I've tried having a RP active before (Not here in Roleplayer Guild), and it died pretty quickly, people killed monsters in a single hit, often found rare items and boss fights didn't last more than 2 posts per person, I couldn't kick them from the roleplay because no one would be left then, every single player was cheating, it took us 6 days to abandon thread and leave it die there, so I want to open a roleplay here, because people seem to respect the rules but I'm not sure if I should, is there anything I must know before opening a new RP? Responsabilities? Any kind of requirement? And last but not least, how can I keep people interested in the storyline?

In your thread, so long as you obey guild rules (which are simple), you are god. Make sure your players know that.

An alternative to kicking a misbehaving player is to kill and/or maim their character. Most folks are decent. There are a few who would repeatedly break the same rules and not learn from it, but most are better.

We've personally found that being strict when approving character sheets avoids all sorts of issues later on. We make sure PCs fit a fairly extensive set of parameters before being approved so that we don't have to watch quite so closely over the IC. And we make sure the players help with the watching and plotting.

As GM you can override posts. If someone finds a rare object make it a fake made out of plastic. Someone kills a monster in one hit? Have the thing dodge and counterattack. Make sure you have a firm rule set and even if your roleplay dies don't let people walk all over you. I'd personally rather have a dead roleplay over a roleplay where everyone is doing whatever they want regardless of the story. The troublemakers typically don't come back afterward.

it is also good to foster decent attitudes. Rather than have someone go:
"I swing my sword, cutting the monster's head clean off its shoulders."
you should have them go something like this:
"I wing my sword, aiming to cut the monster's head clean off its shoulders."

This is doubly true when it comes to player-vs-player interaction. Where it is reasonable to do it in player-vs-non-player, it is mandatory in player-vs-player.

Here you have a little more control and a community that's better with what you described. Railroading is frowned upon, but if you shift people to a natural course and keep things fresh, you should be able to move just fine. Keep people active and make sure they are engaged; a week without posts either IC or OOC isn't a good thing. I suggest you learn how the guild at large works and read up a little on multiple other roleplays first, and ask perhaps advice from some GM's you find inspirational text from. I might be able to find a few folks who would be willing to give some tips to ya. To keep an interesting story line... plot twists, a clear goal, unity in how things operate and a clear end in some cases should keep things going.
