Hi i have a fact for you all about this rp. World Pulse is a live action series that I am planning. The series and rp are based around the anime World Trigger.

Pulsar Ability Name:
Silver Bullet - Projection of firearm ammunition; aimed, created and fired by mental triggers or physical gestures. The properties of the ammunition are customizable, but not completely so. They must retain the properties of ammo, so to speak. For example, homing rounds or poison darts can be created, but not magic bullets that heal or cause disintegration and such. The default is round shot ammunition.
Personality: Often quick to describe himself as 'painfully average' and 'completely unexceptional', and, in a way, this description is actually true. Hiroyuki doesn't really lean towards any extremes in personality. Versatile, but directionless. A factor that can balance out the extremes of his squad's personalities, but not firm enough to seize true leadership. Has a peculiar fixation with resolving his debts, of people getting what they deserve.
History: It is a mystery. According to himself, it's as generic as his personality and appearance suggest, but local rumor has it that his family is embroiled in organized crime. Or, perhaps, were. It's definitely possible he was adopted, since he looks absolutely nothing like his parents.
