Evelyn threw a white tee at Alex--which was previously resting on the couch--and ordered him to dress himself. After he did, the two went in Evelyn's car.
"We best hurry, the place is gonna close in an hour!.."

Alex and Evelyn walked in the house, laughing quietly. "Her face when you said that was priceless!" Evelyn mused.
Alex snorted. "That's what she gets for making a snarky comment about my accent!.."

Jackknife was in the middle of walking through the hallway when he heard the door. "Welcome back, I guess. Well, G'night guys." He entered the room and laid on the spot in the floor beside Jack's bed.

Evelyn nodded at Jackknife. "'Night," Evelyn faced Alex. "Will you, uh, wait in my room?.."
Alex nodded. "Of course! Anything for Eve!"
Evelyn rolled her eyes. "Yeah, yeah..." The two entered the blonde's room. Evelyn took the pharmacy bag from Alex's hand and locked her eyes with his. "Moment of truth."
Alex nodded. "Sure is!.. Heh,"

--After the Test--

A small screech came from Evelyn's bathroom, highly resembling the female's voice.
Alex calmly walked in the room, surveying the scene. Evelyn was staring down at the test like it had threatened to kill her. "Eve?.."
Silence...
Alex sighed and hugged the blond who slowly returned the embrace.

"I-it's positive..." Evelyn managed to choke out.

"Jackknife... Did you hear that...?" Jack muttered, opening his eyes with slow blinks.
"Yeah. It was a squeal."
"More like a screech. Evelyn's voice."
"...That can't be good."
Jack stood up. "I'll check it out." He walked out of the door and knocked on her bedroom door. "You alright...?"

Evelyn untangled herself from Alex and walked to the door, and casually answered it. "Sorry, did I wake you? I just had one of those dreams where it feels like you're falling."

"Ok." He returned to his room and told Jackknife. He went back to sleep on his bed.

Evelyn turned to Alex, the ravenette smirking. "Has anyone told you that you're a fabulous liar?~" he purred, hugging the girl and nuzzling her neck.

He shot up, Jackknife already fallen asleep. He had a look of anger and shock on his face. His eye twitched, and he stood up.
Snoooore... Snoooooooooore... Jack sighed at Jackknife's snoring.
Then he laughed.
Because it sounded stupid.
Anyway, he stood up and walked out of the hallway. He knocked oh-so-politely before entering in a fit of rage.
Jackknife woke up and stumbled to stand. "Hummm...?" He walked out of the open door and tapped his shoulder. "Nmm... You do know that he's gay right?"

"... You like Simon~!" Jack teased in his adorable sing-song, soft voice. He tilted his head left to right in the tune to what he said. He put on a small grin, and Jackknife laughed a little at Jack's innocence.

He sighed and nudged Jack's shoulder after turning around to walk out. He yawned.
Jack stood there with a small smile. "I'm just teasing. Calm, now." He closed his eyes for a pleased look on his face. I just realized how much of a pushover this makes me look like...
