Bio: Born into the Journey family, a very powerful family in the White City, Cassandra did not have a real childhood. The Journey family has long been known for their rich and comfortable lifestyle, established shortly after the war between Hell and Heaven began. They have always run one of the largest weaponry companies in the world, which made them very useful in the war, quickly elevating them to high stature. They have a law in their family that only blessed humans will be allowed in the family, and anybody in the family who does not show superhuman qualities is erased from the family, never heard from again. There is only three generations thus far, but the family has enforced it since the first days of the war, when Angela and Walter Journey were blessed by an angel. Caster herself was born from Lindsay and Peter Journey, who had a marriage more like a business transaction than a relationship. The family was delighted when Caster came into the world, as she was obviously an angelic, her gold eyes entranced those who looked upon them. The entire family treated her like a project, except for her uncle Andrew, her mother's brother. He showed her love and compassion throughout her rough childhood, giving her the small amount of social skills she currently possesses. However, over the years Andrew's powers as a blessed human began to fade, and one day when Caster was 12, he vanished, never heard from again. Her family insisted she never had an uncle Andrew, and nobody searched for him. All throughout her childhood, Caster was raised as a weapon. She could hold a gun at age 6, and she could shoot a faraway target effortlessly by age 14. She had melee training every other day since she was 10, and the rest of her time was spent on learning battle strategy.
Other: Cassandra's nickname was given to her by her cousins after she turned a butterfly into a dragonfly using a small oak stick at age 7. They called her "Spell Caster", which eventually shortened to simply "Caster", originally as an insult, but eventually it simply became synonymous with her name, and the incident with the butterfly was almost completely forgotten.
