Basically the gimmick of this RP is going through the general storyline of Gundam Wing and seeing how the players will change things. And how this works is that the players will be replacing the leads as they go through the events of the anime and cause some deviations that will change how the story ends.
And if somehow possible then we'll move to the events of the move: Endless Waltz. And just for fun if we want to enter a bigger train-wreck then we can do Frozen Teardrop.
So yeah you can be a pilot or perhaps take the place of some other named character.
Not many rules other than casual standards apply and the guild ones
And I guess to keep it interesting since the rp is an exercise in seeing how things deviate.
