we have had at least one dropout for you to take their place if the GM wishes. But at the moment we are down to a 4 man king of the hill for leader position with 3 on one against a sniper.

My Hider

Name: Kevin Karamote


Age: 16

Personality: Kevin is usually very quiet and calm, but passionate about being a pilot. He also has a laid back persona and occasionally happens to make witty statements, even in times of complete darkness. While he doesn't talk much, he doesn't mind an occasional conversation between those he finds interesting. Mostly a very friendly kind of guy. In battle, he is highly focused and can be a bit stubborn and he will not stop until the mission is complete.

Motive to live: To pave a future for his generation.

Background: Kevin was raised in a very densely packed and rich colony in the Lilyad System. He was raised in rather normal circumstances, only to have a father be a mecha pilot and usually there for long periods of times, usually a month, before returning for only a few days. However, it was due to this that his parents divorced at the age of 9. Kevin would then live with his father at the space station he was stationed on, one that was in the middle of an asteroid field, leaving everything he knew behind, his friends, family, and most importantly, home. Kevin would live on the space station for the next 5 years, while getting accustomed to life in a military-like space ship. He had made only a handful of new friends, with only one he was really close too.

But at the age of 14, the Cruxi had attacked the space station Kevin was on. While it was a very close battle, with the space station able to push the alien threat back, many had been sacrificed in the process. One of those casualties would be Kevin's father, who was gunned down after a squad of Cruxi mechs swarmed around him, ultimately killing him. It would be a very tragic experience for Kevin, for a while putting him down with depression. However, that sadness blossomed into a beautiful rose of passion... one that was dedicated into saving the lives of his friends, family, and even his own generation, including the next of kin. Not only did he plan to avenge his father's death, but the whole galaxy at large!

Luckily for him, Kevin's father had friends in high places. One of his friends, a general and prior technician, would help Kevin by creating him a special mech, one that was said to be built on the body of a dead, ancient, unknown alien titan. Fitted with advanced armor and weaponry, the boy will finally have a weapon on which he can fight back the imposing Cruxi forces and pave way to a new and better age.

Notable Deaths: His father was killed in combat.

Other things: Kevin often drinks tea, preferably green tea, before going on a mission.

Framewerk Code Name: Xenodrone; Unit-X; "Xeno Unit"


Signature Weapon System: Xenodrone is outfitted with sharp metal claws on its hands and can eject shock grapplers from its wrists. It's tail can also be used as a deadly weapon to stab other mechs as well as issue an electric shock.

Secondary Weapon System: Xenodrome often relies on mecha-sized rifles and other forms of weaponry in combat. The shoulders can detach if the mech needed an emergency punch, as well as to make it more nimble.

Armor Type: Lightweight; Armor is resilient towards most weak attacks.

Drop a year from the pilot's sheet, and the eye beams and barrier from the Framewerk's sheet. Also, change the Synchro Rate to 65%. Is the field procurement ability an original idea or based on what's happened in the thread?

No wonder you don't, since I misread the part I asked about. About hand-held weapon usage as you noted in the sheet; you won't start any mission with one, but you can procure certain weaponry from certain enemies and use it. Other than that, the sheet is accepted, and you can post it to the character tab.
You'll have to wait until you're introduced in the RP before you can post IC, so I recommend you read up on the posted IC ( or at least the first post) while waiting. I'll let you know when you can start posting.

Edit: And now that we have a bunch of folks waiting for the mock battle to be over, I'm now taking votes on whether it should end prematurely or not.
