[IC] Companion Pet Shop

[Aisling]

Fernando smiled broadly as he spoke
"I am the strongest one here. If I can't do the heavy job, then no one here can. Come, let us talk in private in my room."
Fernando stood up and his head would have hit the ceiling if it was a normal height. He stood at a full 8 feet tall not counting the treasure

He was in awe of this massive creature and knew he had picked correctly. He got up and followed him to his room looking around at the place not knowing it was bigger than it appeared to be.

[Aisling]

Fernando opened the door to his room and stepped aside.
"Please walk in and have a seat."
Inside was a giant wooden bed in one corner, a large desk and chair, two regular sized chairs near the desk.

He looked around the room amazed by how civilized these creatures were. He sat down in one of the chairs and didn't even know how to begin.

[Aisling]

Fernando sat in his great chair after closing his room door.
"Tell me about the job that you wish to have me do. Include all details so that I can consider what you want me to do, the time and day, compensation...." he spoke in his gruff voice but yet it had a civil tone.

He nodded and began "yes well, you have the right to refuse the job but you will be paid handsomely I can guarantee you that. Anyway, it'll just involve some heavy lifting of some safes, as well as pallets of equipment and inventory and things like that. You'll be using things like pulley systems which usually require two to three people but I'm sure with your strength it'll be no problem. The time of the day will vary but generally it'll be morning. Any other questions?" he asked.

[Aisling]

'It sounds pretty easy to me. I'll take the job. When do I start? And I do like a bit of mental work. I'm not all brawn. I have a perfectly good brain but I can't work in this world too well looking as I do. I bet that you were surprised to see the assortment of creatures back here out of public view, weren't you?" Fernando spoke with a smile.

[Mutank95]

He chuckled and nodded "yes quite an assortment of creatures here it's almost... unbelievable, anyway, you can start tomorrow if that's ok with you?" he asked

[Aisling]

"Where shall I live? If here, what are the travel arrangements? I am on the heavy side and most vehicles are not able to carry me. I do have a vehicle which can be used for when I need to travel in human world. Once those questions are answered, then I'll start." Fernando spoke with interest. He enjoyed working with his hands and mind. He really wanted to know more about the job but he would wait until he needed to know.

He replied "don't worry you can stay here if you'd rather not stay in a warehouse, which is an option if you wish. And as for travel arrangements, not to worry, we do have huge trucks readily available to carry you, which btw you'll be riding in to help carry the heavy things that the job requires" he said

[Aisling]

"I'd prefer here since I have all of my belongings here." Fernando turned to his desk and pulled a plain card with just his name and a phone number on it.
"Contact me when you are heading to pick me. What time do you expect to be here by?" he asked as he turned to his new boss.
"May I have a name to call you by?"

[Mutank95]

He replied "you can call me James. And anyway, that's perfectly fine if you wanna stay here. Anyway, around 9:00 AM, is that ok for you?" he asked

[Aisling]

"No problem here. I'll take you to where I will meet you at." Fernando stood up and held his hand out to James to seal the deal.
"A gentleman's deal?"

Lady Mystique was finishing up her books for the day. The business was very poor at the moment and she was a bit unsure how much longer she could stay in business. If business didn't pick up in a couple months, she would have to think about closing the store......

He smiled and nodded then shook his hand "yes, deal" He said

[Aisling]

Fernando walked over to the door an opened it.
"Please follow me to where I come an go from. It has to be a large door for I am so large. The only door is the dock door where the delivery truck comes into. You would have passed it on the way here but just so that you know where exactly, I'll show you." he spoke as he walked out of the room and down the hall towards the front of the store.

"I'll come through here to the outside world. It is the only doorway that I can fit through easily. Please call me when you get near so that I can be at the door, ok?"

He followed him around to the large door and looked around. He nodded "alright then, I'll call you if I need you, probably tomorrow, is that ok?" he asked

[Aisling]

"I'll be looking forward to your call. Have a good night, James." Fernando spoke softly in his gruff voice.
After James left, Fernando went to the commons room to see that everyone was gone. He walked to his room to get ready for bed. He wasn't ready so he took the book that he was reading to bed with him.

He left and went home that night and called his boss letting him know the good news about getting another employee in the business. He then went to bed that night. The next morning he had gotten up and took out his phone beginning to call Fernando.

[Aisling]

Fernando was ready to go when he got the call. He picked up his cell and spoke
"Hello. How may I help you this morning?"

James replied "it's James we spoke yesterday, we got a job today, are you ready to begin? If so I'll come pick you up now" He said
