Backstory: Born in the West coast of America, Alex Taylor had been a fan of Gundam since he had watched his first Gundam Series, Gundam SEED. When he was 9, after watching the 7th Gunpla Battle Tournament on TV, he had wanted to become a Gunpla Fighter and Builder, but had no idea what his first model will be. However, the next year, he had lost his Mother and Father in an accident, just days after obtaining his first model kit, an AGE-1 Normal Gundam from the series Gundam AGE. He was then cared for by a family that was friends with his parents, the same family that has his closest friend (and possible Girlfriend) Jo. By his 14th birthday, without proper tools, he was able to finish constructing his own custom unit from his kit he had received from his parents, the Star AGE Gundam. Despite not being well put together like other builders, he was able to take that unit all the way to victory in the 12th Gunpla Battle Tournament. His victory my be in due to a little help from his unique 6th sense he had developed after his first ever Gunpla Battle. Though victorious in the tournament, due to many close battles, he felt that he had still much to learn, and wouldn't be well known due to the exploits of other builders and fighters like the famous Meiji Kawaguchi and Sei Iori (who weren't at the tournament (based off what i know so far) ). He accepted an inventation to Yajima Tradings summer program at Neilsen Labs hoping to learn how to become both a better builder and better fighter, and to meet many other builders and become friends and rivals, taking the Star AGE Gundam with him. He'll often write home about his time there to his friend/girlfriend (He hasn't say yet).

Other information: Seeing the modified GAT-X105 Strike Gundam custom, Sei Iori's Build Strike Gundam, Alex feels any basic unit can have a strong potential if piloted and built right, hence why he pilots a custom AGE-1 Normal. He has a soft weak spot for pretty girls, but he doesn't let this get over him if he's battling them in Gunpla Battle. Also he states that his favorite female character in the gundam series is Lacus Clyne from Gundam SEED.

Appearance: (Description or picture allowed) She has long orange hair (shame shade as Alex's) that goes down to about her waist and wears a Cherry Blossom clip near her ear. Usually in public, she wears a sleeveless shirt in a light pink color and wears a white skirt, at a good length to run in and sneakers. But when she's gonna be involved in Gunpla Battle, she wears a Kimono, similar to Nils Nielson, but pink on the bottom part instead of light blue.

Nationality: Kyushu, Japan

Backstory: The Arashi family is one that began in Feudal times in Japan and has held onto its traditions of honor for centuries. Her home being a dojo, Kasumi had been training in Kendo since she was little. Though Kasumi respects her family's tradition and honor, she has always been interested in the culture of other nations. How she got into Gunpla and Gundam was with a little thanks to her younger brother, Kōji. Asking his older sister to bring her to a hobby shop in the town, she witness a Gunpla battle in the shop. Witnessing the beauty of the Plavsky Particles and the movements of the plastic models, she became interested. Her brother convinced that she could make a unit that could be like the family's Kendo ways.

Though she's only really new to the whole Gundam Series, it took her just two year to gain a reputation in her area with her unit, the AKM-MP02 Sakura Astray. Despite wining a recent regional tournament, having seen some videos related to past Gunpla Battle World Tournaments, she felt she needed more training if she were to be on par with the world players. Fortunately, she applied and got accepted to Nielsen Labs Summer academy.

Kasumi is very respectful to others and tries not to be involved in personal fights or struggles. She's very kind hearted and caring.

Personality: As a person she is friendly to those she knows and can come across a bit cold to others she does not know.

History: Being a Gundam fan she quickly got into gunpla battles. Her first gunpla was that of the Gundam Seravee which she still uses today though now it has been customized a lot. She grew up as a only child living with her father who was also a large Gundam fan. Looking like a female version of Tieria Erde she got a lot of different remarks about that which she used as inspiration. Using her looks as base she choose the Seravee as her first gunpla to match the theme of Tieria. The Seravee was a hard gunpla to use it also took a while to learn due to the six arms and side skills. Personally starting off she wasn’t the greatest but as she got continued she got better. After a while she changed her gunpla to a custom Gebera Tetra and entered the 12th gunpla competition. Though it was after a bitter defeat in the quarter finals she went back to her Seravee considering the condition of her Gerbera Tetra. Almost quitting gunpla forever her father talked to her and told her that giving up is not the way. Getting support from her father she entered a lot of different battles and competitions after that winning a few and gaining nicknames like the "lightning count" and or “zechs” by many of the people see fought and or befriended. Her major victory was in another championship while not as big she was declared champion of the region. It was than that she was invited to the Nielson labs summer academy. Taking the invitation she hopes to better her skills as a builder and a fighter. Gunpla for her as she stated at the application was a life experience since it taught life lessons but was also promoted fun and free thinking.

Appearance: Long brown hair blue eyes an light skin. Alexis stands about 5 11 is in general just average looking in terms of build and looks. She general keeps her hair braided and
wears glasses for reading or building due to poor 'close' vision.

Clothing wise she is very 'jeans and t-shirt', though she generally wears pants a size or two to big so she doesn't feel like she's being choked by them. She also has a plain black leather jacket with 'Celestial Being's emblem embroidered on the shoulder that she got as a gift from her brother.

Nationality: American

Backstory: Alexis got her start with Gundam thanks to her brother, Damian, who got introduced to it via the legendary first run of Toonami, with Gundam Wing, 8th MS team and G-Gundam, as well as Gundam SEED later, and kept following it off and on over the years. Damian, while still a fan eventually drifted from it due to life getting in the way and just gave the DVDs he'd gotten for Wing, SEED, 00 and several 'spin offs' like 8th MS team, Stardust Memory and War in the Pocket.

She was initially annoyed her brother just dumped at those DVDs on her, being 14 and all, she just tucked them away until one Friday night after getting stood up by her now Ex-Boyfriend who turned out to have been cheating on her with a now Ex-Friend, pulled the back out and binged on them, starting with Gundam 00, expecting little more then mindless explosions. By the following Tuesday she'd burned through everything her brother had given her and started looking for more.

Still, while she'd become a fan of the anime, buying and building a Gunpla was something she'd hadn't considered, even after a local mall got a battle system. She'd watch the battles from time to time but felt that Gunpla building and battling weren’t for her. At First.

Naturally, curiosity got the better of her and she walked into the hobby shop that specialized in Gundam kits and supplys. Her first reaction to all the kits, many of MS and Gundam she'd never seen before was 'holy crap' in that surprised 'this is really this big?!' way, she wandered the shop a bit before grabbing a plain old HG Zaku II, as she generally had a thing for Zeon MS. The kit turned out to be the first of many, though she usually just went for 'show accurate' rather then any kind of custom build.

By the time she was 16 she graduated to battling, just casual matches with the damage set to the lowest
setting with friends she'd made with the regulars at the hobby shop, or the occasional shop run local tournament. Her brother encouraged her to take part in a more serious tournament, after seeing one of her more intense battles. She didn't hesitate like before on this though, she did how ever no enter the first tournament to come around though. What she did instead was talk to, and learn more about customization and tuning for higher performance. Plus she had to pick a Gunpla to 'trick out' and get really combat ready.

The answer to that present it self fairly quickly. The process she used was simple she'd look over her now, impressive collection of Gunpla and pick the one she liked best. Exia got picked becase she had like 5 of them, with a 6th in the form of the newly released RG Exia, which sat unbuilt in it's box still.
With her Gunpla chosen, she still had 2 problems to deal with though. She didn't know what she wanted to do far as customizations went, all offical tournaments in her area all conformed to 'World Championship' standards, which meant Model Damage Level A, a setting she'd never fought on. She'd seen others fight on that setting, and even seen the aftermath of those battles. Still she steeled her self for the ass kicking she was about to get and asked if she could join a game with one them. A couple of them teased her a little, the 'fresh meat' joke being tossed around, but they where generally helpful and one in particular, another girl fighter named Rachel offered advice on how to improve her game.

Mean while Damian suggested she make Exia a 'sleeper', A plain looking model that is hiding a much higher performance level then its looks would imply, Alexis liked this idea, Rachel thought it was underhanded, and she loved it and Alexis set to work building her Exia, field testing it on Level A with her friends, though Exia wasn't ready in time for the first tournament and family issues caused her to miss the one next year so she didn't make her debut till she was 18.

She made it all the way to the first round of the Semi Finals before what amounts to bad luck took her out of the tournament her first year, next year she made it to the finals, but lost to an Eypon after a long fight. Alexis took State on her third try but it was a narrow victory.

It's been a few years since her first State title, since then she collected a few Regional titles and even made it as far as the top 16 in the country. Though lately she's feeling like she's hit a wall, as she's not sure what else she can do to Exia to get more out of it with out. Which is what lead her to apply, and subsequently get into Nielsen's Academy/Lab.

Exia a 'Sleeper' as Damian calls it. Past being well put together one could easily mistake it for a show accurate build, when its really a high performance Gunpla. It is very faithful to the Exia's appearance in 00 but it has been tuned and tweaked a little here and there to eek out a much high performance level then it should other wise have.

Such modifications include; The GN Sword and Blades have have the plastic blades replaced with metal ones, and the Beam Rifle mode for the GN Sword also has been bored out slightly to accommodate a metal lining for the barrel. Metal reenforced shield (molded to fit under the plastic), Tweaked GN Drive and 2 added GN Battery’s to allow for longer Trans-Am time, and replacing the standard Vulcan's with Beam Vulcan’s and the Beam Daggers.

Name: Dani Hatashi
Age: 15
Gender: Female

Appearance: Normally at a height of five foot six, she isn't the shortest girl around, but her height is usally diminished by the wheelchair she goes around in. Most of the times, she'll wear an grey tank top and a pair of black pants, a furred collar coat over that. She wears boots on her feet and doesn't mind the warmth given to her upper body b the jacket. Her hair is just barely shoulder length and whitish grey, usually opting to go the route of least maintenance and just brushes her hair. Her eyes are a rather chilling light blue, but in them anyone who bothers to look can see a fire burning behind them.
However, sitting on the side of her wheelchair at all times is an odd looking helmet that she refuses to let anyone touch.

Backstory: Dani is what many would label a genius. IQ of 175 and surprisingly lazy. She was a normal kid outside of being bored in classes, being brought up in the us for most of her child hood, learning to speak Japanese through her mother. In school, she rather stubbornly refused to be put into advanced classes, much to the annoyance of her parents and teachers. She didn't have much of an interest of gunpla during most of her early life and was even depressed, content to glide through school at a leisurely pace but had nothing to attract her attention.

the unfortunate part of her story happens when she was eight. Out with her father, they got into a car accident, paralyzing her legs and leaving her unable to walk. The same accident caused her to lose her father as well. This left her and her mother unable to function and survive, causing them to move back to japan to live with her mother's family inside of year. Getting adjusted to society in japan was a real culture shock for her. Her mother had some traditions she had brought with her, but the new world she lived in was flashy and bright.

She was missing out on the world due to her disability and was slipping further into depression despite the new experiences, but found something called gunpla when she was eleven. She had heard the name tossed about a little, but was absolutely astonished when she saw her first fight. People were controlling mobile suits. She hadn't had a way to express herself in the realworld fully in a long time in such freedom

Diving into the world of model building, she found herself having a vent for the three years and counting of no walking. Building units with legs, she found herself cruelly being made fun of and could hear the snickering of those who saw her fighting. Her leg work was a bit clumsy and that didn't earn her any respect. So she went ahead and abandoned the legs on her gundams, choosing a tank basis for her new gunpla, which she was getting excellent at building due to so much free time and a great mind to devote to new ideas.

Eventually, she built herself the "Block" Rx-75. the tanked gunpla was a fortress of armor and firepower. The new gunpla she had created silenced those who taunted her; in the gunpla amateur scene, she became a force to be reckoned with. Over the next few years, she began developing her gunpla, advancing it and once finding it well enough, she began working on something in secret, using her knowledge and her own tinkering with the systems of her gp base before her helmet began to appear on her wheelchair.

With continued success, she got an invitation to join the gunpla summer training camp, their detection of her modified gp base causing intrigue among them. having yet to give a demonstration of her secrets, she's shown a good promise for a gunpla scientist and has the burning desire to fight.

2x High Density GN beam cannons- slow firing but powerful and sync-able beam cannons that can fire through the GN shield which protects the tank. shoulder mounted

2x Gatling lasers: high volume low damage gatling lasers mounted at the ends of the arms. shield needs to be lowered to fire these.

GN shield: two GN drives are powering the weapon systems and this GN field, creating a powerful shield around the slow moving mobile suit. Able to deflect both solid projectiles and beams.

72x Miniature missile launchers. (embedded in armor, underneath the surface and in a pinch can be used as reactive plating to combat penetrating hits from solid weapons. armor plates fold open to launch them)

Tanegashima Gun
The Tanegashima gun is a special hand carried Ōzutsu Gun that can fire beam shots to the enemy. This is the Musha Gundam's counterpart to the RX-78-2 Gundam's Beam Rifle.
Nichirinmaru Katana
It's default sword weapon, stored in the sheath, the Nichirinmaru is used to cut down enemies in one swing. Unlike beam sabers, it doesn't need high amount of energy to use it.
Denkoumaru Naginata
A Naginata pole weapon, stored on it's back, these are long spears that were wielded in two hands.
Sankoumaru Jumonji Yari
A spear weapon, it has a Jumonji Yari style of a head.

Equipment and Weapons:

Beam Rifle
A standard hand carried ranged beam weapon, capable of firing concentrated mega particles, attacks from a beam rifle can damage any ordinary armor that has not been specially treated to resist it.
Beam Saber
The beam sabers emit a blade of plasma contained by an I-field that can cut through any physical armor. The only way to fully defend against a beam saber is to block it with another beam saber or beam shield. Because of the I-field a beam saber can be used to block an attack from a beam rifle, but this is a technique requires considerable skill, and can only block an attack of so much power. The V2 Gundam stores two beam sabers in recharge racks located in the forearms, for a total of four beam sabers.
Beam Shield
The V2 Gundam is equipped with two beam shields, mounted on the forearms. Unlike an I-field, which is effective only against beam attacks, the beam shield blocks both beam and projectile weapons. The beam shield generates a plane of energy similar to the blade of a beam saber. This plane is divided into multiple sections, which can be turned on or off as needed to conserve energy. Individual sections are also automatically deactivated whenever they're in danger of coming into contact with the mobile suit itself.
Head Vulcan
A standard mobile suit armament, these shell firing weapons have a high-rate of fire but have little power and can't damage the thick armor of a mobile suit, though it can damage lightly armored areas such as the sensors. The weapons are ideal for shooting down small, fast moving targets such as missiles, small land vehicles, and helicopters.

The Variable-Speed Beam Rifle (VSBR) is mounted on the V2 Gundam's hips and powered directly by the suit's reactor. The pilot can adjust the speed at which the mega particles in the beam fire are accelerated. Slower-speed particles produced a wider beam that delivered more raw damage, and higher-speed particles create a more tightly focused, penetrating beam. Thus, the pilot could choose to deliver beam damage on a wider area or focused, high-speed shots to penetrate thick armor or even beam shields.
