[IC] Pokemon: Kalos

The heroes and the professors managed to gather in a quiet place. They congratulated the duo on an excellent match. They also said they had a gift for each of them. It was a new model Pokédex that had all of the known data on Mega Evolution, including which Pokémon were capable of it, and all known info on the mega forms. Sycamore asked the heroes if they had booked travel plans for Heading to the next region.

[James Davy]

"I think so," answered Shiranui with uncertainty, "Liam?"

'I figured we would just teleport or ride on one of our Pokémon there." Liam admitted. Sycamore told them that there was a train in Couiway Town that went to Kilude City. From there they could catch the magnet train that famously runs between Saffron and Goldenrod. From Sadiron they could go to Vermillion and get a boat to Littleroot.

"That sounds like a plan," replied Shiranui.

"It will be nice to take such a scenic route." Liam thought. "Are you going to fight the Elite and Dianatha?" He asked Shiranui.

[James Davy]

"I most certainly will," answered Shiranui.

[bowtiesrcool86]

"Well, we know Diantha uses a balance, but has Gardevoir who can Mega Evolve. We also know that one of them, Drasana has dragons. Also of note, Kalos is unique in the fact that you can face their Elite in any order you wish."

[James Davy]

"I'll keep that in mind," said Shiranui, mentally noting what Liam just said.

Sycamore informed them of the specialties of the other Kalos E4

[James Davy]

"Fire, Steel, Dragon and Water…" Shiranui repeated to himself, thinking up possible strategies. He knew the Elite Four were not walks in the park and would thus have ways to deal with type disadvantages.

"Well, they sure sound like they will be difficult to defeat." Liam thought out loud.

[James Davy]

"You've faced and defeated Diantha," Shiranui reminded, "I'm sure she would have been even harder than those four."

"In theory," Liam admitted. "But in her defense, it wasn't a full out battle when I beat Dianatha.

[James Davy]

"Looks like I'll have my work cut out with that lot," replied Shiranui before he had an epiphany, "I've faced, defeated and caught some of the strongest Pokémon out there. I'll beat them!"

"Yeah, your definitely able to beat them." Liam agreed. Dianatha approached the heroes to tell Shiranui that the Elite was ready to accept his challenge in the morning.

"Good," replied Shiranui, "That'll give me time to get a good team together."

"Well, these battles definitely won't be a cake walk, even for skilled trainers such as us." Liam stated.

[James Davy]

"I'm inclined to agree," replied Shiranui.

[bowtiesrcool86]

"Well, have to you decide on your team, you should get some rest."

[James Davy]

"Will do," Shiranui agreed, pondering on who he'd pick. He had to put together a party that could take on all of the Elite Four as well as Diantha.
