It spits out Poison Powder to immobilize the enemy and then finishes it with a spray of Acid.Weepinbell has a large hook on its rear end. At night, the Pokémon hooks on to a tree branch and goes to sleep. If it moves around in its sleep, it may wake up to find itself on the ground." Liam sent out Noibat.
"Noibat, Wing Attack!" Liam called. Noibat struck Weepingbel with its wings.
"Poison Powder Weepingbel." Ramos called.
"Blow it away with Gust!" Liam ordered. Noibat's wings blew the venomous powder away.
Nice move there whippersnapper." Ramos praised. "But it won't save you. Now use Wrap."
Noibat was bound up by the opponent.
"Now Noibat, Air Cutter! the strong blast of wind hit Weepingbel for significant damage.

"Sunny Day." Ramos called.
"Air cutter!" Liam called. The Sunny Day activated Cholorphil, and allowed Weepingbel to evade the move.

"Air Cutter!" Liam replied.Noibat's evasiveness lowered and Weepingbel evaded again.

Weepingbel was ordered to use Toxic Liam called for a Supersonic. Noibat managed to duck under the blob of poison and let loose a shrill cry that left Weepingbel confused.

Weepingbel was again ordered to use Toxic, but hurt itself in confusion, nocking itself out.
Ramos next called on Jumpluff.
"Jumpluff, the Cottenweed Pokemon. Blown by seasonal winds, it circles the globe, scattering cotton spores as it goes. This Pokémon descends to the ground when it encounters cold air while it is floating."
Liam recalled Noibat and sent out Gallade.
"Rock Tomb!" Liam called. Jumpluff also had Chlorophil and dodged.
Jumpluff, Sleep Powder."
"Dodge with Teleport!" Liam ordered. Galled Gallade teleported out of the way of the powder.

"Fairy Wind" Ramos called. Galled took the super effective hit.
"Psycho Cut!" Liam called. the attack hit

"Now Jumpluff, Bounce." Jumpluff bounced high up in the air.
"Galled, Swords Dance!"
"Now Jumpluff, go!" Jumpluff began crashing down on Gallade.
"Gallade Protect!" Liam ordered. A Green Shield formed around Gallade and negated the damage.
"Now Gallade, Mega Evolve and use Ice Punch!" Liam pressed the keystone ad Gallade mega evolved. Gallade Socked Weepingbel with an arctic punch, KO'ing it. Ramos swapped it out for Gogoat.
"Gogoat, the Mount Pokemon, and the evolved form of Skiddo. It can tell how its Trainer is feeling by subtle shifts in the grip on its horns. This empathic sense lets them run as if one being. They inhabit mountainous regions. The leader of the herd is decided by a battle of clashing horns."
Liam recalled Gallade for Scarlet the Braixen.
"Flame Charge!" Liam called.
"Bulldoze." Ramos called. Both Pokemon hit with the super effective moves. Scarlet's speed was back to normal.
"Scarlet, Flamethrower!" Liam called. The blast of fire hit Gogoat dead on, burning it.
"Bulldoze again Gogoat!" Ramos called This bulldoze was a critical. The red aura that signifies Blaze began to emanate from Scarlet.
"Worry Seed" Ramos called.
"Flamethrower!" Liam called. the seeds hit Scarlet and negated Blaze. Gogoat jumped to the side to dodge the fire. Scarlet began to glow with white light as she evolved into Delphox.
"Delphox, The Fox pokemon and the fully evolved form of Fenniken. It gazes into the flame at the tip of its branch to achieve a focused state, which allows it to see into the future. Using psychic power, it generates a fiery vortex of 5,400 degrees Fahrenheit, incinerating foes swept into this whirl of flame."
Scarlet used Mystical Fire. The intense flame KO'd Gogoat and Ramos gave Liam the Plant Badge. He praised Scarlet on the win and the evolution, sending her back to her Pokeball for a rest. He turned to his friends,
"Well, lets go to the Pokemon Center an recuperate for a bit."
