[IC] Roleplay Death Battle(round 1) Zaina-X vs Evvie

Setting:Small town.
time: noon

Zaina looked around, and remembered her mission. Destroy the town of where the King lived. But going back in time caused a haywire in her circuits. Now her mission read destroy all towns she arrives in. Zaina stood walking down through the forest to a large stone wall. A guard stopped her. Zaina looked at the guard and slammed him through the wall. The guards fired arrows at her. "Primitive weapons." Her voice said. She picked up a carriage and slammed it into a small shop. A fire began, as Zaina continued destroying the city, The guards attacks did nothing to her. The swords and arrows bounced off her.

The distant sounds of a unknown commotion interrupted Evvie's feast on a roasted deer, the entire deer in a single sitting, mind you, that she herself had caught and cooked with her fire breath and was now digging into with her sharp canine teeth inherited by her dragon ancestry. She had found her prey after spending the morning adventuring out in the woods near the town. At first she didn't want to waste such a good and well fought meal, but it was too hard to ignore her suspicions that it was humans that were being viciously attacked rather then some overly excited hunting party that would occasionally travel through these parts. As she got to her feet she wiped her mouth clean of the gore with her left hand or else she would look even more like a crazy person then she already did with her dirty appearance, disheveled hair, and near naked body, hanging out in the woods all morning. If it was a bunch of humans under attack they might be more scared of her leaping into the fray then they would of their actual enemy. She had made that mistake before, thinking that they'd automatically know she was the good guy, but unfortunately she's been clobbered on the head a couple times too many for her to at least take some precaution now-a-days.

She ran with powerful legs towards the sound that quickly revealed itself to be a battle...or a massacre. She could smell the smoke through the trees, and when she got closer she could see the flames rising above the town's walls. Her cat-like eyes narrowed as she examined the scene for what was going on before her, angry that someone could intentionally be causing this form of destruction. Breaking things could be fun, she had to admit, but not things that people cared about. She then saw the broken and battered soldiers being flung around like child's play. They stood no chance against a mysterious looking creature who was making her way through the chaos.

Trying to get her attention away from the humans so that they wouldn't all get themselves killed trying to fight, she let out a battle cry as she charged forward at top speed. She breathed fire into her right palm, forming it into a four foot long sword of solid flame, which would be ready by the time she reached this horrible foe. Without planning for any mercy she would make an attempt to cut off this thing's head with a horizontal swing from right to left.

Zaina's sonar picked up something running at fast speed. She dropped the beaten soldier and picked up a large piece of wood. It was about 5 feet. Her sonar indicated the thing would reach her in 4 minutes. She gripped the wood. The fast steps getting closer. 3 minutes. The screams and fired roster around her. 2 minutes. Zaina smacked a few soldiers who came up to her. Don't they ever learn? 1 minute. She was ready for what was coming.

Zaina's sonar heard the loud battle cry. Zaina didn't move she stayed in her spot waiting. She saw the girl or creature. She scanned her. "Strange...your not like anything from my time..but you won't stop my mission." She threw the wood at Evvie in hope to distract her. She had a chance to scan the forming fire sword. Again it's something she didn't have in her data banks. She was using something she had no knowledge of.

Although the fire sword wasn't completely formed yet as the wood came flying in she did have around two feet worth to work with in solid form while the tip was just plain old fire flicking upwards in the process of forming. She had to abandoned her attack on her enemy right now and instead raised the sword upwards as she ducked down, deflecting the wood past her as she knocked the blunt portion of her fire hard against the wood's bottom edge. The wood splintered into multiple fiery pieces, most of which zooming harmlessly over her should but some were sent down into her face. She instinctively turned her head and closed her eyes, avoiding damage more serious then scratch marks on the left side of her face. The embers showered her for only a brief moment before going out harmlessly.

She stopped her forward momentum as quickly as she could and positioned her sword into a defensive stance. With her eyes momentarily shut she just remembered that she could be in major trouble so needed to regroup before starting on another attack run. She opened her eyes and looked back where she was last standing, hoping to see that she was still there and didn't capitalize on her mistake.

When Evvie blocked her attack and the wood beam was destroyed. Zaina was gone. She jumped on a roof of a building. She scanned the girl trying to find anything in her data banks. She again found nothing. The fiery pieces of the wood hit her face. She then decided to attack. This thing couldn't get in her way of her mission.

Zaina jumped off the roof and landed on a crate. "I must kill you know. You interfered with my mission and u can't fail." She raised her left arm. The fore arm opened and her cannon came out. She aimed carefully and fired two rockets toward Evvie.

It was good that the being stopped on top of a crate to chat things up a bit, allowing Evvie to locate her just in time. Evvie changed her stance to begin running at her enemy again when all of a sudden two fast moving objects suddenly shot from the other's arm. Some sort of magic?! Evvie sprung to the right as they exploded into the ground where she had just been standing on only mere moments before. She could feel the heat against her body, but just like the embers from before this part did no damage. She was far enough away so that the pressure wave didn't kill her but it was certainly uncomfortable. She scrambled behind the corner of a nearby building, holding onto her ringing ears. During this time she had lost control over her fire sword as it burned itself out into nothingness. She gritted her teeth. So far things weren't turning out very well for her.

She couldn't cover the distance between them on foot fast enough right now so she decided on a slightly longer range attack. She blew fire into her left fist, forming it into the shape of a ball. Peeking out from behind the corner she would look for her opponent, and if spotted then she would extended her left arm out and shoot the fire ball at her chest. If more of those magic explosion things were fired her way then she'd have no choice but to duck back behind the wall and try to find another way over to her.

Zaina watched as the rockets exploded. The explosions destroyed two houses and part of the stone wall. When the smoke cleared Zaina saw the girl was gone . She walked out scanning the area. No where. The girl wasn't around. Her sonar began looking for her.

It began picking up breathing. She looked around. The cannon ready to shoot another rocket. The flames roared and she felt the heat. She then fired rockets at the buildings hoping to draw her out. Zaina fired three away from Evvie her back to her.

With more explosion thingies flying her way she had no choice but to retreat further to the right. Her cover was being blown to smithereens with every attack so she couldn't keep this up for very long, both for her sake and the villagers caught up in this mess. The burning rubble of one of the buildings gave her a smokescreen and cleared a path straight for her enemy, so she dashed inside of it while forming another fire sword in her right hand. It didn't seem like her previous fire attack did much damage but she assumed it was just because she was really good at not getting burned due to that mysterious metal looking outfit she was wearing. In the case of her sword it had physical qualities so she was hoping that she'd be able to cleave right through it, especially with her enhanced strength.

She burst out of the flames, hoping to take her off guard with the suddenness of the attack and the fact that few people would have been able to go through the fire like she did. She lunged at her with sword in hand, swinging towards her neck.

Zaina continued firing til she was down to 5 rockets. most of the buildings were gone now. She watched as the small building exploding to fiery splinters The flames danced around her. "Where are you?" She asked herself. . She looked around the flames. Nothing. No figure, no body. Nothing at all. She scans the area. Zaina sonar then picked her up. She turned fast blocking the sword the cannon. It didnt cut through but it cut the canon slightly. What ever this was it was like any ordinary fiery. The top of Zaina's hand a wrist blade came out.
She swung it at the girl. Zaina hoped to hit the girl's side.

The material that made up this person was awfully tough to only get scratched by her blade. Up close and personal she got her first good look at her, and if this was armor then the woman inside must have been deathly skinny; perhaps a revived skeleton wearing a face mask? She was confused how a skeleton could have gotten a hold on this weird weapon attached to her arm, or how she was talking like she was. Well, what she was didn't matter, so no sense thinking about it too hard and making one's head hurt. She just needed to focus on bringing her down and then she could find out if it was still bugging her.

A concealed dagger began to come at her so she retreated backwards as quickly as possible, flinching as the blade scrapped along to the edge of her belly enough to cut through skin but thanks to her quick step back did not get deep enough to cause any serious issues. She let out an angered grunt as she swung her sword towards the arm with the dagger to try and cut it off or at least force it back a bit so she couldn't get another swing in.

Zaina saw the blade cut the girls belly. It would billed and night hurt but wouldn't kill her. Zaina saw the blood and scanned it. Again nothing. "Fascinating. What ever you are I have no information on it." She looked at the girl. She looked tough. She then looked at the girls horns, tail and wings. She looked through her dats banks, the only creature that had a three of theses features were dragons.

"Your a dragon...my data says they're just myth but I guess I'm wrong." She said. Zaina saw the fiery blade coming at her. She swung hers. The to blades collided. The flames city through the wrist blade. She looked at the hot metal cooled. Zaina jumped back and began to fire the electrical beam.

"I'm...not myth!" Evvie shouted in reply as their weapons collided, her enemy's blade no match for the solid flame that was swung powerfully her way. She let out a smirk as the blade's tip clattered uselessly to the ground and her enemy retreated backwards. She still had to be careful of the long range attacks but was admittedly feeling quite confident that she had this battle in the bag. The wound on her abdomen still stung a bit, but with all of the adrenaline flowing through her veins her mind was focused on finishing off her enemy and not worrying about the small things that her advanced healing factor was already working on.

She ran towards the retreating girl, but before she could reach all the way an arm was raised like when she had fired those explodey things, only this time a beam of electricity shot out. She held out her fire blade, keeping the stream of electricity at bay with the side portion of her blade, but forcing her backwards and nearly knocking it out of her hand, which would make the sword go out and leave her defenseless against this kind of attack. She groaned as she strained against this attack's power, feeling like she could loose control at any second, and even if it wasn't knocked away she could still feel the solid flame weakening where the electricity was slamming into it. She breathed more fire into it, desperately trying to keep it from breaking apart. She knew she couldn't last like this forever but couldn't think of any way out at the moment. It took all of her effort to just keep up with the repair work, far less make it bigger so that she could attack with it from this range. Should she just wait for her opponent to run out of electricity before she ran out of fire? She couldn't jump out of the way in time so as far as she could tell she was forced to stand her ground.

She groaned some more, her feet lowly sliding backwards across the earth as the stream pushed her. For now she'd just remain as is, trying to outlast her.

Zaina watched as the beam collided with the fiery blade. That blade was strong. She added a bit more power to it. But she knew she couldn't hold it. Zaina's beam weakened and soon stopped. Zaina cursed as she couldn't use it for awhile. "In my data dragons are creatures of myth. There is no record of one. I should bring a sample of you back with me." Zaina cannon fired the flamethrower .

Evvie was breathing hard at the end of that exchange due to all of the fire she had to put out. She was relieved when the next attack turned out to be fire, which was nothing but a pleasant bath to her at these temperatures. She used this time to rest, nonchalantly bending over with her hands placed on her knees, her chest heaving in and out. She didn't want to stay inside the flamethrower for too long or else things around her might start burning and then she'd be taking huge puffs of smoke into her lungs, but for now she'd be fine.

If she had time to properly catch her breath then afterwards she'd rush forward to make a stabbing attempt at her enemy's stomach with her fire sword. If the enemy tried to run away then she'd do her best not to let her get too far away, which would give her a chance to fire more of those strange explody things or the electricity.

Zaina froze as the flame did nothing.She guessed this might happen, but continued using the flamethrower. She saw her enemy rush torward her through the flames. She stopped the flamthrower. She tried to dodge the the slashed btu didnt. It missed her stomach, but just grazed it. A cut formed where the graze was. But the fire sword his the gas line to the flamethrower. Zaina froze as a explosion came from Evvie cutting through the gas line.A blast sent her flying.

Zaina hit through a building. She looked seeing her cannon couldnt shoot anymore rockets but could still fire the plasma blast. She would use that later. She only had to shots. Zaina looked down, a few sparks came from her stomach. "Have to be more careful." She pressed a button on her left arm, The steel grappling wire came out. Zaina walked out of the destroyed building ready to fight again

Evvie went flying when her opponent did, crashing into a building on the opposite side. Even with her physical and fire durability it was still a very dangerous blow against her, making her feel achy all over and even sharper pain on her back where she slammed against the ruins. She stumbled to her feet, supporting herself with a hand resting on a pillar until she felt strong enough to walk on her own. Any normal person would have given up and stayed down after that, but she wanted nothing more then to keep fighting this battle through to the end, either to avenge the townspeople or die trying. This was a very tough and close battle, as much as she'd hate to admit it, so she didn't know exactly who would win. Her fire sword had been put out during this time, as she soon realized. She'd have to start from scratch if she were to create a new weapon. While her right arm was supporting her weight she blew fire into her left hand to begin forming it into a 6 foot long spear. With this she'd be able to try a mid range attack, but only if she could finish forming it in time. If not then it wouldn't be it's full length and she'd probably have to use it more like a short staff. She wasn't all that well trained with staffs so would probably just try using it to simply bash away at her. Hopefully she'd have enough time so that wouldn't be neccesary.

Zaina clammed the girl and saw she formed a fiery spear. She jumped up and swung the steel whip. It wrapped around a pole. She swung around it and landed a roof. The looked down at Evvie. She was tough. This explosion would've killed a normal human or even a superhuman. "Your much stronger, then a superhuman." She swung the whip at her

Evvie took that comment as a complement and would have been very happy had the situation been different and the person complimenting her hadn't been mass murdering soldiers and civilians alike just moments prior. She simply nodded her head in agreement, without any words saying "yeah, I know I'm awesome".

A whip came swinging at her, snapping her back to attention. She hadn't dealt with any whip users before now so didn't know any method to go about effectively blocking it. Hitting things tends to work out for her in most circumstances so she swung her flame spear to where the tip of the whip was coming in with the hope of knocking it off course. Unfortunately her body was unexpectedly slower from the damage that she had taken from the blast, and at the close range it made it even more difficult to intercept it in time. Both objects were a blur as the moved in; unknown which one would end up quicker.

Zaina knew that this girl was a bit over confident. She watched as the whip collided. The steel whip wrapped around the flame spear and a not of her arm. She was glad this whip had good range but knew she had to hurry before the spear melted. Zaina pulled whip in attempt to swing the girl around. Zaina saw the end of the whip that was around her turn red .

Evvie was strong but not too heavy given her small size, making it easier for Zaina to hoist her up by the arm and swing her around like a doll. Evvie let out a yelp while she was flying erratically through the air. She tried to stop herself from slamming into things by using her feet to push off of nearby objects, but it was hard to get by with this plan the entire time, enduring a few bruises along the way. She blew fire into the left, free hand to try and form it into a ball so that she could throw it at Zaina while this was going on. Hopefully it would damage her and force her to let go, or at least serve as a distraction.
