500 Years ago, on a small island known as The Bursting Haven. Blood flows like water on the island, or so told by few who travel to see it. Vampires used to be no big deal in the past, very few ever revealed their identity, and even fewer infected humans. Until one was born on Bursting Haven.
Sirius Killian's blood was from the ancient island, supposed royal blood flows in streams, mountains, infecting everything. Once beautiful landscape tarnished by the blood of devils. Sirius left the island and convinced other vampires that their way of life, hiding in the shadows, fearing that one day they will wear thin under the human tread was no longer an option. They rose up, and sent humankind into dark spiral. Enslaved by vampires, used as cattle. Many scientist across the world looked for a cure for vampirism, but found that nothing could be done. One day however, a scientist was experimenting with different animal species, bears, cats, bats, wolves... Anything he could think of.
Long hours, days, years... spent trying to perfect a serum that would reverse the effects of vampirism. He had managed to capture a vampire as a test subject, restrained him. Instead of curing him... He was transformed, into a hybrid of a wolf and a vampire. Werewolves had been created by man. It was never the scientists idea to use the werewolves against the vampires but it managed to break out of captivity with it's new found strength. It nearly tripled the strength of the average vampire. Patient Zero must have reproduced, somehow. Created others hybrids, some became pure blood werewolves. Amongst the vampire and hybrid communities, pure blood werewolves were shunned, outcasted, and the vampires began killing or aborting them. But it was too late, their numbers had grown when they were separated from vampires and hybrids. Their own mini civilizations. The humans and werewolves had a common enemy now, and forged an alliance.

Our cities are nearly overrun by the vampire populous, we must protect ourselves as well as humankind from the vampire plague. We made an alliance with humans nearly 200 years ago, with the promise that we will live in peace alongside them, in order for our pact to be chiseled into the stone of human history, we must find and exterminate any and all vampires. Werewolves are a military like race, they use modern armor, assault rifles, rockets. Things of that sort, they have weapons that are also created specially for killing vampires most effectively, like a stake launcher, launches spike metal rods like a harpoon gun
The vampires tend to only use silver weapons, bullets, or blades, they are covert, and usually assassinate their enemies if they can help it.
Werewolves: Werewolves swear to protect all werewolf and humankind, this includes hybrids so long as they aren't vampire hybrids.
Vampires: Vampires are the overall enemy. You can be in human cities if you wish, but it is wise to avoid werewolf or wolf hybrid areas
Wolfbat: Werewolf/Vampire Hybrids can either be good or bad, they are not however allowed in a city with Hybrid restrictions such as Armenis
