Luna took deep breaths, her body shaking violently from shock. She gripped on Jess' shirt tight. "Desmond...." She whispered and made her voice echo to Desmond only. She could do that to all the ghost, she could have a conversation with one at a time. But it takes a while to do it again.

"Luna... Calm down and tell them I'm fine..." He willed himself closer to her, but his body was a vortex, if he wasn't standing right next to it the pull was excruciatingly... well it wasn't painful, but it was some kind of feeling and he didn't like it. He knew the farther he got from it the higher the chance of the link being broken. And THEN he would die. But he didn't care. He willed every step and with all the pure determination he could muster he spoke to her. "Luna..." He didn't realize his voice didn't just reach her but everyone around, and he became visible to them all. "I'm fine, really. I just need to rest... I'll be good as new in a few days..." He put his hands on her shoulders, and they were indeed on her shoulders. "Then I'll make you a million roses to apologize for scaring you..." He smiled.

Luna jumped and like that she pulled away from Jess. "I-I need to go back...to m-my room" she stuttered and ran to her room, paper floated out of her room and made wings. They connected to Luna's back and she flies away to her window.

Desmond blinked, he hadn't intended that sort of reaction. "Luna..." He grunted and he was flung back to his body, disappearing from the group and no longer having his voice heard. He sighed and kicked at his body, his foot flying through it. "Damn it... So much for calming her down... Hope Jess and them can help her..."

"Desmond?" Jess said. "I'm gonna take your body up to your room." She said as she lit a fire in her hand. "Blow this out if you don't want me to." She said looking up at Luna's room.

Luna crashed into her room, the paper turn into a journal and land on the desk. She felt tears run down her cheek, she didn't even know why she was crying! Maybe because she looked at a dead body and it was a person she cared about. She grabbed a chair and threw it at the wall and hears it smash. The papered wings go back on her and she made them stretch. She needed to calm down, her window closed making her jump and the door locks. Then for the first time since she gained control, she let her powers slip and all the ghost in her room appear and she hugged her knees tight.

No response came to Jess. Comically, the boy was trying his damn-est to blow out the fire but he just couldn't work up the 'determination' to do it. He hated being cooped up in a room when he was in this state, he'd rather be outside, looking across the landscape!

The nurses knew that the kids would come back. They couldn't escape since there was a wall around their property. So they didn't have to worry, they were thinking that since it was the weekend (just going to say it is the weekend) that they would give the kids day offs. But they were thinking about it. They were going to call for Art and craft time in a am hour.

"You sure?" She questioned. "What if the Nurses come looking for you?" She asked, she didn't know how, but she felt a tiny flux in the air around the flame and a gut feeling telling her to leave Desmond there. She looked up at Luna's window again and bit her bottom lip slightly in worry.

Finally, Desmond decided what to do. "Fine, but leave me here for now and go help Luna!" He had to pretty much yell this but to Jess it was only a whisper, on the wind.

She said as she walked over to her hand gently wrapped her arms around her. "Desmond is okay Luna, okay? Don't worry about him...his body just need to heal okay?" She said and kissed Luna's forehead. "Are you alright?" She said looking down into her eyes.

Desmond breathed a sigh of relief as he watched Jess take off. He didn't know if it'd even do any good but at least someone would go see her... He plopped down next to his body and surveyed the scenery, looking for something of interest. He couldn't use his powers in this form and it left him particularly vulnerable... and bored. He stooped so low as to put his eyes to the ground and watch an ant march across the vast wasteland he had created with that attack. As far as he knew, not even grass would grow in this area for years... it's what they said about the area he'd destroyed of his house.
He continued watching ants and all kinds of other creatures crawl across the ground, paying the spirit no mind at all. It was then that a vulture plopped down... right next to his body. "...Don't you even..." He began as if he could actually talk to the bird. It stood there and stared almost directly at him. It seemed like it could see him... then it looked down and started pecking at his arm. "HEY!" He yelled and ran at it, trying to scare it off. The most he did was make it look at him funny before going back to his arm. Sure whatever it pecked off was almost immediately healed in this state, but... C'mon! It's the principle of the thing!

"P-Powers......l-lost control...." Luna whispered in a voice that seemed like she was gone. She gripped Jess' shirt tight, she couldn't barely hear jess from all the weeping and yelling! It was like torture......She felt like she was about to die from the headache. She watched over Jess' shoulder as many people where killing themselves. She wanted to scream!
