He switches his stances, on arm lowered, the other extended. With a flick of his wrist, the blade of the sword balances on his forearm, and he begins to spin it around his arm. As it gains speed, it travels up his arm, and with a roll of his shoulders, he sends it flying, tossing the second sword to his now empty hand, then catching the air born blade by it's point, behind his back. In all of this, nothing was damaged, and he never cut himself.
