I think one Power is fine, I'm just taking this from the show since they show each crystal gem have a special ability like garnets ability to generate electricity and pearls projections.

Hmmm....for Emerald's power....he can turn himself into a statue which is nearly impossible to break, but he can't do anything while in that state and it exhausts him incredibly, to the point where he might need to retreat into his gem afterwards. (Depending on the length of being said statue)

That would be acceptable to have a human that wishes to fight with the Gems and protect Earth. Plus it will be nice to have more than two humans.

@RavenTLark The Groot thing started with this fusion suggestion (Amber and Evenkite becoming Petrified Wood) which just sort of got out of hand, and now it is Groot. That's the best way I can describe it without taking up a page.
