Revel and Gloria are at the bottom of the reactor core. A good twenty feet away from Michelle and another twenty down into the ground. I assumed she and Revel had comms but if she was just hearing him the she should be registered as a Meta with super hearing abilities.

David was going from the last time his character was mentioned, so just after the Immortal broke out of his concrete prison. It was a little bit jumbled I'll admit but everything fit together chronologically. The Wind Tunnel was created in that last post so no you're not missing anything.
