Good and Evil fantasy war?

Evil has taken its grip upon the Isle of Naroe. But good still holds on, whose side will you choose?

Epic battles and bloody duels.

Humans, elves, dwarfs, dragonborn, teifling, gnomes, halflings and fey races.

Orcs, evil humans (blue bloods), dark elves (drow), deep dwarves, grey skin dragonborn, undead, goblins and Giants.

Either a description of battle or the clash of two leaders. An assassination behind lines or a single archer troop picking off an orcish convoy.

I'll be honest with you, I don't intend on joining this since it doesn't seem like my thing, but I feel like asking just for the benefit of anyone else who is interested and might otherwise be turned off.

First, what is the 'evil' faction's motivation for doing what they do? Second, is every single member of the 'good' races good, and every single member of the 'evil' races evil, with no room, allowance or even the possibility for individual variation and/or neutrality?

I am out at the moment, but will type all that up later. But yes, neutral is acceptable in most races. Evil usually doesn't have a reason to war with others. But I will type that up too.

Thanks for the information. By the way, I know you were referring to me with your latest status (it was too soon after your last post for it to have been a coincidence), to which I will say: if you think I want this RP to fail, you are wrong. I merely think that giving detail would improve it. I'm fairly certain someone else would have asked similar questions if I hadn't done so first; though I will admit, I may have sounded a bit more confrontational than I intended; that'd be my fault, I apologise. Anyway, best of luck.

I would like to put my two cents forth concerning the Teifling. They are never innately good because of the demon in their blood, though they are not always innately evil. In a sense the race itself is generally very neutral toward everyone else. As well as Drow - they're too self serving to actually work with anyone else, not unless their using them. Who, of course, they would gleefully stab in the back, quite literally if I might add.

The Teifling fight on the side they do more often as Evil seeks to pillage kill and enslave, all of which I am sure they would rather not be victim to. The Drow are fighting for evil as they have simply taken the opportunity to increase their power in the lands through war with good. While they are not allied with evil the saying ' The enemy of my enemy is my friend ' is suitable here.
