[OOC] Danganronpa: Another School of Mutual Killing

Dear [...] You have been invited to attend Hope’s Peak Academy next semester, for your peculiar super high school talent. The staff of Hope’s Peak Academy has observed you for quite a while during your time at high school. And from what we have concluded you have a very special talent. Here at Hope’s Peak Academy we call it, an Ultimate Talent or a Super Duper High School Talent. We have seen that you are [...]. We have granted you the title Ultimate [...]. We would like you to attend Hope’s Peak Academy, all on our own costs. Classes will start on the first of September. We hope to see you soon at our prestigious education facility. ---- Well you heard it folks, you have been invited. This is a Danganronpa RP that takes place in a Hope's Peak Academy stationed in Europe as opposed to Japan with most, if not all, students coming out of Europe. We are in a group of 16 teenagers who have been invited to Hope's Peak Academy because of our exceeding talents. However before entering the building you are knocked out and awaken in a classroom along with 15 other students. The principal reveals that there is only one way of graduation, and that is killing another student. However when killing another student make sure nobody finds out and shove the blame on someone else in the Class Trials. There is something I have planned out for this RP if we make it all the way to the end. For the ones who know Danganronpa Another Episode, it will be connected to that. If you are new to the series be sure to check out the Danganronpa Wiki for more information. You have to post your CS's in the OOC first for approval. Once it is approved you can move it to the Characters section. ---- Rules

Basic Rules

1. Basic Rules for this Roleplay Section must be abided by. This includes no meta, godmoding, etc. 2. Please try to come up with a new SHSL title for your character that is unique. 3. Please don't reply unless a few others (two or more) have posted before you. 4. Only a maximum of two characters will be created, however, expect one of them to die at least, because nobody is getting out of here alive with two characters. 5. Killers, Victims, and The Mastermind - These are decided through motives, pms, and such. If no one is a killer or a victim after a while (lots of motives presented and such), I will choose one. Sorry, but the show must go on. The Mastermind will be decided with a pm to me. 6. Starting up OOC drama will result in punishment. No seriously, I will give you a couple of warnings before getting rid of you in the roleplay (a.k.a. you become the victim forcibly).

School Rules

1. There is no time limit on how long the students can stay here at the school. The only way to leave is through graduation, which means the student who murdered someone must win a class trial. 2. "Nighttime" is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Some areas are off-limits during this time, so please exercise caution. 3. Students may only sleep in the dormitories. Sleeping anywhere else will be seen as sleeping in class and will result in punishment. 4. With minimal restrictions, feel free to explore the academy at your own discretion. 5. Violence against your wonderful and sexy dean is prohibited, as well as the destruction of surveilence cameras. 6. Any student here who killed another student can graduate if they convince their classmates that they didn't do it in a class trial. If the killer succeeds, they go free, while you all get punished! However, if you genius's deduct whodunit, the killer will be punished instead! 7. After three students, not including the killer, discovers a body, a body discovery announcement will be made. After the announcement is made, your wonderful dean will upload a Monokuma File onto your electronic handbook. This will tell you the details of their deaths, but not the evidence or killer. 8. Taking food to the dorms is prohibited. 9. More rules can be added at any time.

Further info, not really rules

1. There will be Monokuma coins! I'm pretty sure you guys know what to do with these. All characters start out with 5, and will receive a random item from a Monokuma Dispenser Machine Thingy. Yes, I just said thingy. 1.5. You don't really start with them right off the bat, however, they can be found on top of your nightstand. 2. Each time a class trial takes place, a new floor of the school will be unlocked. There will be a total of 5-6 trials, so yeah, this is arced. 3. Liberty Academy will have the same layout as Hope's Peak Academy since I'm too much of a lazy :red: to come up with a map design. 4. If you fail a class trial, you will unlock an alternate ending! Its kind of like the fifth trial from Dangan Ronpa, except you failed horribly. Only one character will realize who actually did it, and will have to figure out how to convince the cast it was them. Fail again, time keeps looping until you do it right... Yeah. This is sort of here to avoid metagaming by other cast members even though it is metagaming. Quite contradictory, huh. 5. You will still have most of your stuff you brought with you to Hope's Peak Academy. This included clothes, and any other item of interest, your room also resembles the one you have at home. Laptops and other electronic devices (besides your Cellphone and Electronic Handbook (given later in the roleplay)) are taken away. After the first trial, you will find a couple of laptops in the library, so they aren't completely out of the picture... I hope none of you know how to make a fully functional a.i. 6. If you are marked as an essential player, a person cannot choose to murder you. All characters here are essential until the murderer chooses three victims. Only one of the students here shall stay permanently and secretly essential until the final trial. All marked will have a * by their name. 7. If you are inactive for quite some time and never give me a reason why, you will automatically be a victim. Like I said before, the story must go on. Sorry, but that's the way things go around here.

Yeah, Cole is accepted. Only post the CS first in the OOC (or the interest check) so it can be approved. I want to keep the Characters section as clean as possible. just as this page was before Ariamis decided to soil its virginity with despair And may I ask which film?

Personality: As his title says, he is a total nobody. Though he is a nobody, doesn't necessarily mean that he is anti-social. It just means that he can not fit in to any group or school that he goes to, no matter what he does or tries. Tristan is mostly optimistic when he is even trying to talk to someone, though mostly sarcastic and self-loathing at first whenever someone tries to talk to him. What he lacks in his social area is what he excels at in his intelligence and reasoning area. Though he is not a detective or any of the sort, he has decent reasoning skills and is confident in most cases, and would take brain-wracking things as a challenge. He would try his best in any sort of murder that would happen, though he is still a normal person. When in thought, he would almost never respond to anything said to him, as he just thinks in his inner monologue.

Tristan was born into a poor, but managing family, who he can not bare to lose, though he knows that they won't last forever. His school life was always tough on him. When he says tough, he really means boring and lonely. Whatever he has tried or done, talking to people, done something stupid, or plain trying to get someone's attention, he always ends up as some nobody who doesn't fit in. He's spent his school life without joining clubs, or socializing with people ever since he realized his unbelievable disability of being unable to fit in. Back to his family life, after he entered High School, his family has gotten unstable. His father is constantly disappointed in him for his 'nobody' ways, his older sister is one of the 'popular' line of people, and his mother has broken down into some kind of sickness. He usually spent his time locked in his room, shutting himself out of the world and his family as he tries to keep his sanity together. To humor himself, he constantly solves all the puzzles that he can find, old and new, which grew into a hobby. Nearing the end of his High School life, his mother succumbed to her sickness. He was devastated. For the rest of his High School life, he withdrew even more into his 'nobody' ways. His father became a drunk. His sister had already left for college. And then there was Tristan. Broken, he powered through the remaining time of his High School life, and finally graduated. For a while, he just locked himself in his room, alone with his thoughts and puzzles. Then the fated day came. His father was probably out somewhere, getting drunk on the street, so he was alone. When it came. Tristan went to check the mail, as he knew his father never did anymore, and it was only him who even considered doing it, and he found only one envelope in it. An invitation to Liberty Academy. He didn't remember signing up to any kind of academy. Nor did he consider even going to one. But he saw it differently than that. He saw it like a beam of hope that he would at least succeed at something. Meet some people, actually try to socialize, and... forget about his mess up of a family. Yeah, that's what he was going to do. What could go wrong? He was soon to find out.

So, I'm here! Gonna use the same character because I'm too lazy to think up another. Also, if the image doesn't show up, I'll fix it later.
