**Name of faction:** Ma’loren Clans **Species: **Ma’loren ** Species Description:** Ma’loren stand between 6’-8’ and average weight is 230lbs. The Ma’lorens bodies are covered in tiny scales which have boosted carbon. The Ma’loren’s have incredible strength due to the tiny fibers that grow woven through their muscles. Their bones have added carbon for strength. With an average lifting capacity of 450lbs they can easily lift their own body weight plus. Added muscles in their legs give them greater speeds. Ma’loren average speed is 35mph while sprinting can reach up to 49mph. They have four fingers and one opposable thumb per hand. They possess small claws which are frequently trimmed. They lack visible ears, have two sets of eye lids one for allowing them to see during the day while the second allows them to sleep. They have two slits downward oblique slits for their nostrils. Their eyes are adapted to see at night and limited light conditions. They have no hair and no real distinguishing marks except for small horn like objects that protrude from their head. **Temperament **(Ex. Hostile, Peaceful, Neutral, Greed driven ect.): Waring **Number of planets in control:** Two **Senate Role:** None. **Technology Level (1-5):** 4 **Weaponry:** Plasma and Projectile. **FTL ( Yes, No, Explain ):** Yes, their ships have the capability to open window like gates which allow them to almost instantly transport to another location. The Further the distance the longer it takes to move from one side to the other When entering a gate they enter a realm they call “The Inbetween” If one were to divert from the input coordinates it would cause the ship to reenter space in a random spot. **Homeworld:** Ma’tuh **Description:** The Ma’loren homeworld is massive, the world its self is very hostile and has not yet been fully explored. There are few animals in which are not classified as predators on Ma’tuh. It has large lush forests and a few small oceans. Described in the Galactic Travel Guide as “Incredibly hostile, Hunters frequently visit to test their skills. Often times losing their life. Travel is not suggested. The Cities are often like the wildreness and incredibly dangerous as the Ma’loren dislike outsiders. Though in rare cases permission can be gained. Comfort Rating: 1/10, Danger Factor: 8/10, Fun 2/10, Scenery ?/10, Overall rating: 2/10 **Defenses:** The cities are walled, and protected by shield generators. Each city has Anti spacecraft stations built to destroy targets within orbit. Each city has battle droids which are programmed to fight enemy ground units. The world itself is protected by a grid of large stations designed to destroy enemy ships, carriers, and other similar vessels. They’re armed with an array of weapons from a massive plasma cannon, rail guns, anti-missile systems, anti-small ship turrets, and missile pods. **Culture:** The Ma’loren were born into battle. From the start of their civilization they worshiped war carnage and death. They live by a strict warrior code, honor system and caste system. From young ages the ma’loren learn to fight. They fight each other, their surroundings, and predators. Their life is a constant struggle especially for those who live outside the cities. Every Ma’loren male joins the military except for the few who are not physically capable to do so. Females join but most often stay behind to grow food and take care of all other positions. All Ma’loren are capable and very well versed in hand to hand combat. Almost every if not every member of the species learns to use a Plasma rifle or some sort of ranged weapon. **Space vehicles: **All of the Ma’loren ships are built similar to swords very tall and very thin. There are multiple variations but almost all focus on offense and defense instead of speed and agility **Hol’va Class:** The largest class ship in the fleet it boasts Multiple Mass Cannons, Plasma Cannons, Anti-Ship weapons, anti-missile weapons and missile pods. They have five massive Ion thrusters. The hull is four times as thick as average ships. It has four shield generators, each one adding a layer to the ship. The ship can be flown with a crew as small as 20, and can hold up to 5,000 crew, with 1,000 troopers, 1,000 fighter ships, and drop ships. **Hol’ka Class:** Is the second largest ship it acts as a carrier, and has more defensive weapons. Anti-ship, and Anti-missile. It has five shield generators, and has 10 meter thick reactive armor. The ship has three large Ion Thrusters, and can hold 2,000 crew, 500-600 troops, and 4,000 fighter ships and bombers. **Hol’sa Class:** A small ship with limited weapons and armor. Used primarily as troop transport. it has 500 crew, and 4,000 troops for a limited time. It has Three Ion thrusters, 5 meter thick reactive armor, it has four plasma cannons, and anti-ship weapons. It has one shield. **Hol’fa Class:** A ship used for stealth missions, it has reactive armor, active camouflage,acoustic camouflage, built with slopes it hides from most radars. Its outfitted with large rail guns, and one plasma cannon its capable of getting behind enemy lines and dropping off elite troops. **Hol’la Class:** Built for battle it is outfitted with many weapons, and shileds they’re used as rams for enemy lines causing disorder and confusion. It has four ion thrusters, can hold a crew of 250, and has three rotating ion cannons,three rotating plasma cannons, and four rail guns. They have anti-ship and missile weapons. They have two small missile pods used for offensive purposes. It has 20 meter thick reactive armor. **Land vehicles:** **Ga’hul:** An in atmosphere gunship, loaded with Plasma repeater capable of firing 2,500 bolts a minute. They have several small Plasma cannons, and one light rail gun loaded with High explosive rounds. **Ga’sav:** A Six legged walker built like a beetle, it has four large plasma cannons mounted on top with several small plasma turrets. **Ga’kol:** A Mech suit that stands 16FT tall, it gives the Ma’loren the ability to hit with 3,000lbs of force and has two plasma repeaters mounted on its for arms. Two missile pods on its shoulders, and several magnetic weapons mixed into the hand like stumps at the end of the arms. It has one hidden static discharge weapon. **Military Units:** All infantry like units possess power armor, giving them greater strength and speeds otherwise unobtainable to their normal bodies. Many of the soldiers also go under bioimplants, and other augmentations. All power armor has an Energy sword, or a Plasma sword in the lower back of the suit. **So’Ma:** The Traditional Units of the Ma’loren. They wear battle armor, coated from head to toe in power armor. They have small energy shields, that keep minor damages at bay. They’re armed with Standard Do’Va 2.3 Plasma Rifles, and Plasma side arms. They’ve trained a majority of their life and drill every other day. On the off days they see to their personal training. **So’Ba:** The Heavy units of Ma’loren. They wear upgraded battle armor, giving them more protection to outweigh their lack of speed. They have heavy shields allowing them to take multiple direct blasts or hits. They wield Do’Sa Plasma repeaters, or a shoulder held rail gun capable firing HE rounds at targets. On their left arms they have massive shields attached. **So’Ra:** The Special forces unit of Ma’loren, they wear light weight armor and have little to no shields. They’re outfitted with prototype weapons and receive training daily. They’re the most disciplined and the strongest warriors Ma’loren have. They are unmatched in hand to hand combat and are all considered to be

Name of Faction: Krulroth Despot

Species: Colenfar

Species Description: The Colenfar are a short and stocky race standing at about 5'5-5'10 and weighing 160 pounds, most of which being muscle mass making this specie strong. They have toughened, scarred, leathery skin that acts as natural protection. Their skin is covered by a short thick layer of fur. They are naturally slow runners but have impressive stamina. The Colenfar have three pairs of double row canine teeth and a protruding snout. They have an acute sense of smell and hearing which makes up for their poor vision. They have five fingers and one disposable thumb on each stubby hand. Their main distinguishing features are the scars they bear from childhood, color of fur (ranges from amber, brown, black, and rarely silver), and their individual scent. Colenfar are mostly carnivorous due to much of the vegetation being inedible/poisonous to them which makes them rely on hunting and breeding.

Temperament: Territorial and protective.

Number of Planets in Control: Two, the second one beginning to be colonized.

Senate Role: None. Does not care for the politics of others.

Technology Level: 2.5

Weaponry: Melee, Projectile, attempting laser.

FTL: No. Their ships are not advanced enough for FTL systems. The Colenfar, however, are willing to reach out for and accept assistance.

Homeworld: Klao Far T'um

Description: Klao Far T'um is a very mountainous world cluttered with thick high trees and stretched rivers. There aren't many oceans or seas on this planet though there are many wide rivers and deep lakes. It often gets humid and rains a lot in certain areas and snows in others. Much of the flora on this planet are inedible/poisonous to the Colenfar. There is even a few species of man eating flora that is greatly feared, though this is strangely enough edible and considered a delicacy. The fauna here are robust making them hard to take down. Most are docile creatures unless provoked in which they can become very dangerous. There is, however, a fierce specie intelligent enough to hunt for entertainment other than the Colenfar. The cities and settlements of this civilization are sturdy and open spaced. This planet is no place for tourists and vacationists being that it can be very hostile. It is not the wildlife one needs to worry about but the natives for they are very territorial to the point where smaller factions of this specie will actually war over a river. There is no reason to think they would take kindly to outer worlders. Comfort Rating: 3/10. Danger Factor: 7/10. Fun: 4/10. Scenery 8/10. Overall Rating: 4/10.

Defenses: Many of the settlements have short walls. The walls are mostly made for wildlife as the mountainous region provides natural defenses. Major cities have reinforced walls and anti air guns/flak cannons spread throughout to protect against aerial threats. The walls also have mounted turrets to fend off infantry attacks. There are a few orbital rail guns around the cities to take down enemy vessels. There are a many air force bases throughout to defend cities and intercept aerial threats. This nation relies on infantry to defend its cities.

Culture: The Colenfarian culture is based around survival. From a young age, their senses are trained heavily in order to hunt well. They are constantly fighting and beating each other in order to get tougher skin which is where their scars come from. This is all in preparation to hunt down the dangerous animals of Klao Far T'um. They are taught to all the vital areas to strike in not only animals but sentient beings as well and training heavily in hand to hand combat making them efficient in any melee combat, also using their snouts to bite in combat. In fact, many of their soldiers are required carry their own melee weapons into combat as they feel it is more honorable and morale changing. Having poor eyesight, they dislike using any form of ranged weapon and are very clumsy with them. If anything, they prefer something similar to that of a shotgun. The Colenfar are very territorial and protective due to limited flora being edible and animals being difficult to kill. It used to be that they would constantly fight among other clans and themselves to protect their kill. Being considered primitive by other nations and still growing, they are a very militarized nation in order to protect themselves. Since there is no real farming to be done other than breeding and the culture evolved around a hard background, age and gender discrimination has no place in this society as everyone is expected to struggle for their survive the best they can.

Space Vehicles: The space vehicles of the Colenfar are very bulky and slow. They are able to take a lot of punishment and normally fire from side cannons and have few turrets to fend off aircraft. Most ships are built to have a unique feel and function making them not have specific classes, only functions such as carrier, destroyer, etc.

Land Vehicles: With terrible vision and glasses not being popular among the specie, the Colenfar has little to no land vehicles.

Military Units: All infantry (Klen) units no matter what function carry melee weapons. They generally have thick armor and carry projectile weapons that have scopes on them in order to improve their vision. The soldiers sometimes go through certain augmentations to improve their strength and speed. Through their training they go through what they have in childhood on a higher level, constantly sparring and being beaten and scarred to strengthen their skin and improve their pain threshold. The scars have a major intimidating factor upon any enemy.

Sho Klen: The basic infantry of this military. Wearing full plating of armor that gives protection against many projectile fire and minimal protection against energy based weapons, these troops are armed with a scoped B2K3 Assault Rifle and/or M87 repeating shotgun. Then they carry their personal melee weapon for the charge. If a soldier does not have a personal melee weapon then he/she is supplied with a bayonet for their firearm.

Resh Klen: Light infantry. Scarcely armored and armed with DMRs with heavily magnified scopes, these troops are used to flank and harass enemy forces.

Havash Klen: Heavy infantry. Heavily armored and armed with shotguns and heavy melee weapons these mean are the shock infantry of the military. They are used to charge enemy forces head on and break their lines.

Skinter Klen: Named after the intelligent animal that hunts for entertainment, this unit is the special forces of the military. They are the hunters who are sent behind the lines of their enemy and use unconventional warfare to complete their task. Their bodies are heavily augmented allowing them to move faster, be stronger, and actually have a sense of normal eyesight to hunt down enemy forces. They go through intensive training and constant beatings to strengthen their skins and threshold more than any soldier in the military. Many men who try to do the training die within the first week. Those who survive are revered throughout the species. They wear medium armor that is designed to get close and dirty. They don't use too many ranged weapons, and the ones they do use are silenced. They enjoy assault enemy encampments with only melee weapons since they boast the strongest melee skills and yet to be broken in combat.
