I'll be in Tel Aviv. Just let me write up my intro.
got room for one more?sure. We'll have at least two teams, though, with as many people as we have.
So, how ya wanna divide the teams then? We've got five characters at the UN base and one in Tel Aviv. I would like for people to start their characters in Tel Aviv with Earnest's guy so that he can have something to do while we fly there. Once we get there, we'll have to work together until the ship, then split up at some point. We don't have to be evenly divided at this point, but a few more people in Tel Aviv would be good.
Oh, folks at the Hangar gonna get the mission to go to Tel Aliv?Yeah, we'll leave in a few hours. I've got to post it, though.
I've been sitting here trying to come up with a post for Tel Aviv, and I even have a good idea of what to do, but I realized I have no idea what the aliens look like. Same goes for their weapons, their vehicles, everything about them is a complete blank for the players. It'd be nice to get information about them so we can actually post with a clear idea of what we're dealing with. Also, why go for a soccer field in an unidentified position as the meeting point when you have two players hanging around a movie theater which has very clearly been established as a base of operations, down to being fortified and having soldiers in it.I see the aliens as the basic Roswell aliens, with telepathy and some other weaker powers occasionally. They've scouted the planet for centuries so they'd know if we were a threat. As for tech, whatever stuff you want to give them is fine. If they had Star Trek style teleporters you couldn't really secure an area against them (unless theirs a way to jam the teleporters in an area), and we know their sensors can be jammed, or at least confused, but other than that I don't care what tech they have. Feel free to write whatever you want. As for the soccer field, we needed an open area to set down in. In a bombed out city warzone, there probably aren't many areas like that available, and if you clear an area the aliens will know to go there, so we had to use whatever we could find.
