Suddenly.

But to answer your question, i like to draw moderately muscle-y and grotesquely freaky. Though sometimes i make the muscle-y part grotesque as well.

My wind guy is likely going to be split into around 3 different characters based on different power ideas I came up with. This one technique sounds like something perfect for a bad guy, but I imagined it where he had a load of shrapnel that pours out and is blown around to shred enemies to pieces. Sounds perfect for collateral damage, which is why I'd prefer just to give it to a bad guy wind user. I don't remember anyone doing this for a wind user yet.

I put this in the Ranking Headquarters as well, but I'm wanting to have a ranked fight with someone, if you're willing.

In my defense, I haven't had the chance to let Are do much. :v

To @MelonHead, @Drifting Pollen and anyone else who is thinking of participating in Darth's league: what do you think of crashing in not as an assembly of a few off-site individuals, but as an actual team, with our characters having a few IC ties between them as well?

Maybe they can fly away together into the sunset, never to be heard from again. XD

I did end up giving him a "shrapnel" attack, but only thin needles that seems more heroic than razor wire and stuff blowing around, for some reason. I could have another version of him be OP tier but the one I settled on is more like low medium, especially after giving up his solid wind type attacks such as slashing with wind blades. That can go to someone else. He turned out more like strictly normal wind.

I have another "main character" in the works so I don't know which "main character" is actually going to be my main at the moment. Maybe all my mains fight each other to the death in order to decide.

Sadly enough I still don't have a waifu character typed up yet either. Attack of the Waifus must commence on the multiverse!

That's why you make a shapeshifter, that one can fill up any role as needed. :v

Could be funny, I think I'd be up for that.

I have a bad guy (girl) that could shape shift thanks to her made up of a bunch of cells that can function on their own and be controlled by her to a great degree. She could even shapeshift clothes into her with her cells that are insanely tough yet obviously doesn't slow her down at all. She's like the matrix in that she can send cells out as an army and then jump into them at will. Yet another of my op tier characters, as you can imagine. A small blob of her cells could get separated from her consciousness somehow and become an adorable pet that looks like a blob cat. Or maybe she's still inside it and is just using it as espionage. Never trust random blob cats that come up to you all adorable like.

I could also go with another main character as a shapeshifter...

Edit: actually, blob cat could only be medium tier and was cut off from my multiverse as it entered our omniverse, thus weakening her to acceptable levels to roleplay as.

Maybe? It's definitely a fun idea, but I think we all have our characters more or less set up already... so it might be hard to have ties between them make sense if they end up being completely different. We'll see, though.

@ImportantNobody Hey look who I found! :)

My favorite battle with Evvie (would have been better if the ending had her sacrifice allow all of the villagers to escape). Could be fun to type out a re-imagining of the battle into a certain canon in better detail, having it planned out.

In that case, i think we should start discussing how our characters could be related - hash out some of their backstories and try to find common points, perhaps?

My character's story is that he is from an artificially created race, originally intended to be used as a self-replicating and rapidly evolving semi-sentient robotic hive-mind weapon, but due to sabotage of one of their test runs, the species managed to break out and last long enough to gain full autonomy and sentience before they could be terminated. Since they put their best efforts to the task of surviving the cleanup, their creators eventually failed contain this incident and the question of whether they should be awarded the same rights as any other sentient beings was raised.

Eventually, they were granted such rights - but still left with the stigma of being an artificial race created with the intent of manslaughter. This created a heavy social environment, within which Ludo - the character in question - was raised, triggering a defensive response in him which had taken form of vehement nationalism and spite. However, his attitude has calmed over the years, and as of now, Ludo has taken up the task of changing how his species is viewed by entering a tournament with non-lethal regulations, attempting to show that they don't not have any inherent will to murder, despite their origins.

Though, he isn't a nice guy by any means: still very prideful, often condescending and ridiculously stubborn; though not inapproachable, as he has both a sense of nobility and rationale.

@Vordak Sounds like it could be hard to link up, my character is basically just from Earth during the Victorian period.

@Vordak Definitely sounds like you've cooked up an interesting fighter...

Though as Melon said, linking them would have to involve weird time-shenanigans. Mine's from present-day Earth (or thereabouts).

Eh, not much point going to that much of a stretch just to interlink some characters that will probably rarely get to interact anyway.

IDK. Maybe we could do something like Looper, where Vordak's character gets sent to the past for my character to kill him, except he ends up going too far back and meeting Melon's character instead...

Vordak's character is the main problem unfortunately, as me and Pollen have Earthlings we could probably make it work, but a synthetic alien from another world is a bit of a stretch.
