Good job @RPforthatPR! I really didn't expect you'd be having the CS already written! I just have one concern over the body temperature, though. Whilst I'm ok with the gem being able to increase the heat of a human body, I wouldn't go over 42°, especially when it comes to the Knight himself. I think it's unrealistic (even for a fantasy RP), for him to be able to survive 70°. People die for much less :)

That's actually a valid point, but still. You don't want to sentence your guy to never be able to be touched by another human again (e.g. pretty lady), would you? :D Not to mention how much would his horse suffer...

You can emphasize him being in sync with the heat and fire by stating that he just cannot get burned, period. Why? Well, because he's protected by magic. And I never said he cannot burn someone else by boiling their blood ;)

I get the feeling you like to be the puppet master here! I mean, I get that you are the GM, but I somehow already feel for the poor prince. May the God's have mercy on his soul. And that's alright about the Knight role again. I know the terrors of trying to decide a proper candidate. I'll carry on with what I was already underway with in Edgar's CS. Quick question. What would you say his full title should be? Or do I get to interpret that any?

Ok, people I have some news! We all expect IC to have many story twists inside, but in this case we have twists in OOC section aswell. How did that happen, you wonder? It's not past 24 hours, and Cleric still hasn't post the CS... Well, our selfless and most honorable @Jinxer plead to include both of the contestants, and offered to give away Alexis' Water gem to @clericbeast, making Cleric the Knight of the Misty rivers. Congrats!!! But don't you worry, Jinxer aka Alexis is not leaving us. She is staying as Shi'larra's apprentice, being just the way she is, only without the gemstone.

@Incanus you might have to do some minor editing in your IC post regarding the change of Alexis' character. - that might not be neccessary, since Alexis will remain to be a knight, only without a gem

Sorry for being a bit of a noob, but each RP seems to have different conventions. How will we do dialogue? Type it out before or have each post be a question-answer sort of thing? I've left it hanging on "hello", hoping someone else could describe me and continue the conversation in the next post (if they so choose), is that ok? Sorry for all the questions.

@RPforthatPR I admit you got me confused, since I thought dialoguing is pretty simple :) But if I understood you correctly, you were wondering about how many questions/statements should you put in one post, is that right?
Anyway, the way you ended your post is pretty ok. You could add, question or comment something else, though, giving others more material to respond to, but sincee we are only beginning, and there isn't much to discuss yet, this shall do.

Okay so I am almost done with the CS. It seems to be coming together great in my opinion! (self applauds) I have Half of the BG done thus far, and only have The Fighting style left to deal with. By the way, I have named him Prince Edgar Leviticus Bartholomew if that will be alright with you. Anything that isn't appropriate I will gladly edit out. =]

(Sorry it took all day. I have to tend to an elderly person most of the day. He seems to have simmered down a lot, so I have had more time to focus one writing it with no distractions the last few hours)
