Oromis's personal sigil is his flaming sword, Reingunger, pointing down on a green banner. But yeah, you won't be flying that, given that the point is to seize the city without being detected.

You could be overseeing the boarding of the soldiers into the ships, inspecting the food supplies, or just chatting with other generals about the coming storm.

You know I didn't think about that. I doubt it, at least for a lieutenant. I'll say captains and above have some sort of signifier, though, which I'll come up with soon.

EDIT: We're going to go with something straightforward. One horizontal bar patch on the shoulder and chest signifies a captain, and with each additional patch [probably made of gold cloth] a higher rank is signified. Two for major, three for colonel, four for general. The patches are ~four times wider than they are tall, so this means Claes just has a big gold square on her chest and shoulder.

@Eschatologist I don't think that Selena is going to wear a patch, because she's the head of the entire organization, and due to its nature of being able to operate without direct orders, she is usually the only officer around. Thus, while she operates within the ranking system within a war camp and in a general campaign, she retains direct control of her group, and tactical decisions are generally left to her.

Oh I didn't expect the commanding officer of another military group to wear Grey Winds insignia. The bars are just for Winds, and since Myra is officially joining them for the time being, she would have gotten them if Lieutenants had any sort of insignia.

I was thinking...Myra has only met Claes out of all the characters in this RP. Would it make sense to have both her and Selena on the same boat? Then again I know the Night Hunters are on watchtower takedown duty. Hmmm...I shall ponder this.

It could be arranged that Myra's group goes with the Night Hunters to help.

Since they'll be taking down the watchtowers and Myra's platoon is about going in quiet and wrecking things while waiting for more substantial forces to arrive, I think that would make sense. Technically, however, the Forlorn Hope platoon is a part of the Gray Winds so Claes would make that call.

I'll retroactively say the decision was made that way. Makes sense to me.

Great. Also, in keeping with my one post a week thing, I probably won't be able to get something up by Sunday. Work is kicking my ass. Tuesday at the latest for Myra's meeting with the Forlorn Hope platoon. Love that name.
