The Setting
The year is 2015 and the day is as busy as any morning in Tokyo. The city was bustling with activity from students making their way to school or men and women going to their everyday jobs. Some were businessmen or businesswomen, or some where in other field of work, driving taxis, police officers and the such. Not everyone was Japanese though. There were united states military personnel, mostly there for some R.N.R spending it when the could and however they could. Some of the people were Korean, commuting from South Korea. There were even exchange students from america. Most of all though where tourists.
At the base of Mt. Fuji. There was a facility, restricted to the public. This facility provided cures for diseases and vaccines as well as top notch scientists working in projects. One such project was called Revival. It's purpose was to rejuvenate dead tissue or bone structure. Making the crippled able to walk again, see again, or even hear. This would also slow the aging process of humans immensely. However, it was taking longer to finish it. The product worked on live animals only for a short time. The test subjects would not live long enough to determine its effectiveness. One thing that was odd was some of them,... Even came back to life after their death. Only they were more hostile. Sometimes killing the other subjects. This got the attention of certain high ranking officials. Eventually the military felt animals were not enough. They began picking up homeless people from the streets or grabbing people with no family to miss them. Within these labs experiments were conducted. Just like the animals the subjects would die and then rise again. They would then test their aggressiveness by putting them in with human cattle. The subject would attack and begin to eat the other subjects. Then like a infection they too rose back up. To some it was horrifying. To others it was interesting. They would separate the subjects after awhile. Today was different though... A earthquake had occurred. Nothing to life threatening to civilians, but it took the power out of the facility. The subjects,.. One by one escaped from their containers. They began to attack the workers and military personnel. To prevent loss they locked the doors sealing scientists and subjects within. It was too late though. One subject escaped. Small enough to not be detected. It was a rat.
Plot
You will wake up to a regular normal day, but as the morning stretches on. Things begin to look strange. The news talking about the earthquake and then attacks on people by rats. Eventually those attacked by the rats will turn and just like the rats begin to attack others. Eventually leaving you and the other role players to struggle to survive.

When building a character sheet you get these options:

I think you get the idea. Every run of the mill job out there is available.
Note: modern day laws are in effect. Only ones who should have guns or weapons are Law Enforcement, Military Personnel, and Organized crime.

Notes: Be realistic with gun choices or weapons. Unless your occupation dictates, you shouldnt start with any guns or weapons.
