Clara shook her head. "Why even bother bringing us here if all she's going to do is yell at us?" she thought. She hid her face in her arms and closed her eyes, trying to pretend nothing was out of the ordinary. Really, for her life, being dragged into an alternate dimension to be taught magic was par for the course, but she could do without the dictatorship.
Suddenly she stood up and started walking out the door. "I'm going outside, it's stifling in here," she muttered, barely paying attention to anyone.
