[IC] A Merc's Paradise

Huzuni woke up from resting at his room. "*Yawn* Well, that was helpfull! I'm feeling much better. The suit also recharged, wich is good. Anyways... what now?" He said as he stood up and went outside his room. "Wait a minute... how many hours have passed? I have a slight feeling that the four hours are comming to an end... I hope Belle is OK."

He looked onto his visor, and checked the time. Thirty minutes remained for the cure to end its effect, and Huzuni needed to check if the virus was still on Belle's head. "The cure isn't addicting like a drug, wich wouldn't hurt using when needed multiple times... but if the virus evolves, it will be able to survive the cure on future uses. I need to tell her this! Even tough I still have time, I need to be quick!" And so, he went to Belle's room. She wasn't there, so he went to the bridge, since he tought it would be one of the other places she'd be at the momment.

Huzuni rushed to the bridge, since he didn't want to waste precious time. When he got there, he said. "Belle! Oh thank christ you're OK! *Heavy Breathe* I need to tell you something. Oh, I... Uh... Hi Ramia... How are you? Could I perhaps talk to Belle? It's pretty urgent."

" How should i know where she is at. And i dont like this place asswel but here is where the Valaint was heard last." He stepped aside showing them Artyem,s location.
" And it seems we have found our missing crew member asswel.

Ramia just glanced at Huzuni and nodded "Of course you may - except if she dislikes the idea." What a strange, strange man. The dark haired woman rolled her eye and again continued staring out of the window. She seemed to have a lot on her mind.

"Thank you, miss." He replied with. "Belle, may we discuss about something? Like I said, really important." He replied with, awaiting for the girl to decide wether or not she'd want to talk about such thing Huzuni was anxious for telling her.

Belle listens quietly to the conversation until Huzuni showed up, asking to talk to her. Again? She thinks to herself, turning to stare at Huzuni for a few moments. "As long as it is quick, and it is really urgent," Belle says, before turning to look at Ramia. "I won't be long, honey." She says, giving Ramia a kiss on the cheek. Turning around, she walks out of the bridge, motioning for Huzuni to follow.

James realized that he had given Penny to Scarlett right before they broke into Belle,s room."Scarlett Where did you leave Penny?
He then Set a course to Artyem,s posistions.

They seperate a little from Ramia and Huzuni tells Belle what he was worried about. "The cure I gave to you, while you were being controled by the virus, is about to end... you have 20 more minutes of immunity. You'd think that I could just keep making these but... I can't. The virus will adapt and eventually, it will be imune to the drug."

He lowered his head a little before continuing with a low tone of voice. "I think that you're eventually going to be taken over again... Unless we find a real doctor or surgeon, we can't do much... You may go back to talk with Ramia."

The man turned arround and went on to search to James, before he started walking, he whispered. "I'm sorry, I can't do anything about it..." He then continued to search to James, to discuss their next destination.

After receiving the little kiss on her cheek Ramia paced back and forth on the bridge in a rather agitated manner. I should be fixing the Guardian... If we get in to a fight here I'd rather have at least one ace up my sleeve... Why are people fussing so damn much without results? She let out a little annoyed sigh and again paused to stare out from the window. Why here of all places? Damnit? This is not an advantageous terrain... Well... at least this place does have some defensive positions we could use for our advantage... The dark haired woman glanced at the door that lead out of the bridge. I hope Belle is ok... What if the virus comes back? What should I do? Focus... don't let your worry show.

"You know for a general you sure have a bad pokerface." He looked at her his eye,s showing hints of amusement." And about Belle i think we have to nock her out for this mission. And since you are the closest to her. in both ways." he laughed." It would be wise if you did the nocking out part." He then also looked outside. This part of space was mostly picked clean by scavengers. But you could still see the Wrecks of old ships to full of radiation to even near it." We will be at Artyem's location soo try fixing up your suit in the few hours that you have. Oh and dont forget nocking your girlfriend out. I dont want here screwing up my plans by blowing up the ship."

Belle's eyes lower as she listens. That would be horrible, She thinks to herself. If the virus were to become immune to the cure, then she may be stuck with it in her head. "T-Thank you... For telling me this," She says before she turns and walks back to the bridge.
Belle slinks into the bridge, looking slightly downed, and she makes her way back up to Ramia and James. "Hi... I'm back," She murmers, straightening up. "What's happening?"

" um nothing just talking about the reef is all. Why dont you two just go fix the space suit." He then contaced Ramia via data pad saying." Do it.

Ramia offered her right hand to Belle and smiled "How about we go and see what we can do about that big toy of mine." She glanced at James and rolled her eye. I will not harm her any more than what is necessary, you'd better keep that in mind. The dark haired woman then headed towards the Guardian.

"Alright," Belle answers, looking downed, before she takes Ramia's hand. Forcing a smile on her face, which was easy with Ramia there. Walking with Ramia to the guardian, she looks at her. "Ramia, I'm not sure if Huzuni wants me to tell you this or not, but, in twenty minutes or so I am going to come under the influence of the virus again. I have the pouch with the liquid stuff and the bullet to cure me, but he claims that eventually it will become immune to it." Belle says. When they reach the Guardian, she decides to take her mind off of anything else and focus on fixing the Guardian. Walking up to it's leg and crouching down, she begins to inspect the damage. "Where should I start?"

You have to be kidding me... Why does that damn medicine have such a ridiculously low effective time? Ramia smiled reassuringly "We'll just have to find a new medicine then." She tilted her head and examined the Guardian while making calculations about what the two of them could accomplish. "I think we should fix the thrusters and do something about the damaged wiring on the right arm - since it's missing the cannon... Hmmm... I say we start with the thrusters and see what we can do about the arm after that." She removed her jacket and took out a rather large crate full of all sorts of spare parts - obviously you could get some really good parts if you know what you are looking for. "Ok, let's start with the main thruster since it just isn't working at all."

"Yes, we should. Good plan." The girl stands, and moves to the main thruster of the Guardian. "let's see. The igniter seems to be quite damaged. Yes, and the deatomizer also seems to be completely gone." Belle shakes her head and grabs some parts, beginning to work on the thruster, humming to herself.

Huzuni headed up to James and asked. "Hey, captain? Got a moment to discuss something here? It's about our next destination." He then awaited for the captain to answer, due to it seeming he was distracted at the momment.

"Penny?" Scarlet asked looking confused at James. "Oh that bird.?" She soon replied having a quick thought back to when that girl was first locked in her room. "I will get it." She said thinking about the last location she remembered leaving it.

She returned twenty minutes later looking a little worse for wear, "here it is." she passed it to him her words slightly out of breath sounding, probably due to the fact that she took fifteen minutes to find the damned thing and didn't want to be too late so she jogged back. "Why do you need it?" She asked.

Ramia smiled faintly and began fixing the leg thrusters. "Sadly I didn't quite get all the parts I needed. As you see this little toy has the most powerful thrusters which the frame can support, does miracles for movement, but... heh... umh... It also needs triple dampening... which I didn't have time to install when I... when... things happened." The dark haired woman shook her head slightly and sighed. "Oh well, not going to dwell on it now, there are more important things to think about..."

Though Ramia claimed that she was not a good mechanic she seemed to know exactly where every part went in the thrusters. "I should have taken a Mark VII or even Mark X... Especially the latter model is a real beauty - not necessarily the fastest Flight Suit, but it just has so much stopping power." Her voice was filled with excitement. "I hate to brag, but... Well... My Mark IV may seem a bit... out of shape, but with the thrusters back to full operational capacity I'm able to outmaneuver and outgun even a full fledged Avenger - you know, those anti ship Flight Suits with their fancy beam swords and quad beam cannons..." The Halcyon General spoke of the Avenger like it was one of the most beautiful war machines ever built - which it in her own opinion more or less was. "I just hope we'll find enough parts to repair the beam cannon on the Guardian... Then I can show you guys exactly how good an ace I am." She smiled warmly and continued fixing the thrusters.

Belle chuckles, otherwise remaining quiet as she connects the new de-atomizer. Ramia sounded very happy, quite excited, which made Belle smile. If Ramia was happy, that gave her a reason to be happy, too. As Ramia finished her speech, Belle makes a bawky comment. "I already know how good you are... In bed." She begins to laugh, before leaning back after the new part was successfully connected. She began to move to the side of the thruster, making sure that parts were properly secured and welded.

" That bird aint mine its Belle's bird if you could just give it to her thank you very much." He then looked at Hizi who looked worried. Wich made no sense for him at al." Yes Hizi you wanted to talk to me?"
