Let's go a round or two and see kiddies." - Promoter Tamaki Howdy everyone, I know the quotes might seem out of place, but they might make since a little later on. For now, let me explain the basics. Plot- The plot will focus almost entirely outside of the Manga's and Anime's Plot. I would like to avoid that for a few simple reasons, one of which my not knowing all of the details to the Plot Arcs, but the second being a more simplified design where we can experience a less hectic, less intricate form of plot. A plot where all character's get a spotlight equally as inmates dealing with the most common problems of Deadman Wonderland. The plot will generally be based on survival in Deadman Wonderland, but should the players decide they want to try adding an arc, they are welcome to try. Perhaps you players would like to try a breakout? You are welcome to try. Perhaps you would like to go about and slaughter a few inmates? You are Welcome to try. Rules: These are the general rules for both the Rp and the OOC.

• No Godmodding. This is rather self-explanatory.
• Be kind to all Players, this is OOC. I don't mind some drama and bad-blood in-Rp, but keep OOC respectful. Should something happen OOC to cause drama or unneeded Bullshit I will directly handle it with swift and mighty justice.
• No Meta-Gaming, Power-playing, etc. These are really the major issues outside of Godmodding that you should know not to do.
• I am open to ideas, and people spitballing things to me and the players in the OOC or a PM if you preferred, but please know I don't want anything major being done without my permission or given OK.

RP Rules: These rules apply directly in the RP only.

• Please no duplicates of the Manga/Anime. I would like all to refrain from making Ganta Guns, Crow Talons, etc. One should DEFINITELY not be making any Toto's, Masu's, or Hagire's either.
• Gore is plenty welcome, the more the better, but should something come up where any gore is taken into debate, we will need to discuss it.
• Even for a Deadman Wonderland Rp, romance is also welcome quite avidly. I ask as a rule that you not do it too poorly. I say it with only a lack for better words, you are welcome to do Romance however your character would do it, but try to avoid shitty stereotypes that wouldn't exactly work in the setting. For example: One night stands, would be pretty shitty.. considering it is likely you will one day have to fight that person.
• I will have a few Deadmen as NPCs, they will not be Beat'em-Up Toys for the players. They will sub-controlled by myself and you players. That way during their fights with you all the have actual LIFE, and not just: "Tommy gets his shit kicked in by Player 1."

Name: Nickname: If they have one. Deadman Title: Please avoid using a Title already taken. (The title is their Carnival Corpse Name. I.e. Woodpecker, Crow, etc.) Sex: Age: Appearance: Personality: This doesn't have to be very long, just long enough or well worded enough to completely describe their personality. Branch of Sin: This is rather simple, just avoid using an already existing Branch, but you are free to PM me if you would like to work out something that may be similar to an already existing one. *Note: All Deadmen are relatively new to Deadman Wonderland, as it is just a few months into their opening and this prevents the Deadmen from having mastered their Branch of Sin. Biography: You have the option to reveal this as the Rp goes on, in-rp. If you want to write it though, here is the basics: This can be as long as you like, but honestly it's only requirement is what they were did to have their power surface, and to how they were taken into Custody. Other: This can really be anything else you think should be added that isn't necessarily important. Perhaps a Character's Theme song, for those of who you like to do things of that manner.

Once the blood is drawn he pulls forth enough to cover all of his digit in hardened claws of blood that are about three inches long, past the tip of his fingers. He wields these claws with quick ferocity, raw strength, and primal rage. He has not mastered his Branch of Sin entirely yet, and has a tendency to lose his claws at times, even during combat. Are all the Deadmen newcomers or can there be some that have been there for a while? I find the latter more appealing, and it's kinda hard to believe they managed to find and capture four or six Deadmen all within the same time frame.

Name: Kurogane...last name is unknown. Nickname: N/A Deadman Title: Falcon Sex: Male Age: 17 Personality: Kurogane is...well, let's just say that he's not the most 'forgiving' of Deadmen. He has learned, since Day 1, that weakness is not something that should be apparent in his body. Quiet, composed, and calculating, he is a relatively young man that has the ability to intimidate and kill with the blink of an eye, and absolutely no remorse. Events in his history has tailored his mind into such a way, that taunting and insulting him will never work in the midst of battle. He will not joke or play patty-cake with you. If you inspire his ire, then you will die within the first three seconds. If not, you better make sure that cardio comes natural to your body. He has no fear of 'being too brutal', and the way he fights...the way he eviscerates his opponents, well, there's a reason why he is feared, despite only being in the game for a few months. He's not all bad, however. Catch him when he's not in a bad mood, and he's still quiet, apathetic and distant...but at least he won't kill you if you look at him wrong...maybe. He rather enjoys reading, and can prove to be quite pleasant company, seeing as he's highly intelligent - and his intelligence shows him that not all people are bad. Branch of Sin: The...Falcon's Tailwind. Kurogane reaches back, slicing the back of his waist with the sharp edge of his ring. The long slice opens, the blood seems to pulse, and multiple blood-red, thick, long, tentacle-like appendages that vaguely resembles tails grows out. Each appendage has the ability to stretch, grow, harden, and soften, and each are razor-sharp. They curl through the air, all four of them, like sentient beings of destruction, ready to strike. The pure wind that each appendage makes when it slices the air would seem like it would mess up his balance, but much like the name, Kurogane has been training to move with the extra force, so now it seems like, when he's fighting, he flying through the air with speed unrivalled, performing aerial maneuvers and dashing along the ground at a blurring pace. He has no trouble breaking your neck with his hands. Biography: This will be revealed. Other: It took me a while to find a pic with the character having what appears to be the carbon-copy of the Branch of Sin I had described. Look at the image/gif to see exactly what his branch of sin looks like.

I stumbled upon it by looking for blood abilities on tumblr, lol. But yes I'm a Tokyo Ghoul fan; was pleasantly surprised to find the gif. I think I know what RP you're talking about. Wanted to join, but I didn't wanna intervene when there was already so many players.

Kay, so... ideas so far for potential Deadmen and Branches of Sin: -Shrike: A deceptively innocent and vulnerable looking kid who is actually a hardcore sadomasochist who fights by intentionally letting his opponent spill his blood, then skewering them with spikes made from his own blood. A very trap-based fighter who indulges in causing pain (and who may or may not have a hidden submissive side). -Pheonix: A regenerator. Don't have much else worked out with this one yet besides their Branch of Sin being the child of the Wretched Egg's regenerative abilities. -Thunderbird: A former assassin (probably Russian because yes) with a Branch of Sin related to electricity. Probably female, definitely very tall/large and and in charge. -Mourning Doves/Finches: Two siblings who share a Branch of Sin that only works when they're together. Still unsure about the name because "Finch" doesn't sound as cool as "Mourning Dove", but pairs of finches may not necessarily be mates whereas Mourning Dove pairs are almost always mates and... ick. -Cuckoo: A Deadman whose Branch of Sin only activates when their blood mingles with another person's, resulting in as of yet unclear (but certainly nasty) effects. No idea which one of these I'm gonna use, to be honest.

Ok, so to address the raised questions: The time-frame for the Rp will be only a few months into the opening of Carnival Corpse. That leaves a period of several months for having gathered Deadmen. I want this rp to be a growing one, where players get character development, rather then just mastering it all at the start. There will be some inmates older than others. That doesn't however mean they have mastered their Branch of Sin. Ves: I would kindly like to ask you to lower the number of tails on your Branch of Sin. I imagine part of it is getting the nine-tails for a sort Kyuubi, or Nine-tailed Kitsune effect, but nine is just a tad much for the beginning. Hummingbird didn't even have nine, and combined with the look and capabilities of them, nine would likely cause Anemia and black-outs. I would prefer you have it around 2-3, maybe even four is possible, that is my highest I can really allow for now. Also, TS, I agree with Ves. I really like the sounds of Shrike and Mourning Doves, but I do also like Thunderbird, my only thing I would like to discuss about it would be on how Electricity would be involved.

(My guy throws around names like candy) Deadman Title: Harlequin Sex: male Age: 20 Appearance: Personality: A very in-the-now type character, he only has one ever-changing thought on his mind at a time and no more. One moment lollipops are on his mind; the next, all he can think about is what happened last week during his lunch break. Often oblivious to all goings on except that which directly involves him. Despite his scatterbrain-ness, he does move with a sense of direction though he doesn't always know what it is. If you ask him whats on his mind, you won't get an answer, but if you ask him, instead, what are his thoughts on XXX, he can talk for hours until he starts repeating himself. He is very honest and upfront, unless you become his opposition. He prefers passiveness over aggression, but won't hold back during fights. Branch of Sin: Commedia dell'forme: Slicing his palms via sharp fingernails or finger talons, he can solidify the blood he throws out of his hands to make various carbon copy statues and simple objects except hollow. This hollowness allows for greater sized objects and better efficiency of blood loss. Biography: Looking more to reveal in story, but really i just haven't revisited the universe to make something adequate at the moment :P Other:

Four's fine. The number that comes out depends on what he wants, so depending on how much blood he has loss from injury, it can be from either one to four.

Naw, it's cool. I think I had planned on going with four, since that's the amount in the image, but I brain-farted and put nine. I actually had no ulterior motive for picking nine; it was just a random number.

No worries. XD I don't for it seem like a know-it-all comment for the Kyuubi/Kitsune remark.. It is just after getting associated with a lot of people from the Anime community, the "Nine Tails" is a thing many people like to do for many reasons. I more so just like the Mythology. I have loved all types of Mythology though, Norse being my favorite.

Ah. If I was making a character's power be focused on a mythos, I'd give him a super beard - with each hair being a long green tentacle. He'd also yell 'Hail Cthulhu' every three seconds.
