Ah, sorry, never played Sonic x.x. I did look eggman up though, so I assume it's kinda like self-enchancement via robotics and the like/completely replacing body parts with mechanical ones. Personally, I was going to go with power armor type, but if you think it'd be better for him to go Full replacement, I can do that, and think up of a story for "Why" in a bit. Idrc.

Nah, the 'Power Armor' is a lot better. Easier to explain in setting; we're still pretty much 2015 here.

And, Harold thought it was a girl at first due to the relativity of the effeminate voice, thus leading to a conclusion of a girl who might be a tomboy. Harold is just as stupid as he is smart after all.
