@21308 Well, if I end up going to UBC I'll probably be in Vancouver, which is far more tourist heavy than where I am now. But being that I'm going to be housing a wee little parrotlet I don't think others would be as enthusiastic. Maybe when I'm older...Though again, I have mixed feelings depending on case to case things with birds. I'd have to have the baby from a young age and get it familiarized with the city world and I'd also have to keep a lookout for anything that posed to be a threat. And I'd definitely want to establish a 'come here' command before I ever let it outside too.
Yeah, getting a baby would be best so it could get use to the environment and you can teach it from an early age to do a come here command, wither it be for inside or outside use. That way you don't have to worry about the little baby too much if you know they will come to the call or you will know something is wrong if they don't come.
@Akayaofthemoon I actually picked the wrong link before, so I had to go change it. ^ ^" The other one is a youtube poop of the scene and I didn't even realize it until after I watched it myself. XD
Anyways, I've gotta go to the doctor's now. Seeya later.
@Loony Hahaha I was just kidding but okay! XD. The guy who was doing it had a bunch of other animals too, I think that helped him stand out. If you're serious maybe you should also look into getting a python and a big iguana. Also bye, I hope your trip goes well!
@Kronshi Also since you're here I wanted to ask if you thought the Bloodstone parts in our recent post were good? I was given the duty of writing for him so I hope I did him justice.
@21308 I wouldn't feel at all comfortable having birds and a python in the same house. Iguana? Not much of a problem. Though most lizards I've handled have been some sort of gecko and bearded dragons. If I have a pet snake it'll probably be a common egg eater. Puts my mind to rest a bit more. But I wasn't really serious. XD Besides, I just like birds most.
Also, my trip went fine. They're not giving me anything new yet but they are increasing the dose of one of my other meds.
@Akayaofthemoon Common egg eaters eat eggs exclusively. So there's that. I don't think I'd mind but I wouldn't particularly look forward to feeding time.
@Akayaofthemoon See, the funny thing is, it's not even the courses. I'm keeping up relatively fine. It's just...Wow, everyone knows what they're doing and where they're going and why, and they know who they are (only thing here I share with them) and they all seem ready for adulthood...And I'm just here wondering if I'd bother getting up in the morning if my parents weren't there to push me. I don't even know how I'm going to survive out there, to be honest.
