At an imposing 6'3" and 200 lbs, the so-called 'Worldwalker' is not a foe to be taken lightly. He hails from a thousand different times and places all existing simultaneously in a world that he is beyond. Wrapped almost entirely in now-bleached robes of an ambiguous material that is light and loose, allowing for a great freedom of movement, his frame is athletic and lean, yet sturdy and tough. He rarely removes the cloth from his face, but if he did one would see eyes with the colour of a stormy sky and a haggard face with a strong jaw, lined with a thick layer of stubble, all of it framed with unruly and long, dark hair. Perhaps he hides himself so behind his unusual clothing for a reason?

H i s t o r y

A man once fought in a grand tournament at the centre of all places, a Nexus of worlds: Exaria, they called it; ruled by a grand Demon God whose name is now lost to the winds of time. Legends tell of a single human fighting amidst the eldritch monsters and divine powers that were called to Exaria for the 'righteous' bloodbath. Some will tell you that he only graced the realm with his presence because his only daughter, birthed to a now-deceased wife, was kidnapped by the Demon God and used as a bargaining chip to enrol a Human warrior in his melee, as no man or woman would come willingly to their death. It is said that this man, Arcturios, made it to the final challenge - to face the Demon God himself - but was slain whilst his kidnapped daughter was forced to watch. This would have been the end of the tale of Arcturios, but his name lives on to this day; upon his death he awoke not in some afterlife, but in another world entirely: one utterly different to his own. It was there he faced a warrior endowed with such skill that he was slain once more. And awake once more in yet another strange world did he.
Every time he awakens to a new land, to face a new warrior, as though it is just another phase of the cruel game he was forced into playing. Every worthy death is a step closer perhaps to finding his way back to the Demon God and his daughter, and perhaps the strength he will find on the way will let him finally free her from the grasps of the abhorrent God. Until then, though, he continues on in search of battle so that he may be killed and skip onwards to the next world in the chain.

Arcturios' signature weapon, a 7" polearm with two razor sharp 15" lanceolate blades forged into either end of the haft. It is a light, but incredibly well made tool for dealing a flurry of incredibly rapid attacks upon a foe. It can be spun rapidly and used to dice an opponent or stagger then through heavy armour, or it can be used to thrust and stab from a safe distance, depending on what the situation requires. The haft is reinforced with forged steel, affording the polearm extreme durability even in dire circumstances; it can be used to deflect many types of blows, especially slashing and stabbing attacks.
On top of such combat applications, the weapon is incredibly light and well balanced, allowing a trained user to wield it with lightning fast ferocity and grace. By applying this weapon correctly, Arcturios can maintain a full 360 degree circle of defence and offence, making him a very hard foe to close the distance with.

When engaging foes at a greater-than-human level of power, the weapon becomes endowed with the power of elemental manipulation, and can be used to control and exploit different elemental forces with nothing more than a touch.

K n i f e B e l t
A concealed belt of five throwing knives, designed for maximum aerodynamic potential and damage. Forged with folded steel. Can be thrown with accuracy and achieves maximum efficacy when exposed skin is targeted.

-(Excerpt from Wikipedia)-
The dragon hook (also known as the Longxu hook) is a thrown entangling/trapping concealable weapon. It features a two pronged steel hook about 33 cm long. An iron ring on a crescent-shaped body allows a rope to be attached. The hooks consist of two spearheads, 20 cm apart. The ends of the hooks are serrated. The rope is typically 10 metres long, and can be tied to the wrist of the user. This allowed the user to snag and reel in an adversary. It is very similar to a rope dart.

Arcturios wears no armour, only cloth robes. He is protected only by his skill in battle.

Lightning fast reflexes. While most humans average at about 0.25 seconds for most reflexes, The World Walker averages between 0.15 and 0.20. Is very observant and has impeccable sight.

Freerunning skills allow Arcturios the traverse most environments with relative ease. He can scale reasonably high walls and climb fast, as well as quickly get from one point to another.

Skilled with his chosen weaponry. He is capable of wielding said listed weapons to a masterful level. However, his skills deteriorate significantly when using anything other than his chosen armoury.

    --M y s t i c a l--
(The World Walker scales in power to match that of his opponent due to some somewhat beneficial side-effect of taking part in the tournament in Exaria. Below are listed his powers and how they scale)

    Heightened Reflexes
    Human level = negligible

Somewhat Powered = 0.10 reaction time

    Powered = 0.075 reaction time

Heavily powered = 0.025 reaction time

    Godlike = instant reactions

    Heightened Strength
Human level = can bench press 170kg comfortably. Can jump 6m

Somewhat Powered = can bench press 250kg comfortably. Can jump 10m

Powered = can bench press 300kg comfortably. Can jump 20m

Heavily powered = can bench press 500kg comfortably. Can jump 30m

Godlike = can bench press over 5 tonnes comfortably. Can jump 75m

    Elemental Empowerment
Human level = Cannot manipulate elements with Balance

Somewhat powered = Can manipulate present elements with Balance to a degree. Can extend the weapon's reach with a spike stone extension, for example. Nothing too fancy.

Powered = Can manipulate present elements with Balance confidently. Can create elemental walls or launch elemental bolts at a foe.

Heavily powered = Can manipulate present elements with Balance masterfully. Can create allies from surrounding elements, as well as launch powerful attacks with such elements.

Godlike = Can raise mountains and cause firestorms to strike his foe, as well as other powerful attacks with whatever surrounds him. Few limitations to such power.

At an imposing 7'1" and 260 lbs, the Sirian is perhaps the most imposing warrior this side of the planar conflux. His armour is thick and ominous, dark protrusions blotting the sun and casting unnatural shadows upon the ground that quivers at his wake. What lies below is entirely unknown but to what evil forces created such a man.

O O C D e s c r i p t i o n

Sirian is intended to be a 'hard-mode' character to face. It may be beneficial to utilise the environment and indirect attacks to face him as to attack directly is folly. He is extremely strong and very, very hard to hurt. Take this warning in good heed when choosing a character to place in combat with him.

H i s t o r y

It has been said that in the deepest depths of some infernal pit in the darkest corner of the most hellish realm, a ritual was conducted of the foulest kind to summon forth the spirit of an abhorrent demon to cast within the vessel of a man forged for this purpose and none other. It has been said that he was created from steel animate with dark energy, with a temper plucked from the centre of Hell itself. The demon placed within was perhaps once locked within an eternal prison of damnation for none other than heresy and murder of a God. Who can say what purpose Sirian has been set upon, and who might be the target of such unholy rage.
It is a commonplace tale within folklore that he descends from the sky in a torrent of flame, appearing in the clouds of a thousand worlds to scour and search for something that is unknown to we mortals.

M o r t a l i t y
Mortality is the given name of a legendary and infamous weapon that is spoke of in hushed tones only in the most clandestine monasteries of the most covert worlds. It was said that this weapon was once a Great Axe of divine and pure origins, belonging to the God of Light and Truth... before the God was tortured and slain by none other than Sirian, The Angel Slayer. Supposedly this was his greatest conquest, and he took the weapon as his spoil. The Axe has since been corrupted by the dark energies exuding from Sirian, its holy light fading into a blood-red glow, its polished, gleaming surface degrading and mutating a myriad of unholy protrusions that look as wicked as they are in combat. There is no doubt that Mortality is a mystical weapon; it is unbreakable and can crush solid rock with the lightest of touches. It is beyond a massive weapon, and supposedly actively fights back against a wielder that is not Sirian himself. Mortality is eternally aflame with black fires that are hotter than any dare imagine.

P e r m a n e n c e
Permanence is the gigantic shield that Sirian carries to every battle, a bulwark of dark steel that matches the corrupted visage of Mortality. It is believed that the shield is named as such for its sheer defensive capabilities: it acts as a nigh impenetrable barrier to even the strongest of magical attacks, and it repels physical strikes with just as much ease. It is another armament of such bulk and mass that few other than Sirian could hope to carry it, yet he wields it with terrifying grace in battle. Such a legendary shield plays a massive role in the way Sirian fights, and he can even wield it as a weapon, brutalising foes with forceful bashes that can shatter bones and pulverise bodies.

A r m o u r
It is unknown whether or not Sirian is even a man underneath such a clad suit of armour. There are some who believe he is simply made of the Dark Steel that seems to cover his every inch. It is an incredibly resilient material, and can shrug off most strikes with ease. There are no obvious chinks or weak spots in the armour, simply layers upon layers of twisted metal that is equally frightening as it is functional.

A b i l i t i e s & C a p a b i l i t i e s

    --P h y s i c al--

Sirian is a monstrously strong creature, easily surpassing the majority of foes. He is so strong infact that he is capable of moving with speed while donning both of his armaments and armour at the same time. He is capable of swinging his weapons hard, and can easily charge through solid stone walls should he will it. This strength increases with the power level of his opponent, but is universally agreeable that he is an immovable object as few can hope to match such raw power.

Sirian is extremely well trained in the use of his weapons. Despite their size he can still use them with brutal efficiency. While they lack the finesse of lighter weapons, there is little need for such subtlety when a single strike can shatter a man and create holes in solid stone.

Sirian is a creature of the darkest kind and is is questionable whether or not he even feels pain. Should anything pierce his armour and bypass Permanence, he would likely fight on until the bloody end, wrapped in a frenzy that only death or victory could rouse him from.

    --M y s t i c a l--

Sirian is capable of utilising a host of unholy powers due to his dark origins. Whilst this power scales proportionally with the strength of his foe, a set of elementary powers are always present in his skillset.

    M i s e r y
Misery is the power by which Sirian can set the world around him ablaze with naught but a strike from Mortality. With this power he can wrap any surface nearby with deadly, excruciating dark flames that are nigh impossible for an afflicted creature to ignore the pain of. This power can manifest in different forms, such as an expanding shockwave of aforementioned fire or as a projected stream from his hands.

    W r a t h
Wrath is the power which allows Sirian to strike his foes from afar, allowing a spectral version of Mortality to manifest at tremendous distance, mimicking the Sirian's own strikes and brutalising his foe at range. This can either be used to extend his reach to distant enemies, or to double him combat effectiveness at close range, dicing opponents with two weapons from opposite angles.

    F a t e
Fate is considered by those who witness such a thing to be a defensive power. By some esoteric mechanism, Sirian can use this to temporarily phase out of synch with the world he currently resides in. Functionally, this allows him to avoid strikes he would otherwise be unable to evade by allowing them to pass directly through him. While this takes time to charge, it can be incredibly effective if applied correctly.

    H e r e s y
Heresy is perhaps the most terrifying power that Sirian has in his arsenal, and undoubtedly the most dangerous. Utilising this power allows the demon that resides in place of his soul to erupt forth and assume control. Alongside physically altering Sirian to match the extreme demonic and chthonian visage of the demon, he also is permitted access to a strength and ferocity that is unknown to even him, and empowering his abilities significantly. Woe to those that force such a power to wane forth from the depths of his black heart, for few would survive such an encounter.
