@21308 Like the others have said, there's no way that was okay of them do have done so and you are in no way deserving of being used like that. I wish I could give some advice myself but as usual I'm shit at that, but all I can say is that if it begins to get out of hand, as hard as it'll be, it might be a best to cut them off, because as Raijin said, you could also get into a lot of trouble on his behalf. I'm sure you want to help them, but for someone using and lying to you like that, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Again, don't know if that's good advice or if I understand enough of the situation to come to this conclusion, but just please be careful. And don't worry about bogging down the OOC with personal issues, there's no reason for you to feel bad about it. We're here for you.

@Raijinslayer I'm really grateful that you're willing to listen at all, and I can't blame you for not knowing what to do. I've been dealing with this for a while and I still don't know what to do. I'll work on learning to put my foot down though, I'll probably just stop hanging out with this person altogether.

@Loony You're right. It's been challenging for me because I really can't stand hurting people and I have a huge issue with guilt and feeling like I could have done more, but it's pretty clear to me now that there's nothing left I can do for them. Thank you.

Okay everyone, spoke to Saarebas and they will be taking my offer on putting him in his gem after the time skip. This will save his spot so he can jump in when he is out of his funk and I said we could all help him write a post if he would like ^_^ this means Amber will be like Howlite for now and we will pretend they are following people/ doing their own thing till I have to play GM and lead to the events of Death(Howlite) and Gemness(Amber)

It makes me feel a little pathetic to say it but you guys' advice helped strengthen my resolve, next time we talk I'm going to make it very clear what my terms for hanging out are and will cut off all ties with this person if they're broken again.

So did anyone else feel like Peridot got a surprising power boost? It only happens for a split second, but when they're escaping from the ship she doesn't even appear to be able to overpower Steven, an it's never been indicated that Steven is no stronger than your average pre-teen boy. Now she suddenly has helicopter hands and a powerful laser cannon and the entire team is having a hard time subduing her. Maybe we didn't see this stuff before because she was fighting in a more confined area and she didn't want to wreck her own control room?
