[OOC] An Unusual City

This is a city where anything can happen made for supernatural roleplay. you don't have to have powers but you can. The goal is to have fun and interact with others.

1. This is my RP. What I say goes. If you disagree with something we can discuss it.
2. Do not attack other characters without approval. I don't mind a good fight for good reasons so before you start one ask me if it is ok.
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
5. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you don't you might lose your character. I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.
7. If you have a suggestion let me know I'm welcome to suggestions
8. You can have multiple characters but ask me first before you make a new one.

Ability: Possession of a Demon Sword That grants him spatial dimension Manipulation in witch there are three ways to use it.
1: spatial rifts. Let's say someone shot a bullet at me. well I could open a Rift to swallow the bullet and reopen it to shot it back. not only that but I can walk through my Rifts to pop out some else or kidnap someone by pulling them in one of my rifts. the Flaw is that all rift lead to the same location, My personal dimension

2; phasing through. I can phase though anything by sending my physical body or parts of my body to my personal dimension

3.???. The Demon Sword has not revealed this power yet.

Personality: Kind hearted,compassionate, caring, charming, intelligent, honest , and every thing else any one could possibly think the term "A good person" is used.
He has a way with girls, a charm to him that makes them feel welcomed, cared for and safe around him. This charm has had more than too many Girl willing to let him do anything and yet he has turned every one of them down. This goes to show that he is a noble and honorable person to. but is any body this perfect? no. Just wait till you meet his second personality! Katsumi is unaware of his second persona but it is sadistic, cruel, sneaky, intelligent, mad, cunning, and resourceful. watch out for any sudden change in katsumi's behavior or you might find your self dead!

Job: works as a waiter and is enrolled in college. He takes after noon classes and works mornings.

Name: Julia Drake Age: 21 Appearance: She has auburn hair and hazel/brown eyes. Ability: She is a shapeshifter combined with adaptability (being able to change your body to your surroundings) Personality: She is compassionate, and fiercely protective of others. She would do anything for her brother, and hopes every day that he does not get powers or join the army or go to the police academy or do anything that would put him in combat regularly. She can every once in a while,when stakes are high or she's scared enough, panic a little and get this anxious desperate feeling that she can't lose another family member, not when she lost her mother to death and her father to his own mind. She's a reserved, serious person in public but her brother and friends bring out her relaxed, cheerful side, meaning she knows when to have fun and when to be serious. Her pride sometimes keeps her from taking offered assistance. She is used to handling everything alone, which makes her sometimes be frustrated with her dad. Bio: Julia had a wonderful childhood. Her father was a history professor at the local university, and her mother was a police officer. She also had a younger brother named Albert. Everything changed when she became a teenager. Her mother was killed in the line of duty. Her father was overcome with grief and never really got over it, he loved his wife too much, and he continues to this day to fall in and out of sanity. This left Julia basically as the head of the family, and she has been running the household and practically raising Albert ever since. A year after her mom died Julia came into her powers, She was frightened by them at first, but after they saved her life a few times she decided to learn how to use and control them and taught herself. She has helped out her mother's government agent friend with her powers in exchange for money and help for her dad, but she has not yet sown any allegiances. Ability: Demonic Flame: Riku has the power of a demonic purple flame which he can do multiple things with.
1. He can use the flame to summon his scythe which is main weapon for combat (if it ever happens).
2. Riku can make demonic circles made out of his flame appear, they can also be used for multiple things like shooting out his fire, foot holds/platforms for falling, and in some rare occasions act like a portal to his home.

Personality: Friendly, kind, caring/cares for others, 50% honest, doesn't trust most people.

Bio: (can I add later I just need to ask one more question)

Job: Riku goes to college and as for work he dose freelance animation and art. In his free time he tries to earn money from writing or making music.

Are they a villain, hero or neutral: He tends to be neutral but to others comes off as a villain looking type.
