OOTS world RP (OC's)

I've been a fan of the Order of the stick for quite a while now, for those of you who don't know what it is it's a comic by Rich Burlew that is based in a world where the mechanics of D&D(Skills, levels, classes etc.) apply, but the characters are still individual and NOT actual D&D characters being played by a person (YOu should read the comic, it's hilarious). I joined this website a little while ago and it seems like the perfect place to do an RP based in the OOTS world. I'll post the actual story intro in the OOC page when I get it up, along with a CS skeleton (Though I may end up putting that here as well so people can go ahead and make characters if they are interested), NO CANNON CHARACTERS, this is an adventure of my own design just based in the world Rich Burlew has created, no Roy Greenhilts or Durkon thundershields, so make your own characters. Fingers crossed that fellow readers use this site!

At first yes seeing as it is far from common knowledge. Later? .. you'll just have to wait and see... :)

Indeed. I'd also like to know if there are any 3.5 D&D species you'd prefer/discourage (I may have made a changeling OC for the comic once but can also see why you might say no).

Well, while I am ok with most races, yea. Changelings... its just so easy to disapear you know. Most any other race or class in any non homebrew as the OOTS world uses virtually no homebrew in that respect

Character sheet skeleton Name: Race: Age: Gender: Appearance: Class: Alignment:(Yes it matters in this case, but remember, every character is unique. Just because you have the same alignment dosent mean you are the same. Roy and Miko are a good example) Bio:(Remember, while the comic is comdical, the backstories are more realistic) Equipment: Your level is around the main orders (not sure what it is)

would be nice if we had a character sheet and maybe not to big but like some form of what races are allowed cause I tried to look up races and was flooded with like 500+ different races and was like which one is the final draft and it was just too cluttered with 20 different types of elves and so on, if there are links to info please pm me since I think links in the forum are maybe not allowed not sure really still new here

While a list is virtually impossible to link, I'll list the ones I'm allowing. Human, Elf (regular high or drow only), half orcs, half elves, dwarves, gnomes, kobolds, lizardfolk, Halflings, Raptorans, Warforged, Spellscale, Goblin
