I'm just going to put this out there, humans have an almost unbelievable ability to rationalize events that don't fit into the way they view the world unless they are presented with undeniable proof. Now I don't know anything about Delsin but if he doesn't live in a world where reality jumping is commonplace then it is unlikely that would be the first thing he thinks of. Even Terra who comes from a game were other worlds do exist would not think of it first and may indeed reject the idea if presented. Each character would likely come up with a scenario that makes sense to them within their world view. Wheatley might think this is a very elaborate test chamber with subjects recruited around the world. Terra probably thinks this was Kefka's doing.
The point is jumping to the conclusion that we are all from different worlds may be a bit premature especially when there are so many more likely scenarios. Such as maybe this is a prison for conduits or else a very large lab designed to test stimuli responses or really anything else. Just because in Delsin's world the possibility of alternate realities is present doesn't mean that it is the first thing he would assume unless of course he already believes in them.
