There has been news recently about the movie, what are your thoughts on a movie based off of the comic?
It would be cool. But DC hasn't had near the success that Marvel has with movies which is the concerning part. I honestly think they'd serve better making more individual DC movies, and THEN make the Justice League one. Like Marvel didn't make Avengers until Thor, Iron Man, Hulk & Captain America each had at least one movie of their own.Marvel does things their way and DC does things their way and they've been around for decades. I have faith in DC especially now that it seems like they are trying to get everything together. Also marvel needs completion because their movies are getting less complex for me

I mean, there were people that didn't like the third one, but screw them. Great trilogy. And the latest Superman wasn't bad either (FINALLY)... so idunno. We'll see, I guess. I think Affleck as Batman is going to decide my vote -- if that movie sucks, then DC can't be trusted for film, and it was all just Nolan being a genius.
I rather enjoyed the Dark Knight. Man of Steel was ok, but I prefer almost any Marvel movie (First Thor being the exception) over it. Plus they've barely pumped out as many movies as Marvel. Which I know can be met with Quality > Quantity. But the thing is, Marvel is winning in Quality too as far as both personal tastes and sales indicate.and insofar as it's a contest, Marvel is certainly winning in my book, too. But that doesn't mean that DC can't make good movies -- I mean, they've made good movies, right, so obviously they can. But they've made lots of terrible movies, too. So obviously, they can also NOT make good movies. I figure Affleckman is my litmus test. If it works, then I'll have faith. If it doesn't, then a handful of good DC films in a row were just a fluke.
