box out of the dirt. She gently brushed the dirt off it. Curious she opened it. Just as she pried the lid open and was blinded a bright light.

He froze. There it was again. The feeling that someone was watching him. He scanned the crowd but he couldn't see anyone paying him any unusual attention. There were people scattered all over the conference hall. He hadn't wanted to come to the writers conference. It wasn't that he didn't appreciate his readers. Because he did. He wouldn't be able to follow his dream of writing. But he had never been a people person. So he tried to avoid to large groups like this one.
