Background: My story isn't interesting until after my dad married my step-mom so i'll save you the boring details and say I was a stereotypical rebellious teen who loved skateboarding yada yada yada then BAM! My dad gets married again. Turns out dad's lady friend has a daughter and they both have a secret. Apparently the two of them are like magic elves or something I don't know. Our parents sent Kate to Orean Cause when they heard it had kids like her there and I was her tag along I guess.

Powers: Being an elf...I should probably explain that a bit more. Okay so forget the idea that elves today are those lanky forest people shooting arrows. In truth most of us stopped that once humans began to advance and we've lived in secret among humans for a while now. I'd say around The Age of Exploration was when we decided that hiding was no longer an option. If I remember correctly the only elves still living separate from humans are in the Amazon.

Alright so back to me, as an elf I have a connection to nature as you can guess. I'm not some kind of hippie going around protesting every tree being taken down but I do tend to get upset about deforestation and large scale destruction of nature. Ok maybe I am somewhat of a hippie but still is it wrong to care about the earth? Ugh I keep getting off track. Ok ok so since I'm connected to nature I am very good with animals, like it's crazy how well I can handle them. Give me a wild bear and I'll have it eating out of my hands in mere minutes. Sometimes I can even possess animals but that takes a bit out of me when I try so I can only do it for a short time.

That's animals, this is where it gets interesting. I don't know the scientific explanation for it but I'll explain as best I can. Plants are connected, the trees in a forest or the flowers in a garden are grouped in this kind of plant neighborhood. So like good neighbors they communicate to let each other know whats happening. Plants can exchange information about their surroundings and I can be a part of that neighborhood as long as I have an exposed part of my body-preferably my hands-on a plant in that group. Once I do I can get information on everything happening in and around that forest. How the plants interpret the information is beyond me but as for me I get it through a series of visions that come in and out of focus. Sometimes it's hard to get a good picture but if I focus hard enough I can block out whatever information I don't need and only receive visions I'm concerned with.

Wow I didn't get sidetracked at all explaining that one...did I? Anyway, the last thing I have to tell you is the reason why humans haven't been able to find elves for so long. We have camouflage. No not like a hunter's coat like actual biological camouflage. It's more like an octopus' camouflage since our skin can change colors and texture to match the surrounding environment. But of course it only works in natural environments so I don't have an advantage at hide n seek in a house.

Weakness:

  • If you haven't noticed by now I sometimes can ramble on when I talk about things. It's a habit, I like to talk to people so I say a lot and here I go rambling again..
  • It's hard for me to stay angry at people, sure I can be upset but it's usually for a day or two at the most. You have to do something horrible for me to hold a grudge.
  • Poptarts. I don't know what it is about them but if I have one I have to have like seven or I'll go into withdrawal or something.

Personality: This is a hard one...I guess I'd describe myself as adventurous. While taking it easy every now and then is fine, doing nothing for too long kills me I like to get outside and explore. I'd say I'm very easy-going and amicable

Background: City elves live like any other human, the only difference is well being an elf. My dad left when I was a baby, so my mom raised me on her own till I was about 12 when mom met Aaron's dad. The two of them got married a year later I've been step-sister to probably to probably the most stereotypical skater teen ever. Even so Aaron and I got along pretty fast, he's a fun guy and his ability to sneak into almost anywhere has come in handy when I needed to sneak out the house. He's even teaching me to ride a board which to be honest must be a pain because I can't stay on for more than five seconds before falling.

So fast forward and my parents are sending me to Orean Cause since some students there are somewhat like me. I guess they were hoping I'd meet other elves. Thing is not all the students are "magical" so Aaron is coming with me to keep an eye on me(plus he got kicked out of our last school. Long story). At least I won't be alone on the first day.

Likes:

  • Music, I'll listen to almost everything even death metal if I'm in the mood.
  • I like to try new things because it's an experience and you won't know if you like it unless you try it.
  • Being out and about. It sucks being stuck indoors all day.
  • Performing with my band. I don't mean to brag but we are pretty popular... ok we are pretty new but we've been at it for two years now and are getting pretty good. We haven't decided our genre so right now we do requests that way we get a sense of what we do best.
  • I love to swim, thankfully we have a pool in the backyard or I'd have to go to the community pool...yessh.


Dislikes:

  • Macho tough guys. Seriously no one likes you.
  • Parties, as in the kinds that are just out of control and end up with half the people there passed out on the floor with puke on their faces.
  • Listen I know I'm an elf and I should love animals and I do I love all kinds...except snakes. Not because I think they are slimy they aren't it's that empty stare they have it's creepy as hell!

Personality: Scion is a very hard person to read. She rarely shows emotion and when she does it's so rare that it's hard to figure out if it's genuine. This is not through any choice of hers however. Being trained from practically birth as a calculating assassin can do that to you.

History: Within the Great Mirastian Desert there are no kingdoms, no expansive territories, only the city states. These independent cities are the bastions of civilization within the vast sand sea. In the village of Qismari, a child was born. The trials she was forced to endure would set her down a path she could not turn from. The village of Qismari is a border village at the edge of the Dead Sea near Ash Elf territory and has experienced multiple Nalrok incursions in the past. The parents of the child were one of the unfortunate souls to be lost in a raid. Normally a child in this situation would simply grow up on their own on the streets. But this was not to be the girl's fate. After having to watch her father butchered and her mother raped a great anger grew within her. She vowed to avenge her family by slaying the Ash Elf king.

After the funeral rites were concluded the girl took all she had left of her family and home and set out for the city of Khetamut. Her choice of city was not random, Khetamut is known to be home to the most mysterious, secretive, and efficient assassin clan in the Great Mirastian Desert. The Order of The Chimera, simply The Chimera, took her in but not without a price. The girl was put through training so intense and brutal most do not survive the process and if they do they are practically brainwashed. The girl finished her training but with no memory of who she was. She knew her past, her reasons for joining, but not who she was. The girl was a new person, a newborn at twenty years of age. This was when her work began.

As a member of The Order she would often receive targets to do whatever it was her employers wished of her. Often it was to kill, sometimes to capture, and occasionally to torture. The girl became very proficient in her work and her reputation soon earned her the nickname "The White Wyvern" for her white hood and frequent use of poison coated weapons. For five years she served The Order loyally, rising up the ranks until she achieved the status of Master Chimera at age twenty-four. For a while it seemed The Order was all there was to her life until soon after being made Master Chimera.

A month after being made Master Chimera, Scion was assigned a high priority task. Strange anomalies have been seen in the Dead Sea. Fearing this could mean a coming Black Crusade, The Order has granted her a team of five fellow assassins to aid her in her quest. Should she find anything indicating a Crusade she would have one of her men send word back to The Order as she would be tasked with delivering that information to The Sentinels.

Zealthranus "The Dread Lord"



Race: Corrupted Human

Powers:
  • Necromancy
  • Telekinesis
  • Teleportation by way of traveling black smoke/fog.
  • Reincarnation-if killed it resurrected by way of taking control of the nearest dead human and changing its appearance to match his original form. The distance has no limit, the only way to counteract this is to destroy the source of that power.(It will be hinted at throughout the RP)


Weaknesses:
  • The destruction of his power source removes his ability to self resurrect.
  • Certain necromantic spells require time to cast, during whoch he is vulnerable to attack but if his source of power had not been destroyed he will simply resurrect.
  • Forms of magic crafted to combat the undead can do some serious damage, even kill.


Personality: Prideful, determined to see his will made reality to the point of insanity. Practically devoid of empathy and sadistic.

Background: Long ago, around the time of the Fall of Rome, there was a man. Whatever he was called has been forgotten but who he was has not. During his among the living he was a criminal, a menace to society serving only himself and thriving off the suffering of others. He was unlike most criminals in the sense that he was not of low status in society. Instead he quite wealthy and powerful despite his name being removed from the history books.

One night as he was returning from an event the man was kidnapped, taken by the very people he stole from and sold toen whose agenda would not be revealed to the man until it was too late. They were cultists, members of a group known as The Tributaries of Tartarus, who were known for practicing human sacrifice in the hopes of attaining power from the afterlife. The man was put through horrors others could not endure, by the time of the sacrifice the man was no longer who he was. A broken husk of his former self that longed for death and the peaceful slumber which would follow.

To his misfortune the afterlife was anything but peaceful. It is believed by most that those souls condemned to hell are made to suffer in agony until the end of time. What was done at the sacrificial ritual made it so decades in hell were mere moments in the mortal world. Upon being killed the man was again put through horrible torture for what seemed to be centuries but were in truth minutes. At some point during his time in hell he was approached by a demon. It's name was Zealthranus and it saw a way to get what it desired through the man. The two struck an accord; The demon would be able to live within the man and enter the mortal world, the man would be free from hell and given the power to exact revenge on all who wronged him as well as receive anything he desired.

The man that died remained so, what came back with his body was an abomination. A combination of man and demon with powers from hell itself, Zealthranus. The cultists were originally to be executed but the abomination saw them as a usefull tool. They worshipped him and The Tributaries of Tartarus became The Scions of The Dread Lord. For the next century The Dread Lord word from the shadows. His followers planting the seeds of evil in the hearts and minds of the people while their Lord himself used his new powers to forge subtle evils whose effects would shake the world.

It was only till after those forty years did his reign of evil end when a group known as The Sentinels of Light laid seige to his fortress and defeated The Dread Lord. The Sentinels knew of his ability to resurrect but not his power source. Instead of slaying him they imprisoned him in a hidden chamber guarded by wards and seals, far from the civilized world. It is there he has laid for milennia...until now.

Ashaad "The Sand Stalker"




Age: 29

Gender: Male

Persona: A man who lets his actions speak for him, Ashaad speaks very little and when he does it's for good reason. He prefers to work alone, an attitude the result of a sad past which he refuses to bring up. His solitary lifestyle has made him somewhat unable to empathize with others which causes him to come off as cold or cynical despite his true nature which is to free the oppressed from whatever torments them.

Kingdom: Ashaad hails from the desert region of the Earth Kingdom, a city called Qatar-Shan. However he does not call it home since he has not been there for quite some time. Instead he wanders the desert, wandering from one settlement to the next.

Equipment:







Abilities: Thanks to his upbringing Ashaad is quite proficient in maneuvering through cities. Either by rooftop or dashing through alleyways and crowded streets he is able to get to his destination in the fastest time possible. That combined with his ability to hide himself extremely well makes him a dangerous individual to be hunted by.

Post Example:
The sun was at its peak as Ashaad rose over the sand dune. Overlooking the small oasis village it was clear the sand raiders were still occupying the settlement. "It appears I've arrived just in time. The raiders seem to no longer enjoy the villagers' company", he thought as he lay prone in the sand. The villagers were being rounded up and the few that remained from the first attack were lined up to be executed. Ashaad had received word of this and had traveled there to lend aid...unfortunately for these people he was too late.

"On your knees!", the raider leader, Natarn, barked at his captives as they nervously stumbled into the village square. Awaiting them were twelve raiders with swords in hand readying themselves for a slaughter. "Kill the men first, the women will entertain us till their time comes", Natarn ordered with a sneer on his face as his men laughed menacingly for their commander. The first of the condemned were put to kneel in a row in front of their executioners, Natarn gave the order but before the first blade fell one of he raiders collapsed to the ground with a crimson mist sprinkling over his victim. The others stared for a moment in confusion as one of their own lay dead with a daggger planted in the back of his throat. They did not stay in such a state as one of them turned to their rear and pointed out a figure standing atop one of the sandstone homes. "Kill The bastard!", Natarn ordered and with some hesitation his raiders charged towards the home.

Ashaad stood deathly still as the men approached, he moved only when they were dirently below him in front of the house. In one swift movement he shot his arm forward and a rope dart flew from his grasp. It landed in the throat of a raider who was unfortunate enough to stare upwards at his opponent. Ashaad attached the rope dart to a hook and leaped from the building, acting as a counter weight Assay hung the now dead raider from his throat upon the wall of the building. He now stood between the raiders and the villagers, just as he intended but now he had to take into effect the possibility that one could circle around and try to hold one of them by knifepoint. The now eleven raiders glanced at another dead comrade for a moment before once again charging the nomad.

When the sands settled twelve sand raiders lay dead on the ground with te leader bleeding amongst his men. Natarn tried desperately to crawl away towards a nearby sword but before he could grip it a foot came down upon the hilt. Next came a kick which flipped him on his back, there the man experienced his final moments as Ashaad would hear his last words. "Damn you, demon! I curse the whore who birthed you!", Natarn howled as blood flowed from th corners of his mouth. Ashaad unsheathed his dagger and held it against Natarn's throat. "Wait! Mercy! I beg you, mercy!", the raider pleaded with eyes full of fear. Ashaad lowered the bottom half of his balaclava to reveal a face cursed with a grisly scar upon his right cheek. Natarn stared silently in fear as Ashaad moved his lips to speak, "So quick to hurl insults, but when faced with death you plead for mercy"

"Wait! No I'm sor-!", before Natarn could finish the dagger sliced open his throat allowing blood to spray onto Ashaad's face. The nomad stood to face the now free villagers who approached cautiously as Ashaad wiped the lood from his face. One of them, the village elder, spoke first, "Thank you, we owe you our lives but we have very little money to give yo-"

"Did I ask for money? You have horses. I need only one"

"O-Of course! Reema, bring our best horse! Quickly!", almost immediately a young girl ran off and soon returned with a strong obsidian black horse that obediently trotted over to his new owner with grace that made it appear to glide oher the sands. Once again the village elder spoke, "This one is named Tala, she will serve loyaly. Wherever you go, she will find you". Ashaad bowed his head in thanks before mounting his horse and riding away, as he departed from the waving and cheering villagers a single thought entered his mind, "Where to next?"

Nilara Varentia"The Necromancer"

Kingdom:

Persona: To explain what kind of person Nilara is you have to explain both aspects of her. The real Nilara is a suave, reckless, and carefree individual who lives for danger and fortune. That's her normal side. The other side of her is more complex. Nilara is possessed, her body is home to a desire demon named "Saria". Whenever Nilara nears a place of magic such as ritual sites, shrines, or magical artifacts the barrier between her mind and Saria's weakens. This allows for Saria to influence Nilara's personality making her less of the dashing rogue that she is and more of a sinister conspirator. She becomes more serious and less empathetic. In the past, Saria's influence has caused Nilara to be responsible for the death of former allies. There are times when Nilara can be nowhere near any source of magic and yet Saria can still interact with her.


Post Example:
"Just another day in my fucked up life!", Nilara thought to herself as she fled the city guards. Apparently there was a bounty put on her in Qatar-Shan. Thankfully she arrived after The Sand Stalker did so she didnt have to worry about him hunting her. Vaulting over market stalls and weaving through crowds she evaded the guards until she arrived in a plazza. There she sat at a bench with her hood over her head as she waited for the guards to give up the search. "Sometimes it's just too easy. I wonder how the rest of the gang fared? Everything went to shit after we arrived at the hideout", her thoughts were interrupted as she noticed the entire plazza crowd was leaving the area. "Time to go", she got up to leave but quickly saw the civilians were being searched on their way out from the plazza. "Dammit...maybe one of these buildings", she moved over to the nearest door but found it was locked. That's when it hit her, the guards who chased her stayed a constant distance from her the entire chase. This search was too well organized and done to quickly to be by chance. This was a trap. From the time they entered the city every move was planned out.

The courtyard cleared out leaving Nilara at its center. The guards immediately rushed to surround her and for a moment Nilara thought about using her magic but decided against it when she saw the archers on the roof. "Its over" she thought as she raised her hands and the guards moved in to subdue her.

Later that night Nilara sat in the dungeons of Qatar-Shan, chained to the wall by her neck like an animal. Her hands were put in iron gloves and her mouth was gagged to prevent her from casting spells. "Well this sucks...", she thought as she sat there awaiting her execution. Just then four guards entered her cell and stood above her, two of them with weapons drawn. "Your time has come, witch", one of the guards said as he removed her neck chain. Nilara was escorted to the gallows in the main plazza of the city. There she stood upon the gallows with the hanging rope around her neck. She was hoping for it to be done quickly but of course the city guard had to brag about catching "The Necromancer".

"Nilara Varentia, also known as 'The Necromancer', leader of 'The Cursed Ones' bandit group and exile of the Sky Kingdom, for the crimes of banditry, murder, kidnapping, smuggling of contraband, theft, arson, desecration of sacred sites, vandalism, an public nudity, you have been sentenced to hang by the neck until until death. May whatever god you have show mercy on you", the speaker finally finished his bragging and signaled for the hangman to pull the lever. In those final moments the only thing going through Nilara's head was, "When the hell was I publicly nude? Probably one night at the tavern, wouldn't be surprised, I've done worse while drunk".

The hangman had his hand on the lever when a voice rang out over the silence of the crowd. "STOP!", cried the leader of a group of coalition soldiers. "Stop?", Nilara thought in confusion. "You cannot hang this woman! She has been conscripted into the service of the Earth Kingdom"

"What the hell for?!", she yelled in response. There was no way she was going to work as a city guard.

"A coalition force has been formed to combat the increasing monster attacks. She is to join the coalition and repel the creatures", the coalition soldier stated to the city-guard captain. A spectator yelled out from the crowd, "That's horseshit!

"Yeah I agree with that guy, I'd rather be hanged than get torn apart by whatever demonspawn you send me after!"

"It was assumed this would not be enough to convince you so as extra motivation I have been told to tell you that you will be paid well for your service"

There was a silence which seemed unreal. Everyone stood there wondering if The Necromancer would live another day. Finally Nilara answered, "Why the hell not, get this damn rope off my neck!". The entire crowd screamed and booed in anger. A few tried to climb up to the gallows but we're kicked back down. "Lets go before they do the hangman's job", Nilara said as she backed away from the edge of the gallow platform. The guards repelled the crowd as they escorted her to the city walls. There they put her on a horse with her hands bound behind her. "So how am I supposed to ride? I'm good but not that good", she asked the coalition soldier but it was clear he did not like her. He simply replied, "If you fall off we'll put you back on"

...what a gentleman. Whatever let's be off then"


Equipment:


Magic:
  • Soul Drain- Her favorite spell as it can be used for more than killing. The Soul drain spell allows Nilara to sap the life energy of her opponent to revitalize herself. The spell does not kill the target unless she purposely drains them completely so it can be a great tool fo interrogation. If a target is drained to critical levels to the point they go unconscious they will awake after some time.
  • Equilibrium- Probably her least favorite spell, Equilibrium transfers whatever injures or damage Nilara takes and divides it equally between her and the target. It can go both ways meaning if an ally is seriously injured Nilara can repair them but at the cost of injuring herself. This means that if an ally has a broken leg Nilara can reduce it to a fracture but then that means her leg would also be fractured, she'd feel everything so this aspect of her spell is rarely used by her.
  • Ward- Since she does not wear armor Nilara relies on Ward spells for protection. Once cast it forms a shimmering green barrier that envelopes her body. If she is struck with a melee weapon she will not be injured but she will receive a bit of force which can push her back or send her flying depending on the force of the impact.
  • Glyph of Containment- By casting runes in a circle on the ground Nilara can creates a trap for the enemy. Anyone or anything that steps within the circle cannot leave it until either the spells wears off or they are magically resistant enough to break the barrier.
  • Corpse Summon- This spell is mostly used in the middle of a battle. Nilara can resurrect the bodies of the vanquished to serve as her undead thralls for a short time.
  • Conjure- When there are no corpses to resurrect Nilara conjures demons to aid her in battle. However she mostly conjures lesser demons as more powerful ones can be difficult to control and can be a hazard to herself and anyone around.
  • Weapon Enchant- Nilara's longsword "Leech" is special. It is capable of detecting whatever enchantment it's weilder desires and automatically drains magicka from them to enchant itself. Nilara can enchant the weapons of her allies but not in the way Leech does. She has to manually cast it on their weapons whereas Leech is automatic and almost instantaneous.

Persona: Not your average Sea Elf pirate, there is more to Irisara than one can see at first glance. Being the captain of a ship full of ravenous cutthroats requires a strong mind and body and Irisara is a shining example of that. Tough as nails with a mind for naval warfare she leads her crew and those she calls allies into battle with a combination of precision and ferocity. Irisara can come off as a bit of a grouch but eventually once she warms up to others she quickly becomes more amicable. Until then it's best not to upset her as she is a pirate and fighting is something she isn't afraid to do.

There is no reasoning with this creature, all Sar'than knows is that this world must die for him to live.
History
Sar'than is not of this world, neither are the others like him. Survivors from a world long abandoned by its creators these beings have ventured across entire worlds, feasting on its life essence until there is nothing left. It is unclear how many worlds Sar'than has claimed but he is not the first of his kind to reach ours nor is this his first time here.

  • Geomancy/Hell's Gate- Capable of tearing open the earth, revealing a fissure of magma and hellfire.

Of all the qualities of man, Cyrena displays the worst of them all. Sadistic, ruthless, and depraved, there is nothing too low for this sorceress as she lives only to serve her God-King Sar'than. In Cyrena's eyes, those who are incapable of survival at any cost are weak and unworthy to live. Torture, dark rituals, and other sinister deeds are frequent tools used by the dark sorceress.

History
Born to a peasant family along the southeast coast of Farendar, Cyrena grew up with little to her name. Her family were fishermen and from the time she was young she was on the sea. Life had been this way for some time until she reached her late teens. One day while out fishing with her family, the fishing boat had gone too far out to sea and for three days the Morgari family suffered at sea. After three days the little fishing boat had washed ashore with Cyrena the sole survivor. Despite having mde it to shore her suffering had only just begun. Unfortunately the fishing boat has washed up on the island of Qorthai, one of the most dangerous islands in the Nalrokar Empire.

Cyrena was captured by a local Renmer raider clan and after being brought to the clan leader she was forced into slavery has his concubine. For years the poor girl endure countless cruelties at the hands of her Renmer captors until one night, when all in the clan were asleep, Cyrena stabbed herself with a knife she had stolen earlier that day. Twas not a suicide attempt but instead the performing if a blood ritual, for Cyrena was pregnant with the child of the clan leader. Upon the death of her unborn child the ritual had been performed and Cyrena tasted power for the first time. With her newly acquired magic she murdered every last clan member as slowly and as painfully for them as she could manage. Once free, Cyrena took a ship and escaped the island, after that no information exists of her activities.

  • Necromancy/Raise Undead- the ability to resurrect the dead who serve in any way the caster sees fit.
  • Necromancy/Summon Corpse Golem- with enough bodies a corpse golem can be created. A grotesque mass of rotting flesh and bone which feels no pain and fights till there is nothing left of it.
  • Blood Magic/Fatal Equilibrium- Cyrena can transfer the life essence of an individual to her own, killing the victim. What's more she can do this with up to two people.
  • Blood Magic/Circle of Pain- all who step within the circle of pain experience agonizing pain or as long as they are within the circle. The closer to the circle center the more intense the pain.
  • Conjuration/Summon Demon- from a vide variety of species, Cyrena can summon and bind a demon to her will.
  • Conjuration/Ethereal Bow- This unholy bow is summoned from the darkest depths of the void. Weightless and easy to handle, Cyrena can operate this weapon with little effort. The arrows are drawn from her magicka reserves and explode upon impact.

Personality
Honor, Compassion, Mercy, Reason, these words and their concepts mean nothing to the monster that is Krovah. He revels in the suffering of others and he knows only one purpose: to dominate and destroy all who stand in his lord's way. Those under his command know constant fear for this creature has no regard for their lives and has been known to frequently kill his own soldiers on whim alone.

History
Not much is known of Krovah, whether he is a monster given intelligence by his master or the product of a curse is unclear. What is clear is that he is an abomination, forged in the fires of hate and rage, the child of pain and suffering, and the bringer of destruction and subjugation. Krovah is the General of his master's army and he commands these cultists with an iron fist. Any failure or imperfect performance of their tasks is punished with death. Those who survive his wrath and are not immediately killed are imprisoned and forced into slavery performing all manner of deeds meant to break their mind and spirit.

History
The elven clan of Valenriel, a village situated at the edge of a great forest. The Valenriel clan has for ages past invested its existence on the concepts of loyalty, hard work, and respect. Not only for each other but for the world which they gain sustenance from. Nila was born into such a clan and so was raised with these ideologies in mind. However when most of the children in her clan were peaceful and obedient, Nila was animate and rebellious. Often times she'd sneak out at night to venture into the woods in search of whatever fantastic tale she'd spun for herself. While most of the clan's livelihood relied on sustenance farming, Nila took up archery to become a hunter for the clan. The young elf girl turned out to be a natural at the skill and quickly gained notice by the village elders.

It was when Nila turned twenty-one that the village elders sought her aid. An artifact of significant importance to the clan had been lost for quite some time, it would be Nila's task to find and return the relic to her people. It took four long years but eventually she'd found what she was looking for, at a cost. A series of unfortunate events lead to her losing her family, friends, and home and since then Nila was wandered the land in search of a new home.

Pesonality: Oh this is one of those "Tell us a little about yourself" questions! Ugh fine, I hate these kinds of questions. I guess I'm pretty laid back, I don't really have a problem with people unless they're annoying or if they start problems with me. Other than that I'm pretty much down for whatever you want to do.

Backstory: So this is the part where I tell you my little story eh? This should be good. Well to start it off I guess I'll tell you about my parents, Aaron and Samantha Walsh. My dad was a pretty successful necromancer, apparently he managed to travel to a pocket dimension or something. My mom was an alchemist and the two of them were always badgering me to follow their school of magic. Of course being a kid I went for necromancy, the idea of controlling zombies captured my interest more than making healing potions. Unfortunately this didn't go over well with my mom but eventually I think she got over it.

My training in necromancy started when I was about eight years old. My dad taught me how to make summoning circles, conjuring spirits, raising the dead, stuff like that. I picked up on most of it pretty quickly, to be blunt I like creepy things. For a while I was making serious progress until my mom died. I was sixteen she was working on a new formula when the reaction of two components caused a poisonous gas to fill her laboratory. As if that wasn't worse, it was flammable gas as well so the second it touched the flames of the Bunsen burner the whole room went up in flames. She died before we could get to her.

After my mom died my dad became distant. He'd often lock himself in his study for hours on end.
