Also would it be too big headed for me to expect the rest of the League to come and 'pick' Batman up? I can't see him going to Metropolis on his own, not when Gotham is in danger.

@gowi It was a few things actually. the quote at the top of the page, puckish rogue, metric ton of luck, responding to his new found responsibility's with profanity. The "voice" of the character - which admittedly I've only heard a small snippet of - just seems so much like Nathan Drakes. And Gowi, what little I've seen of your writing I've been impressed with, and I would much rather see you scripting the next Indiana Jones than whatever knucklehead did it last time!

But yeah, since he's only been active for a year I don't think it's quite appropriate to have the batwing in action. So anyone who wants to/is capable of picking up Bat's would be much appreciated.

Honestly, it's one of the best pieces of Batman fiction that I've ever read, especially on a forum. The only person I've known who can really compete with that regularly, as Bats himself, is Master Bruce, a writer from the Superherohype RPG subforum, he played on the Oldguild. Though, his posts were longer, yet further between.

@Gowi Come on, bro. We both know that MB must have secretly been Alan Moore, if not a surviving version of the bat himself from a previous universe who presented his memoirs as fiction. But, yeah bro. I think highly of your writing, and your bat concepts, I've just never really seen them play out too long. The same could be said of the goat-lover himself, as well, but there's the entire RPG archive to look back on.

My longevity is really hard to criticize given my run colliding during guildfall and in early nuGuild when my game conflicted with life issues as well as low playerbase. Haha. Hell, I remember you enjoying my first Batman post to the point you said it's what "Detective Vision" in Arkham (games) felt like. Thought I was worth a mention though! But yes, MB is the most impeccable and creative Batman I have read in a fan-based medium for sure.
