She also has a tiny koi fish tattoo on her collar bone which is more visable then her actual Pisces tattoo.
Skills/Power: Power over water. She can do just about anything with a liquid that is mostly comprised of water though it takes great consentration and she doesn't always have it in control.
Location of tattoo: Back of her neck
Bio; Her mother is Irish and her Father Scottish. She grew up well with her mother and father and is known around town for her artistic nature and obsession with fish. Despite being known around town she is a solitary person with few friends, her too afraid they would find out about her oddness with water. She worked hard and graduated early so she could spend more time on her art. She wasn't terribly surprised to be 'recruited'.
