Appearance: Pale skinned, 6'1", 170 pounds, not skinny but not buff either, usually wears his House Robe with blue threads stitched alongside the green ones in a helix. Has black, straight, medium length hair and intensely green eyes. His ears are slightly pointed.

Short bio: David, as a pureblood, has grown in relative luxury and was able to train in the wizarding ways from an early age. While not strictly speaking ancient and not particularly influential politically, the Windstrider house is perhaps one of the most wealthy, thanks to some strategic marriages with Gringotts directors. Many members of house Windstrider are thus partially goblin in ancestry, David himself being 1/8th that. This allows for some uses of wandless magic, completely wandless for very simple charms and only needing the wand in hand without waving it for medium ones. David has always been interested in battle magic/defense against the dark arts, due to his natural advantage, and is often seen duelling when the opportunity presents itself. Also, through his extensive studies, he was recognized as one of the masters of Transmutation, recognition which singlehandedly won him the role of Perfect in his fifth year.
Personality: David is extremely open minded. Some might say even too open minded. He sees nothing as taboo, and can often be heard making such outrageous suggestions like incorporating muggle technology in the Floo system, tracking squib populations for genetic patterns, and even unbanning Crucio. In general, he is an aggressively opportunistic, perfectionist and power-hungry person that always looks for avenues to increase his knowledge, spell mastery, or the wealth of his family. In first year, the sorting hat told him he would fit equally well in ravenclaw and slytherin, and he went for the latter only because it was strategically better for the purpose of maybe collecting underlings.

Hobbies: David loves wizarding duels and has been training and participating in competitions since first year. He is also a specialist Transmuter, with a level of knowledge almost on par with the teachers. Also, as a Windstrider, he is well versed in the science of economy, having studied both the works of great goblin analysts and muggles. His personal heroes are Milton Friedman and Merlin, the first for his keen understanding of how wealth is generated, and the second for his initiative to command and order the wizarding world.
Pets: David has an owl named Celeste, who, because of the many transmuting experiments David put it through, is permanently glittering.
Personal possessions: Extradimensional chest (it's bigger on the inside), all books required for 6th and 7th year, several pairs of robes for special ocasions, a couple books on Muggle economy, advanced math, and game theory, and tons of galleons. Literally.

NPCs: David's best friend Charles Johnson is a 6th year Ravenclaw muggleborn. David values him for his unwavering loyalty and vast memory. A walking encyclopaedia, David often bounces ideas off him in his researches and while studying for exams. The Slytherin David hangs around with started out being condescending of Charles and not giving him much credit, but David called them idiots and let Charles prove himself by aceing every single class and exam. The two boys are oftentimes seen together.

Appearance: Average height bald male teacher. Wears green robes embroidered with golden runes randomly distributed on the sleeves.

Short bio: Dagen is a French wizard that used to work at Beauxbatons as a runes lecturer, and moved to Hogwarts after a place opened up for himself. Runic archaeology was richer and more diverse in Britain, and Dagen was always more an explorer at heart than a teacher. He quickly got along with the Hogwarts crowd, especially getting attached to the inquisitive Ravenclaw.

Personality: Dagen is not the most formal man on the planet. He often talks to his students as peers and does as much as he can to make them enjoy the stuff he teaches as much as he does. He rarely subtracts points for someone's disobedience or absenteeing, but is known to give out very difficult test papers. While teaching, he exudes an aura of joy, empowered every time he grabs hold of a "new" ancient manuscript or recipe to present.

Short bio: Felicia was born in a small house on a small hill at the edge of an ordinary town. Her parents had just moved to their new home shortly before Felicia was born. At a young age, Felicia's skills in reading, speaking, and deceiving skyrocketed. Her parents nurtured her with books, allowed her to talk all she wanted and fought her the things that they knew.
They were con-artists, the best of the best, and they taught Felicia everything she would need to know to take up the profession. But as she grew older, Felicia grew apart from the other kids in the town. She still played with them and acted happy, but it was different at home. She had begun to talk less to her parents and instead would spend a lot of time reading. Born in a large house at the outskirts of a city, Parum had been near magic since birth. Her family was one of brilliant wizards, students of Hogwarts, graduates, all pure bloods. Her family was one of two parents, and five children. Each of them went to Hogwarts, learning great amounts of magic. Every one of them a Slytherin.

Parum was the youngest, ten years younger than her closest sibling. She was always pushed to the side, brushed away to make way for her greater siblings. Parum became the victim to bullying. The victim to her family. But she suffered through it. She endured, waiting to turn eleven. And luckily for her she was accepted. She happily left on her way for Hogwarts.

She was put into Hufflepuff, a house that suited Parum. She spent most of her free time in the library, reading. She devoured books on alchemy, a type of magic she had always found immensely interesting.

BIO : Born in Wales in the family manor "Mountain Flower" on the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) to Gwyner and Loff Arcane. Her mother is 74 and her father 92. Both parents remained neutral during the wizarding wars preferring instead to isolate themselves behind the walls of their palatial manor.

Aella is the youngest child of the Arcane Family. She has three siblings the youngest of which is 25 years her senior. Raised by servants and treated as an unwanted burden Aella has little love of her family as she's very much raised herself.

The Arcanes are a wealthy family who claim descent from the Moragan and Royalty. The former there is no proof to support but the latter is documented though their kingdom was quite small.

Aella's siblings are two witches and a wizard. Their names are Braggia (46), Gertrude (41) and Uthor (53). Uthor is in Azkaban for the import of forbidden items, Braggia is the wife of Ceril Green and Gertrude owns an auction house that does objects of magic or magical history..
Her siblings view her as an intruder but have never gone out of their way to torment, control or rid themselves of. To do so would mean that they've actually noticed Aella.

At school she's been a different sort of Slytherin who doesn't use fear as a tool but by understanding those around her by careful observation and an unusual empathy usually absent in her housemates.

Also unlike her sisters of the serpent has thrown herself into presenting herself as helpful to the teachers and staff. None can recall Aella ever using magic to torment weaker students in fact coming to the defense of a few. This is not to say that Aella has never used magic on anyone for she has and does when she's offended with her favorite spells being charms followed by hexes..

Her parents while distant are demanding always expecting Aella to conform to their every command. During the summer break she has been tutored since she was 11 by various wizards and witches making Hogwarts a chance to relax for her.

PERSONALITY : Aella is ambitious as well as driven to succeed so that she may escape her family and it's control on her. She hates potions classes saying if she needs to cook she'll hire one which explains why her grades are only good enough to pass. In DADA and Charms she is obsessive about owning every book she can find no matter the price or questionable origins. Rebellious against her parents she has actually cultivated a taste for many forms of Muggle Music often times playing them on her piano or one of many boom box systems she hides around the manor and grounds.

Aella has always loved annoying her parents sensibilities and even embarrassing them in front of guests once going so far as inviting muggle boy to dinner who had the memory erased from his mind. Aella began keeping spiders as pets because of her mother's fear of arachnids then becoming fascinated by them and collecting 100s of them. This caused her mom so much worry she moved Aella to the farthest wing of the manor and never steps foot on her floor. She causes her father concern by stretching her expenses and being seen with both muggle girls and boys.

Vindictive Aella rarely acts suddenly unless forced to instead preferring a calculated stealth attack. Once committed to the attack though she is brutally efficient and sadistic.

Bio : Born somewhere in Greece around 1949 Acantha was what was known as a temple child because her mother was the Last High Priestess of Hecate and her father unknown. Conceived to be her mother's sucessor Acantha's destiny changed in a senseless attack which left her an Orphan and destroyed the temple she'd called home for her first nine years of life.

Raised by an Aunt who was barely related to her Acantha was and still is watched over by her mother's ghost and is the reason she is considered one of the Wizarding World's experts on Ghosts, Specters, Spirits and Poltergeist..

Arachne

She attended Koldovstoretz in Russia where she proved a quick learner but a problem because of her ability to call Ghosts to herself. Still even with all of Acantha's Spectral troubles she graduated in the upper 10% of her class and went on to study Euro-Glyph School of Extraordinary Languages in Paris France.

Also an expert maker of potions it is known by a few that Acantha has discovered a potion to slow aging or that is at least the suspicion which is why her actual age doesn't match her perceived age.

Sought out by the Death Eaters in the first war Acantha became their enemy for refusing to join them and actually aiding those against them. And in the lull between wars Acantha made friends with Minerva McGonagall who later asked her to become the former Ghouls teacher's replacement.

She has written 23 books on the various types of Ghosts, Specters and Poltergeist her most famous "The Fetters that Bind and The Dead have Feelings" she also has written 9 books on deciphering the texts of antiquity.

PERSONALITY : Acantha is in simple terms spooky many claiming they get a chill whenever she's near, this could be due to the fact that she is always accompanied by a Ghost or just nerves. She's most definitely a night person who's rarely seen out in daylight and when she is she wears dark glasses and a large hat.

Friendly unless angered Acantha can become a powerful foe who's mastery of spirit magic can summon an army of Ghosts to her aid.

Patient and thoughtful she genuinely enjoys teaching often helping her students in classes outside of her own.

Ghoul Studies

Deep in the dungeons of Hogwarts is found the Serpentine Hall and the classroom of Ghoul Studies.

Serpentine Hall not properly part of the Dungeons but the entrance to the Catacombs but by Salazar Slytherin in the tenth century. The hall is home to some of Hogwarts most beautiful stonework and sculpted art. But like many such places it is a facade that hides behind it's beauty many secrets in the Catacombs of Hogwarts.

This lonely hall is the place quoted in the legend of horrors that the older students and siblings use to frighten and astound. It is haunted by ghosts which names are known to only other ghosts and of Course the Professor of Ghoul Studies Miss Oxyntes (Pronounced Ox y nite though some few students call her Miss Night)

The quiet Miss Night is almost never seen above ground in daylight and at night seen more outdoors except on rare occasions at Feasts or important school functions. When she speaks people must strain to hear her but she has demonstrated either an ability or spell that emits a scream equal to a Banshee's which she used to drive back a group of three direwolves that had wandered on campus.

Her quarters are off her classroom and were once an abandoned crypt built for one of the Heirs of Slytherin and are twice as spacious as those of the other professors. (The only draw back is no view.) The Ghoul Studies class is conducted in the catacombs themselves but has as it's actual classroom is a small amphitheater who's lectern sets recessed into a natural half dome of Large crystals. The students desks are spacious and even described as comfy and sit 3-6-12-28 on each level. Four seats are occupied permanently, 2 on the highest level with 1 each on levels 2 an 3. ( 1 Mummy and a Skeleton top level, 1 Ghoul on the third and a former student's ghost on the second level)

The Ghoul Studies class at present has only four registered students. (Aella Arcane 6th year Slytherin. Bella Sinclair 5th year Ravenclaw, 4th year Ravenclaw and Horace Uthur 166th year At Large former Gryffindor 7th year)

Class begins exactly two hours after dark or evening meal in the long nights of winter. Usually Miss Night tells her class the history of the area they'll visit that night or the legends of the ghosts they might encounter. Sometimes though Miss Night's mother and a ghost takes over teaching a portion of the course mother and daughter call practical questions and answers. No one his sure what Miss night does on those night's which she doesn't appear to teach.

Once a month Miss Night locks the students in a catacomb section where Peeves is allowed to play with them anyway he wishes so long as they are not harmed. ( Feel free to try magic on Peeves but be warned that he's resisted many attempts to expel him and a couple of those that tried had to leave the school shortly afterwards.)

Short bio: Genevieve grew up in mostly Manchester, England with her two magical parents. She is a pureblood witch, but she never really wanted to be. She hated how she was different from everyone. Everyone seemed to be repelled by her when she was younger, as if her magical was driving them away, even if they didn’t know about it. She was bullied a lot for being weird and she always tended to come home crying her eyes out.

That all changed when her mother got cancer. They tried everything to save her, even spells and potions, but nothing seemed to beat it. With her last dying breath, her mother told Genevieve that if Genevieve wanted a normal life so badly, then this would be what she had to go through every day. Genevieve hated that, but she did not hate her mother for telling her. With that, she embraced her magic and her weird side. She stood up to the bullies at school and she was brave and when she turned eleven she got her letter to go to Hogwarts.

Once she got to Hogwarts, she immediately felt better about who she was and she felt confident in herself again. She was sorted into Gryffindor because the Sorting Hat saw in her mind what all that she has gone through and how her personality is now in spite of that. She plays Quidditch for her mother because her mother was an amazing Chaser and she always wanted to be like the woman who told her to embrace her weirdness.

Personality: Though she is very brave, loyal, and trusting, Genevieve is not the most outgoing person in the world. She tends to sit in her room and read rather than mess around outdoors. She does love to play Quidditch and is an amazing Chaser, just like her mother was. She is always warm and open to meeting new people, but she doesn’t really like large crowds. She doesn’t talk to very many people, but once a person is introduced to her, she is warmer toward them. She always stands up for what she believes is right, even if that means going against some rules, and she will always remain a loyal friend to whoever wants to be her friend. She takes blows as they come and always tries to overcome them with the best her of ability.

Personal possessions: Her Firebolt 2000, which she got from her mother. It is three generations under the Firebolt Supreme, but it is still almost as fast as the Supreme, though it has a little less maneuverability. She has a locket from her mother which has a picture of her mother and her father in one side and her on the other side. Besides that, she has everything that she has bought.

Relationships:
Patrick Ford- Genevieve and Patrick have been close friends ever since they got to Hogwarts their first year. She wound up having to sit next to him because all of the other cars were full and she didn't have anywhere else to sit. They got to talking and became fast friends immediately. She was disappointed when she got sorted into Gryffindor and him to Hufflepuff, but that didn't stop their friendship. They hung out often and began to play against each other in Quidditch when they both joined their second year, her as a Chaser and him as a Beater. There was some rough patches though, especially after he hit the Bludger directly at her their third year and knocked her off her broom. But he was very kind afterwards and apologized for it, just stating that it was a competition and he wanted to win. They have had a friendly rivalry ever since, but it has become slightly more than a friendship to her. In fact, she has developed a minor crush on him.

Professor Terrabeth "Terra" Carlyle

Position: Transfiguration Teacher

House: She does not have a house, considering she is a teacher, but she has a particular attachment to the Gryffindor house.

Short bio: Professor Carlyle was mostly a travelling witch to begin with. She was a Keeper for the most part, watching over budding wizards and witches when they were young and helping the headmaster of Hogwarts get out letters to those children. Since she always watched those children, she had to help hide their magic rom the Muggle world, so she took up Transfiguration as a helpful tool to hide it. Since she was so good at it, Professor McGonagall hired her as the Transfiguration teacher in her stead. Professor Carlyle knew that she would have a better chance at helping her students that she sent there that way and she took up the job immediately. She is originally from the U.S., so she has an American accent.

Personality: Professor Carlyle is a very caring individual and she loves children. She can be a bit of a stickler when it comes to rules, but she can also be your friend when she needs to be. She is often very quiet, listening and learning more than she is teaching, and she believes in learning by failing. She always has the students try everything first before she helps guide them to what they are supposed to do. She also is very sly and sometimes goes behind the headmaster’s or headmistress’s back to help out some of her students with tests. She is also very mischievous. She sometimes pulls pranks on her students and even some of the other teachers.

Short bio: Patrick was born in Copenhagen, Denmark purely by accident. His parents never expected their son to be born prematurely and as it turned out their two month trip was sure cut short when Patrick decided to enter the world. Soon after his birth the family moved back to England and took residence in their newly built home in West London. Magic never played a huge part in his home but he was aware of it as it ran down his father’s side of the family and he showed all the early signs of adjusting to it just how a child should. His father holds a job as an architect within the wizarding world, assisting in making vital changes to any structures that the Ministry may request but his largest passion comes from assisting wizarding families who may find themselves in struggle with their home situation and he gladly offers his services to help them. His mother is a performer on the West End stage in London and has been featured notably with large roles in several top grossing shows.


Personality: Patrick is a smart young man with a keen interest for his passions. He takes great pride in the finer details of his work and never hesitates to put in a few extra hours just to make sure he is fully satisfied with his toil. His mother taught him never to be afraid about putting himself forward for things as that is how one reaps the best rewards so when opportunities rise, he thoroughly enjoys placing himself right in the midst and getting involved. He holds a very strong devotion to his friends and his Quidditch team as well as his work.

Hobbies: Patrick has always shown a keen interest in architecture ever sure his father would lay his blueprints down on the table of their London home. This leads him to find constant fascination with the world around him, especially within Hogwarts itself where he can easily spend hours wandering through the corridors to discover all it has to offer. He also loves to play Quidditch now, although he found no interest in it for the first year or two. However that soon changed when he came in as a Beater in his third year before finally deciding Keeper was actually the position for him. He's genuinely a very proud Captain. As well as this and despite the fact it may make people question him, he also thoroughly enjoys working whether in the common room or the library to keep on top of things and make sure he's achieving the best grades he can.

Relationships:
Genevieve Braveheart - Patrick and Genevieve met for the first time upon the Hogwarts Express. They were both First Years and by the time Genevieve came and sat next to him in his carriage, it felt like Patrick had been on the train forever. The two hit it off quickly, finding they had plenty to talk about as they made the long trek and despite the fact they were placed in different houses, it didn't deter him from becoming friends with her. It was a little more difficult, given that it was easier to be around Hufflepuffs in their common room but they grew close over the years and developed a playful rivalry that stemmed onto the Quidditch pitch. The moment where he whacked a bludger right at her has not been forgotten by either of them and their banterous on pitch relationship has extended to him now attempting to prevent every single one of her points as keeper. Short bio: Born in a muggle family of doctors, Nick was the first to receive his Hogwarts Acceptance Letter. It all came as a shock knowing that there hasnt been the slightest indication of magic in his family at any point in time. His father thought it was absurd and didnt approved of it a single bit. Nick also thought it was absurd at first, but felt incredibly curious to see for himself what this Hogwart's school really is. So with annoying persistence, he finally convinced his father to send him to the said school, and was really glad that he did.

Personality: Firm in his decisions and can be quite persistent. Once he set his mind into something he will not stop at nothing to make it come true no matter how crazy and reckless it is. Nick is quite inquisitive, and always snooping that has definitely gotten him into all kinds of tight situations just because he has the will to meddle in things he shouldnt be meddling with.

Hobbies: The most notable hobby he has is playing Quidditch, and he's good at it too. He plays as the Gryffindor's Keeper for 3 consecutive years already along with several of his friends. Though he once played in a soccer team before he got to Hogwarts, but his interest in the said muggle sport was short lived. Nick also fared well in potions and Transfiguration compared to any of his other subjects.

Pets: A tabby cat called Mr. Periwinkle.

Personal possessions: A silver locket encrusted with several irregular shaped red stones. Although the trinket was as normal as any locket could be, but what makes it special was the tiny stone inside it, even finer than the ones outside, that Nick believes has a magical property of some sort (though never proven), and for a very good reason, because he bought it on one of his rare trips to Knockturn Alley. He wears it all the time. Oh and he got his broom, a later edition of Firebolt but way much better than its predecessors nonetheless.

Relationships: Damian 'Ian' Jackdaw - he is Nick's partner in crime, where most of the time it was Nick committing the crime and Ian the one getting them out of it. If not for Damian, Nick could've been kicked out of school a long time ago. If not for him, there's no one to look out for teachers when they try to sneak out of school during off hours, no one to cover for him when he smuggles forbidden merch from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, no one to tell him if the prank he's about to pull was too much or too dull and needs to step it up a bit, and no one else in the entire school who can actually put up with all his crazies and actually carry it out with him. Its safe to say that Ian is the closest thing he can call as a 'best friend'.

Mary's father was unknown to Mary, and the source of Mary's abilities seen as the worst possibility of a deal between Satan and God. Mary's mother believed she was suffering as Job had, and to free herself of the curse she must cleanse Mary. The woman's definition of cleanse grew worse as Mary's abilities grew. These abilities were never quite under control though.

Somehow word got to Mary's father, Andrew Winthrop, about her situation. How word got to him was never something he told Mary, but late in the night he took the small 8 year old from her home and freed her. It took Mary sometime before she realized she had side-along apparated.

The next few years Mary and her father learned from each other. Mary on how to trust people again, Andrew on how the simplest thing can bring joy. Mary was grossly undereducated so Andrew lost no time in catching the girl up in general education. When the letter for Hogwarts came he beamed.

Personality: Mary is a quite girl, though very curious. One would not expect her to know the things that she knows. Unless they saw her library research history. She is not quick to trust people. It is very unlikely that anyone knows her full history. She does not talk about her mother. Due to her undereducated early in her life Mary feels like she is always trying to catch up. Her wit can be particularly scathing at times.

Short bio: Kyle was raised in a family that touted the pure-blood belief, and he believed it. That is until his first year of school, that year he met his wife to be. They became great friends and it wasn't until the next year that everything went wrong. Voldemort's hold on the school shocked the young Kyle and he distanced himself from his family. His mother dying of natural causes, his father in the war, and his sister disappearing after the fall of Voldemort. Kyle decided, since no one else could, that he would find her. He pushed himself until he became an Auror. It took him several years after that to find Maggie, but when he did he was able to defeat her and bring her in. He retired after that, and became a teacher at Hogwarts for DADA.

Personality: Kyle is protective. He is especially protective of those he cares about, a very small group of people. He's reserved with people he doesn't know well.

Consequently, she became fairly independent and quiet, spending more time with adults than children her own age. Although Lindsey's family knew riches somewhere in the past, she was raised in a fairly modest cottage atop a more impressive stretch of farmland. Her childhood was fairly simple and stable, with no outstanding moments to cause particularly strong emotions. Despite her youth, Lindsey spent a lot of time aiding her uncle in his labors. She can be succinctly described as a bleeding heart, which was surely the cause of her being placed into Hufflepuff. Although she's capable of logic, Lindsey sometimes fails to dismiss the cruel words of some of her peers and, though she won't openly cry, will become subdued and listless for a short while. There seems to be a limit to her darker emotional periods, however, and whether she wills it or not, her mood eventually returns to a bright optimism. There are some perks to being raised with brothers on a farm, though: Lindsey has some physical ability to defend herself and can fight dirty, if she's even compelled to do so. Her anger is rarely stirred, and often only due to cruel treatment of animals or those she deems defenseless, at which point Lindsey develops a slightly savage twist to her personality.

Short bio: Life wasn't unusual for him, well as usual a life for a wizard family could get. His mother was a Veela and his father was a wizard that worked for the Ministry in the study of curses and how to counter new ones that kept on being developed by dark wizards. When the letter arrived from Hogwarts it came as no surprise to anyone of them and before he knew it, he was shipped off. During those years he made a name of himself as a reckless bastard that held no regard to rules to some and to others he represented the true spirit of Gryffindor.

Personality: On the surface he acts like he doesn't take anything seriously. He has a relaxed attitude towards everything and it can easily come off as him being a slacker, which to some degree is true when the subject holds little meaning to him. When the subject matters to him or there is a source of motivation then he puts his best foot forward and gives it is his all. Sylvester couldn't give a single crap about school rules and regulations that he deems as idiotic however he knows to avoid breaking the most important rules that could get him kicked out of Hogwarts. He walks around school in muggle clothing much to many prefect's and teacher's dismay.

He is sarcastic in a playful sort of manner and enjoys pranking others though there are times when he tends to go overboard. He is extremely flirtatious with the opposite sex and uses his veela ability of attracting the opposite sex to help him in this particular pursuit.

Sylvester is also extremely energetic and outgoing, tending to be easy to be with, but also tends to tease others as a joke. He is a curious man and is willing to try almost anything new that he feels comfortable with.

Not a lot is terribly known about Jaden mostly because anyone who really knows him chooses not to talk about it out of respect for his the silence he keeps about the incident. What is known however is that Jaden is from a small magical village located somewhere outside of Surrey England but was born in London, England where he lived until he was six. He lives now with his Grandfather who is an now retired Auror who once upon a time worked for the Ministry of Magic. Jaden lives a rather normal life compared to some, while his entire family is quite wealthy, they live a modest life not caring much for the luxuries that come with said wealth.

At school Jaden is not the most popular nor is he the most hated, he is what he likes to call secluded. Not known to be overly talkative he if often seen as a quiet person. Most any who know him think of him as a rather nice person, but also very complex, never being one to talk about himself. However where Jaden lacks social ability, he makes up for it with his amazing understanding on Defense Against the Dark Arts. Where Jaden excelled at his courses he strived even more in DADA, to the point where he is on par with the teacher. Jaden enjoys DADA and practices it everyday, even to the point where he has begun testing out new spells for defense, however none of them have panned out as of yet. Often seen shadow dueling and also taking part in school sanctioned duels, and also helping other students, he is quickly becoming a master of DADA. Due to his extensive studies of DADA and his dedication to the subject this earned him the position of Prefect for Ravenclaw. Jaden's aspirations in life is to become and Auror like his grandfather and his mother and father before him.

Personality:
Jaden is known to be quiet when he on his own time, while he is quite vocal in classes and when he helping others when they require it, he is just a secluded kind of person. Most would describe him as an incredibly generous person, and a genuinely nice person the kind that would go out of their way to help. Jaden is also incredibly intelligent and is a known strategist who loves a good game of wizards chess. He is also driven by a deep motivation, he does not easily allow himself to suffer defeat, and he has a no die attitude when it comes to his life and he inspires those around them if he is able. In reality Jaden is very eccentric when he wants to be or when he is not secluded somewhere. In the end Jaden is an enigma to other people, at one moment he is outgoing and then at the next he is quiet and not talking much, but he is passionate, dedicated and open minded and this is what people notice most about him.

Short bio: Damian was born in America, a half-blooded boy raised in a bad neighborhood, somewhere between the borders of Texas and Arkansas. His father was a magical wizard - a former Auror, to be more specific, while his mother was a simple muggle housewife. Life growing up wasn't easy. He was often picked on at school, for no reason other than the fact that the bullies were idiots, and quickly learned to fight with his fists, feet, head, elbows, knees...practically everything. Magic didn't really interest him, but when he tried, he got his first spell done correctly, marking him as a naturally talented wizard - much to his stoicness, and his father's happiness.

However, Damian was busy with MMA and Boxing lessons - even at a young age, he was taught beginner stuff, but, at the age of ten, something happened...even he couldn't help. His father was gone on some Britian wizarding business, and an infamous gang in their neighborhood crashed the party. Long story short, unthinkable things were done to his mother while he was on the floor, half-knocked out and bleeding from fractures and broken bones...in the end, his mother was killed.

It was abrupt, insane, and brutal...but it happened. This marked the start. When his dad came, Damian was sent to Britain - as an American Exchange Student, to go to Hogwarts. Apparently, that's why his dad left. His dad became distant after that, and they never really talked much. Damian continued to take MMA and boxing lessons, and practiced magic so that, when his fists couldn't do the talking, curses could. He promised that he would never let anything like that happen to anyone close to him again.

Personality: Damian can come off as a rough, unfeeling boy, having suffered quite a bit of sad events in his life, early on. This gives him a tough outer-shell. He's independent, not easily making emotional connections, but this has also made him focused, brave, and determined - while also being protective of the friends he has. It's rather easy for him to get annoyed, but rather than throwing a hissy fit, he tends to either act violent, or put the anger into training. This makes him rather ambitious, which is why, combined with his quick-thinking and reflexes, makes him ingenious in stressful situations.

It's easy for others to get intimidated by the American, especially due to his calloused demeanor and blunt ways of getting things straight, and he will not take any crap from anyone. Despite all of his callousness, however, Damian is inwardly kind towards the 'nicer' people, and will help when he sees bad things happening to good or semi-good people. The kindness is gruff as if he's reluctant to show compassion. He can also be cheerful when either drunk, or happy about some success - successful pranks, for instance. Tends to smirk when things go his way, as well. Is rather quiet, all things considered, but absolutely has no trouble speaking up when he feels like it, although he tends to let his fists or wand do the talking when necessary. Actions speak louder than words.

Summary - Focused, determined, brave, quick-thinker, tough & calloused, ambitious. Maintains a cool, detached image. Oddly enough, he is very much like a lion...or a griffin.

Magic is fine and all, but lifting weights and sprinting up hills tends to get the blood flowing.

Pets: A magical lion cub called 'Leo'. It has the physical appearance of a regular lion cub, but as it grows - which it does a bit faster than normal, it's size will become noticeably larger than any other muggle lions. It's hide will also be magic resistant as it grows.

Personal possessions: Other than the necessary thing, such as his necessary robes and school supplies, depending on the time of the RP, Damian has his personal riding broom, bought after quite a bit of hard work, and some funding from his parents, along with the sponsorship of a Wizarding Quidditch Team that wants to see him succeed; he has the Firebolt Supreme, hailed as the greatest racing broom in the 21st century. Hehas some less than legal items, easily disguised. For instance, the ring on his left and right hands will actually turn into brass-knuckles once a sliver of magic is siphoned into them. He also has a map, which was, once again, funded by a bunch of hard work and odd jobs; a map enchanted by some guy in France, which allows him to see the presence of anyone within a certain distance around him, along with their names.

He also has a few muggle-fied things; a motorcycle, tricked out with different runes and charms so that it could...yes, fly. [Think Sirius' motorcycle, just more modern in design.] A set of muggle clothing that he wears when not forced to wear robes, and boxing gloves, boxing tape, a weight set, and a heavy-duty punching bag that's charmed to never break or rip. He keeps the boxing equipment constantly in his shrunken trunk, unless he trains that day.

Relationships: Nicholas 'Nick' Gregory Hornhill - Despite their minor differences, with Damian being a bit more cold, focused, and ruthless than Nick, and Nick being a bit more wreckless, inquisitive, and persistent, they quickly became friends - with Nicholas really being one of the few people Damian talks to out of the Quidditch field. Damian's quick-thinking and ferocious presence has gotten them out of quite a few bad situations, and Nicholas is the one to make them go through the bad situations, with his love for pranks and the such - which, although he wouldn't admit it, has rubbed off on Damian as well. People have learned not to bully or otherwise mess with Nicholas due to the threat of Damian finding out - not to say that many people bothered Nick in the first place.. [Others are open!]

Short Bio

Born to a warlock father and muggle mother Oliver has always had one foot in each worlds. His parents are both very proud of their heritage and at times would argue that the other was dragging Oliver too deep into the other ones world. Thankfully for them he had quickly fallen in love with both and has since made large steps towards remaining connected to both worlds.

At a young age Oliver was told he could select which education program he would want to persue. Instead of picking he studied hard and after some labor found success in both muggle summer programs and Hogwarts. His success in both allowed him the open to study abroad making it possible for him to study at a muggle language program in Rome while at the same time Oliver was accepted into an accelerated Alchemy course within the Vatican. Since then he has found his interests moving from one study to the next.

With him now in his 7th year Oliver promised his parents that he would remain at home after returning from a program study in South Africa. Returning to Hogwarts as a 7th year he is somewhat nervous; however, with his confidence he isn’t worried about meeting old people as he is interested in meeting new people. Bio: Michael was born and raised in America by a magical family. Being the youngest of four children in the Spencer house hold Michael got to watch and learn from his older brother and his two older sisters. As a student he wasn't book smart, but still he was considered a genius by his muggle teachers for his natural ability in art, music, and sports. This was also the case when he became of age and went to an American school for magic. Only being able to strive in classes that interested him, quidditch, and his personal hobbies, Michael was actually sort of a big deal at his school. The problem was when his parents died shortly before the end of his fifth year at the school. Michael was then forced to move in with his sister in Spain. From here he transfered to Hogwarts to begin his sixth year.

Personality: While Michael was a very easy going person after the loss of his parents Michael wasn't sure how to handle himself. Most of his friends back in America tried to keep in contact the best they could but not being able to spend time together it was a little difficult and Michael quickly realized that he had to start over. Not sure if he would remain the same and be popular Michael now just tries to be nice and only show off his big talents to his friends, or in quidditch matches. Seeking to improve his social life more than his academic one, or at least that's his plan for the first half of the year.

Short bio:

Karen's mother was a well traveled witch, who was also a known duelist. Because of her abrasive attitude, she got into plenty of fights. In one of these fights she was cursed heavily using ancient Dark Magic and no magic could break it. While searching desperately for a cure, she bumped into Kyle Antonius, who was not a deacon at the time. The man realizing that she was distressed but not knowing the reason, offered her a prayer and a free meal. The next day the curse had disappeared.

The two met with each other constantly after that, both their interests in each other piqued. What then started as an awkward friendship with much arguments turned into love, and they were eventually married.

When Karen was born, a similar miracle occurred; at the exact day of her birth, many people found that they were cured from sickness, even terminal patients were cured. Claudia linked it to magic, Kyle's father called it a miracle, while Kyle said it was magic that came from a miracle.

As Karen grew, her fascination with the suffering and helping of others became evident, much to her fathers delight. Much to her mothers dismay, however, she also inherited her fathers wonderful personality. Karen developed an interest in healing magic, however she is extremely unconventional with the way she does things, which makes people worry.

Personality:

Karen has an angelic personality and is forgiving to the point that she believes her only purpose in life is to help others, even if she is hurt in the process. She never blames the person who has hurt her and blames the act on devils who caused the person to commit whatever sin. Whenever she is at fault, she apologizes to God rather than the person, although she doesn't mean to be rude - she's just weird that way.

However, in contrast to her angelic persona, she also loves teasing people and exploiting others’ emotional vulnerability. Upon discovery of an individual’s weak spot, she enjoys bringing it out to light in front of all the other characters. While this antagonizes many people and causes much outrage and humiliation, she remains calm. Caren however will not go too far with this, so long as she isn't forced to. Most of the time she uses it for harmless teasing. Basically, Karen likes to troll people.

Karen insists on acting on her standards of grace and etiquette in every situation. She does not panic or overreact and always maintains a pristine and untouched persona. Even in the face of people who consider her enemies or show her open hostility, she will not so much as frown, in fact, she would still be very polite with them. Of course, this same grace is applied to her teasing.

She is a devout Catholic, as strange as it may seem, and often quotes from scriptures or phrases from the Bible mostly for her own convenience, but when she wants to, she is actually quite wise in going about their use.

Despite her calm and unaffected persona, she is cunning, perceptive, efficient and a surprisingly ruthless person for someone who was placed into Gryffindor. In fact, many are surprised she is in the house at all - it seems she would make a much better Slytherin.

She is somewhat of a mad-scientist, as she is prone to experimenting with different spell, potions, etc.

Holding up a figure of 5'11", and having a weight of around 175 pounds, Archion seems to be an intimidating person as he gives off the air of 'Care-Free', 'Energetic' and 'Bubbly'. Adapting his posture from occasion to occasion, he prefers the more feminine 'L' posture or the one with one arm holding the other while its hanging down despite the two being more feminine. He also seems to never stay in one place or stay still as he is always seen moving around the room and starting every step with a burst of energy when he has some. He’s also is always seen smiling and never having a negative emotion spread upon his face keeping it relatively positive or neutral most of the time. However, on occasion you catch him scowling, rolling his eyes or sighing sadly before brightening up to talk to someone.

Short bio
Being the oldest son of the two couple, Peter Harkness and Naomi Harkness, he was an adopted child to the two couples who couldn't birth their own children due to complications so they adopted. His parent's didn't know much about Archion's past or his parents as it was shrouded in mystery where he was from. He was abandoned as a child at the Firefighter Station, where he was taken in and put into the system where he went from family to family. He however, eventually found a home for himself and was starting to settle down living a normal life with just the three of them. When the letters began coming, were more or less neutral about their adopted 'child' being a wizard, as he latter found out that his mother was a squib who knew of what the letters were for. She had the appropriate friends that she knew and trusted to give their son to, so Archion could collect his supplies for school until he was old enough.

Growing up with Hogwart's supplies available to him, Archion was a very avid pupil who was studious and a book worm. Yet, he was the perfect blend of brains and charm, being able to be smart while being a pretty outgoing and social person. This caused many problems for the Sorting Hat, as it was shortly turned into a 5 and a half minute hatstall, debating between him and the hat on which house was best for him. Deciding it was best, the Ravenclaws was spared from the boy and placed into the Hufflepuffs despite his impressive intelligence, as his social skills were the deciding factor of the decision. Despite the hat's, final say in the sorting Archion didn't mind as he soon got permission for the usage of the Time Turner, allowing him to take more classes in a day than one can imagine. The amount of time he had spent rewinding he has already forgotten but it wouldn't surprise him if he already rewinded up to several months worth of time. He had always used the Turner's magic responsibly for the most part, with the exception always being here or maybe there in a long while but besides that he always used it for his studies and classes. However, his constant travels back in time often leaves him drained with the amount of classes he volunteered to take, he is often spending his spare time sleep when not studying or going to classes.

Personality
Archion is an outgoing person who likes socializing with real people but prefers to socialize over the internet where he can talk to anyone in the world, however no technology in Hogworts so too bad for him. He also hates being doubted wrong by his friends and other people and easily holds grudges on people, however feigns it off with a mask that he wears nicely to hide his opinions about them, always looking to be a happy individual. His ability to hide his emotion is a good thing however it can amount to bad results, as he often holds them in instead of releasing it and confronting making him get into trouble more when it all just... pops. When he is not on the web or speaking to his friends his most common hobby that he likes to do is read and be alone. He has a blend of both halves, almost perfectly between and introvert and extrovert maintaining good relationships whip leaving enough time for himself as well. However, he is always seen out of breath but dismisses it as nothing to most people, not wanting them to worry about him but sometimes is mistaken for not wanting others to pry in his life.

Short bio:
Abel grew up the son of a pureblood witch and Muggle born wizard. Having experienced the effects of the war, they not only greatly treasured their only son, they made sure to hammer into him the idea of being accepting of all kinds. “Bonds between people won the war” they used to remind him. As such, Abel grew up a friendly, and confident boy. At a young age he discovered a love of the radio. While he’d seen Muggle televisions with both their visuals and sound, something about the Wizarding Wireless Network caught his attention. His father tracked down some recordings of the old Potterwatch broadcasts and they solidified his love of the wireless. He was fascinated by these brave people who chose to use this medium to not only oppose You-Know-Who, but to keep up spirits as well.

At Hogwarts he was sorted into Hufflepuff, and quickly took to the school. He found himself most at home in the classes concerning the natural world. Herbology and eventually Care of Magical Creatures quickly became his favorite subjects. He found a huge obstacle in Transfiguration which quickly proved to be his most hated subject as he simply could not get it, despite his decent performance in the theoretical aspects. By his fourth year he had fully given up on ever mastering the subject. He is a rather well-liked individual among his teachers and peers and got acquainted with quite a few of the young witches at Hogwarts in the upper years. Despite his enthusiasm for Quidditch, he simply cannot fly, but he’s more than satisfied with having taken over the commentator post. In his time, he's managed to become familiar with not only the student body, but the castle and grounds, along with some areas he could probably get in trouble for.

Personality:
Abel is a people person and is good at helping people feel included and welcome. He remembers just about everyone that he meets and can form a friendship rather quickly, though he does have those few people he values above all else. He's a bit of a charmer and likes to make friends with just about everyone. He thrives off the energy of other people and is at home in large groups, everywhere from an outing, to a party, to a Quidditch match. While he is capable of holding a good conversation one-on-one, he tends to dominate a conversation in groups larger than three people. Abel considers himself a lifelong learner, and believes that if you go to be without experiencing or learning something new, you may as well have not even woken up. While friendly, Abel can be a bit self-centered. He cannot understand those who dislike social situations for whatever reason, and can be insistent on getting them to "open up" and join in against their will. If allowed, he will talk and talk, holding focus of a conversation on whatever he finds interesting.
