levels will not be included.
evolution involving leveling up and learning moves will just kind of... happen after you've gone through enough battles. Just tell me when you want your pokemon to evolve, and I'll approve or decline it and tell you to wait a bit more. :)

What about TM/Egg moves, how are those going to work out? Literally you'll have to breed stuff to get dem egg moves? :o
