Two years. Two years is all it took.
The Academy was destroyed in the span of two years.
The war was over by that time, and not many were lost. Prophecies were fulfilled and alliances were made.

What now?

Well, let's begin.

"So? Are you ready?"

Kyle only glanced at his sister from the corner of his eye. "I'm not sure..."
Fionna smiled. "You'll be fine... You know how things have been settling for the past month.... This will be good for us... More for you than me..."
Kyle sighed and popped the car door open. "Let's just go..." he said, stepping out of the vehicle.
The two siblings made their way up to their beloved academy, looking at it with warm smiles and minds filled with memories of the past.

Kura walked down the sidewalk, his eyes cast down to the ground. He was a bundle of nerves as he neared his old academy. He was frightened and excited at the same moment, his knees shaking slightly as he walked.

Ari ran out of the bus towards her long-time friend. "Fionna!" she giggled, grabbing her best friend's arm. "Found you!" she said happily.
Fionna laughed. "Hey, Ari."
Kyle smiled half-heartedly at his sister's friend. "Hey there..."

As the students came together at the academy entrance, everyone found old and new friends alike. All were different in their own ways, but all shared the same feeling about the reopening of their academy.

David sighed, sitting in a tree. Looking at the students filing in. The academy wanted him here, and he knew exactly why. His arms were folded across his chest, black hair in his eyes the dragon tattoo that started from his neck and disappeared under his shirt. It was just a black dragon, though not many people would recognize it as Zauhir. Rolling his shoulders, one leg was out streets on the branch and the other was just dangling off of it.

Mike walked into the academy with a yawn and a stretch, his mark had been acting up all night contently changing from golden to bright blue then back to golden again. The mark itself was very strange although it had the look of the Southwest mark there was something else almost like a Z shape nearly. What would be shocking though was that the mark was that of Zygarde, one of the first dragons to have ever joined with a human. He looked up and saw David in a tree so he yelled up "Enjoying the sites David or are you just trying to hide from someone?"

Arianna and Fionna had decided to sit outside on th grass, enjoying the sun and talking with each other. The two girls were practically inseperable once they had met. They were just too good of friends to be anything else.

Kyle had gone inside to the school's large library. He plopped down in a chair and grabbed a book, beginning to read silently.

Kura looked at the doors of the school, hesitating whether he should go inside or go home.

Mizuki sat on a bench watching the people reunite. Hugs and smiles all around. She had never been much of a people person but it was nice to be somewhere familiar.
Leila watched the people from up high in a tree. She smiled as the sun shined on her. "Here's hoping for a good year" She said jumping down from the tree

David chuckled to mikes words, "no not really im just up here to be up here what would you do if you were kept around the academy year round?" He looked down to his best friend, he came down from his spot the tat that started on his neck and disappeared under his shirt flashed a dark green before going back to the black the ink was.

Leila heads towards the school, being careful not to bump anyone on her way in. Had been some time since she had so many people in one place.
Mizuki walked in the school like she walked into any building, like she owned the place. Someone walked right in front of her nearly bumping into her. She shot them one of her most dirty looks then kept walking. Was gonna be a long day

Ruby looked at her uncle, she was send to the academy to learn more about dragons and what it meant to be one. She nodded and looked at him. ''I know uncle.. It's best for me..'' she said and looked around. Her snow white hair was hidden by the hood of her grey jacket. Her face surrounded by the fur of it. ''You will be doing great Ruby, your young and you and Yuuki have a great bond'' he said. ''Yes uncle'' she said and grabbed her bag. She didn't have much for herself. ''Time to go now'' he said and walked back to his own dragon. Ruby smiled and looked at the dragon of her uncle. ''Bye uncle..'' she said and watched her uncle change in his Black dragon form. ''You are so beautiful'' she whispered to the dragon side of her uncle and waited till he was out of side.

She turned around and placed her first steps toward the academy. Their would be a lot of people there, she really didn't like people.. People could act nice and stab you in the back when you were not usable anymore... Like her own parents had done. She sighed and saw the gate dooming up in the distance. She looked at the sky one last time, knowing that the valley where her uncle lived was far away. ''I want to be home.. the eggs will come out soon...'' she sighed for a last time and then walked further, coming to the gates, she saw they were open and so she entered the ground of the academy.

She looked around and walked to the big building and entered that. She didn't know where to go and looked around, her bag tossed over her shoulder.

Kyle wandered through the halls, his headphones over his ears as they blasted music that he could hear bothing over. He gave bored glances to everything and everyone he passed, wanting to he secluded and away from this place he had returned to. He was mostly afraid. Afraid of what everyone that he knew would think about his return. He sighed and just kept walking. There was no use thinking about that anyways. It was time he just let things take their own path.

Fionna and Ari wandered the courtyard, saying hello to old friends abd chatting about random nonsense. Fionna liked doing this. Being back here meant she could forget about everything else and at least relax a little.
Ari, in the other hand, was just a ball full of energy. She loved being around people. Strangers or friends of hers, she didn't care. She LOVED people.

Kura sat in the cafteria, his nose buried in a big book. He blocked out people's noise by doing this. He could read for days and not even notice if a bomb took out the world. He'd still be reading. Kura yawned. I wonder if anyvody I know is here.. he thought, flipping the page.

Ruby looked around, kinda in search for her room so she could put down the little of clothes she owned and just be on herself. She searched and walked trough the hallways as she bumped into someone that was walking there too. She fell on the ground, her bag with clothes and a few books opening and spreading around the hallway. ''Oh no..'' she said and looked up. ''Can't you just look where you are walking ?'' she asked and stood up, grabbing her clothes and putting them back in the bag.

Kyle looked to her, his bored expression never leaving his features. He leaned down and picked up a fee of Ruby's books and held them out to her. "Here.." he muttered, his golden eyes cast to the ground. "..Sorry..."

Ruby didn't know what to say for a moment, then she took the books and put them in her bag. ''Thank you...'' she whispered and looked away. ''Ehm.. Yeah... Can I ask you something? You don't have to walk along or show me the full way... just, tell me where the rooms for the girls are...'' she said, her hood had fallen off and her snow white hair was showing. She putted the hood on again. In a small distance she saw two very happy girls slowly coming to them, she exactly knew that she had to be off before they would see her.. As new girl they would probably wanna know a lot about her. And she didn't really felt like talking with anyone.

Kyle shrugged, nodding in the opposite direction of his sister and her best friend. "Follow.." he said, walking that way. He glanced at her. "I can show you the way..." he said with a faint smile.

Ruby looked at him and knew she had to trust him on this, she just wasn't good at trusting people. She sighed and saw there was no other way, it looked like this male would not like to let her waist his time with a discussion about just explaining. She nodded slowly and followed him, in the direction of the two girls. ''O-okay'' she whispered.

Kyle led her past tjem and down the hall. He occasionally glanced at her, his face back to it's bored expression. He led her through the doors and over to a dorm building. He stopped at the door of it. "Here it is..." he muttered quietly, his eyes to the ground.

Ruby was happy that she had not have to talk much, she wasn't really a talker, until she would trust someone. ''T-thanks'' she whispered and looked away. She really didn't know how to act now. He had been nice and even didn't throw her for the two lionesses that had been chit chatting in the hallway with everybody. See you later.. That she could say but would she see him later and did she even wanna see him again? She didn't know. ''Ehm...'' she muttered and looked at him.

''See you later.. I guess'' she said and the keys her uncle had been send home, she took now out her pocket and with that a little photo fell to the ground. She ducked down to grab it but Kyle could see, if he had the attention for it, that it was Ruby with a big dragon behind her and a dragon egg in her arms.

Tessa laid out in the courtyard, under a small tree, giving her a small amount of shade. Laying flat on her back, Tessa was enjoying being outside, and relaxing. Her bookbag laid beside her, her only reminder that she couldn't stay here for the rest of her life. Completely absentminded from the rest of the world around her, Tessa let out a long deep breath, let the crisp air flow back in, invigorating her.

A strong wind Ruby didn't expect took the picture with her and blew it away from the dorm house. Ruby tried to grab it but was to late, a soft growl leaving her mouth. She opened the dorm house, dumped her bag around the corner and closed the door again, with a little bit of luck not any joker would take out her clothes and hang it around for fun. She couldn't lose that picture, she ran off. Thinking about the young male that stood there and turning around. ''Thank you.. again...'' she said. ''I just have to get that photo back'' she then said and ran off.

The wind blew the picture over the academy grounds and to the courtyard, where it would stay stuck under the bag of Tessa and the ground.
