I think the tasks were only done in the series because they questioned if the rookies were ready. Our team likely wouldn't be rookies given our age.

Yeah there were three of them.

It's up to you guys. The genin usually start off at around age 12 and the Chuunin Exams are supposed to happen twice a year so we have to explain why they missed it for three years.
