Alright then, as far as I have seen most of the characters do not have elemental techniques or any advanced ones.
I've spoken with Beta about it and from what I have decided is that Ria cannot be allowed the three different Fire Style techniques. I will allow, however, that your character could be developing one of the listed Fire techniques. That means that, although she can utilize the technique, she isn't at a mastery level with the technique. How you apply limitations into the techniques, Masaki, is completely up to you.

You can either have the large Fireball Technique or the small Phoenix Flower Technique, however I won't allow the Fire Dragon Technique from a Genin. EIther one technique that you are given remember to emphasis that your character is developing this Fire Style technique, they are in no way able to use it perfectly. I'll need you to physically annotate this fact in the profile as well. I realize that you wish for her to be a Fire Specialist, however she will have to develop into one throughout the Rp.

Another thing that caught my eye was:

Not so sure about this. I don't recall when this was ever stated in canon, but maybe someone else can vouce for this information? If so then I'd let is slide, however if you were just implying this as to make it sound like your character was looked down upon then you would have to revise your entire bio.

Same for you. I will allow one Elemental technique. Fortunately, I believe they are all reasonable techniques for a Genin so either of the Wind natured techniques you applied for are perfectly fine. However, if you are still intending on utilizing the Flying Swallow, I'll need you to actually mention in the profile that it is an incomplete technique with very specific limitations, otherwise I would not accept it.

Chakra sensitive weapons. Keep in mind that, by no means, would your specialized weapons enable you any sort of Jonin level chakra control or to have an 'invulnerable' weapon or some weapon that can, by some degree, automatically absorb all chakra. As of now, with your character's current level, it would be almost as ordinary as any regula r weapon. You won't be able to run Flying Swallow through the technique simply because your character made the weapon. Not with Genin level Chakra control. Maybe in the future, however I just want to make that point very clear.

I also have no problem with the original clan.
I will let Beta have the final say on the character and either accept or deny you. I say you did a good job, Gothpuppy.

I really don't have any problems with the profile, Kris.
It's essentially the ability to make clones of other people, which isn't crazy in the slightest.

The rest of her techniques have explicit limitations and are fairly balanced for her Rank.
I'll let Beta give the final say, however.

WHen tobi told of madaras history we see uchiha women with the sharingan. It is less common but it is in fact in both male and females.We don't see alot in the canon because there are only three living uchiha and all are male.

Dystopia.

Air Current Wind Dance and Poison Mist might be a bit much, especially considering you also have an Earth Jutsu on the character. For being so young and already focused on medical training, I feel that having wind AND earth elements would be pushing things a little too far.

I would say either scrap the Air Current or Earth Wall, and add a bit of detail into how adept the character is with Poison Mist, and you're good to go.

Ryuuka no jutsu is the C Ranked fire jutsu Sasuke used with wires not the one with dragon heads which is B ranked.

But I say yeah her level of Fire jutsu will be develop and weak for now, conclusion her fireball jutsu is about the same size as Sasuke's fireball on part one aka Genin Sasuke and phoenix flower, same level as Sauce.

And this is RP, meaning some are not canon...so I say yes women having sharingan is allowed? Yup, *intended her to be the 1st female sharingan user in the RP*

Eh... Better, but still a minor problem.

In a play-by-post RP, combat based abilities can make HEAVY use of cinematic time. An attack or technique that lasts up to a minute can take a single post... or it can take twenty. It all depends on the situation. Similarly, saying that X-Ability lasts Y-number of posts can be equally abused. as that enables a character to make many attacks withing a set number of posts.

I would suggest simply noting that the character is a novice in the technique and can only maintain it for very short times, possibly even only making a single attack when using the twin flying swallows.

All in all, I have no other issues and approve the character. I hope you won't make light of the trust I am putting in you to not break that awesome ability.

Masaki. I really don't get your angle. That's great that she'll be the first (and note, only so far) female Sharingan user.

Even Sasuke, who was a prodigy compared to most Genin in the show, only had Fireball Jutsu at the start. And at that, even Kakashi was dumbfounded by the fact he could perform ANY elemental jutsu. As you may have noticed, we let most Genin have at least one elemental jutsu.

Also, we are aware the difference between the Dragon Fire Jutsu and Dragon Flame Bombs.

And then you follow it up like Magic Johnson and try to buy back the complaints by saying not to take what you said too literally? Are you trying to troll? Or just being childish? We're trying to be serious here. And while a little humor is always a good thing, it should not be used when discussing characters or character edits/approvals.

I am sorry if I come across as a jerk or as unfriendly, it's just that I tend to take RPing seriously... and am prone to getting a bit edgy when others do not.
