So, is there a tourney in the works right now?

I've got a concept in the works. Note, it is only a concept at the moment, but one that depending on reception can become a thing.

anyway, we've all had group matches before. We've all had team matches before. But I've been thinking what about 'clan wars'. Good old fashioned 'my group of awesome dudes versus your group of awesome dudes' where at the end the team with the most kills under its belt walks away the victor. This doesn't need to be in tourney format necessarily. I'd be willing to just do it with a single other willing group if they could organize quickly and see how it goes.

If this has been done before, then I suppose you could consider this an open challenge?

I'll need to post my scifi interest check before I got going on any battles here. I've put it off forever but should be done this weekend unless I procrastinate. Maybe if I do I'll have a punishment in my next fights by my characters wearing a silly hat or something.

Any questions, comments, and of course applications are welcome. The goal is battles with relatively few flashy powers and more of a focus on tactics and use of terrain, which will hopefully result in some intense and hard-fought matches.

Looks good. We will see what happens. Hopefully the "newer" fighters take this opportunity. The crazy thing is it comes at the time the arena is being invaded by SEED and his students. Unexpected to say the least.

Tearstone stated it was a good style to learn the basics for most martial arts, which he's been currently starting to help me with the basics. Mostly I'm hoping to branch out from it and end up increasing my fighting knowledge. Both to increase my realism in rp and add favor to my fights in the arena by developing different styles, knowledge, and more for each pc. Though that likely wasn't need to be know information. XD

*smacks her palm into her face* DAMNIT! Seven days already? Well, the positive part the reason it took me so long was I was seeking a good arena and finally found one, even came up with a story to allow Iron a reason to actually be on the offensive. The only question, @Skallagrim, are you still up for it or is your plate full now? Understandable if it is and you rather not take on anymore, I did take a while and haven't been keeping tabs on the recent posts either. *looks sheepishly*
