I see people are still using the old Character Sheets I made ages ago. Hey, I'm rather interested in joining and probably filling in any roles needed. Is this acceptable?
Thank God. I'm sure I was just about having an aneurysm trying to think of a character to make.
I'm gonna go ahead and say "yes"; you can have the spot I was supposed to fill, after the departure of another player, as a member of the SETU team (when they finally get out of that forest). ... If you can make a suitable character, of course.
However, I'm pretty sure Halvtand will drag me by my imaginary balls if I try and act like the one with all the power, so it's ultimately his decision. I think you should start work on a sheet, though.
Your balls is in grave danger, miss.
The upside of them being imaginary is that they can't be hurt *insert manic laughter here*
Phantom pain syndrome, motherfucker.

Here's the short...
We have a puppeteer, a swordsman, a summoner and a medic. We had a sort of swordswoman/jinchuuriki-thing, but that player has dropped.
The game revolves around a new team formation of five called setu and we're stikk going through the entry exam as one of these teams. The teams are supposed to be pre-made and since we started two players have dropped. One was replaced by making the dropped character a traitor from another team and we're still going through the whole "reveal"-thing.
If you want to get in asap I think the best we can do is just pretend like nothing has happened and your character just assimilate the dropped one. Having two traitors on the team seemes wrong and I can't really think of another way to get a new character in without making it weird.
See, the character I'm making is the team sensory ninja who tracks others.

I kind of have to agree with the hatter on ths one.
I've RPd in the Narutoverse for about as long and this is the first time I've seen this KG in a game. Most people just doesn't like it. Unfortunately, I'm one of them. It just has too much going for it to be balanced in any way. However, I'm not the kind of GM who goes "I don't like it, so you can't have it", because that would make me a dick. I'd like to know exactly what is going through your mind with this one, and how you intend to use this power.
There are other stuff I'd like to talk about as well, but as I feel the character is pretty much built around the Kekkei Genkai we should tackle that one first.
I completely understand why a lot of people don't like this particular Kekkei Genkai. Mostly because it combines the powers of the Sharingan and Byakugan and then adds in a genjutsu that messes with other dojutsu.
Mostly, I plan to make it the lesser of both, and remove it's secondary abilities. I feel the idea of just being a bit less of the Sharingan's enchanced prediction, and a bit less of the Byakugan's range is a good balance. It's not particularly overpowered when you get down to it, but it can be a strong push depending on how the rest of the character is designed.
