1. Most of them are on the OOC of the thread.

2. Again, most of this information iss on the OOC. We have... Pyromancery, Rain and Water Manipulation, I Can't Believe It's Not Plasma™, Dinosaur Transformation, the ability to copy Mind Powers, the Ability to copy any power by watching it in action, Electrokinesis, Technopathy, Shapeshifting, Telepathy and Animal Control, Feline Mimicry, Pain Manipulation, Healing & Hurting, Item Replication, Power Replication (Again), and Mirror powers.

... I assure you that it's not overpowered as it looks. I did a great job keeping things even. lol

It depends on whether or not the person who owns the telepath is fine with it - but I'm certain she will. You'll have to ask bluemoon277 over on the OOC (Or PMs) if it's fine or not. Because I don't mind at all.
