During the earlier years of the West Coast based superhero team, The Teen Titans, there's always been a desire for young superheroes on the other side of the country. Young superheroes who strive to become better heroes and by extension, better people. Learning and teaching by each others side.

The Team has over the years had many iterations, and their leaders have been changed as frequently as their members. Previous leaders include Cyborg, Power Boy, Lagoon Boy, Bumblebee and Star Girl. It's currently being lead by Mal Duncan, the second Guardian. Mal has taken a reserved role as the leader of the team, acting more akin to a general than a soldier, preferring to call shots for the team from the tower instead of on the field, hoping this to help the younger Heroes to coordinate and choose their own field leader.
The team are all new to heroics, some being in it for a few weeks, others having been in it for a few months, they're all inexperienced but with seemingly limitless potential. Their time on the Titans East team is meant to guide them further in their lives as heroes. Emphasizing on Teamwork, trust and communication, Guardian's dream is to make the best generation of Young Heroes yet.
Setting:
The Titan Tower is located in New Castle, Delaware. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, the Tower starts at sea-level, the waves crashing against the lower levels of the tower from time to time. The tower has a basement level that is twice the size of the tower, where personal quarters, armory, training facilities and prisons are all held, technically making the Tower a Titan bunker, not a Tower. The bunker was built after a attack at the hands of H.I.V.E that all but destroyed the Tower.
Few things worth noting:
This RP is a stand-alone RP following the same Timeline as the Teen Titans RP lead by @Lord Wraith Thus crossovers may happen. This RP will less closely be tied together with the Teen Titans V.3 Comics, as the comics were pretty 'brief' about Titans East, given us fairly free reigns. However, we will still be avoiding anything post Flashpoint, so no new 52.
Rules:
1. Players may choose to play as a canon character, or as a returning Titan, or a character that's believable to be a Titan, like a young hero / protege / sidekick.
2. Your character may be rejected solely on their archetype. If the cast already consists of two tank brawler types, you should opt for a different type of character.
3. Make sure your character has issues, flaws, limitations and weaknesses. They don't have to be too edgy, but they shouldn't be well rounded.
4. Backstories are not included in the CS, as such you will be forced to interact to find out more about each other's characters. In liege of this rule, I do recommend all players to write down a backstory, or at least some notes about their characters backstory for themselves to stay consistent with the history of their character.
5. Character sheets will not be accepted until the GM have had time to look over the CS thoroughly. This not only ensures that we the GM have time to read through Character Sheets appropriately but also that you the Player are receiving proper critique as well as a solid community to interact with in the In Character Threads. I appreciate your patience with this.
6. In similar fashion to the previous rule, it is necessary to provide your character in the format that's been provided below as to make the reviewing as streamlined and quick as possible, as sadly I have other things occupying me.
7. You are your character in the IC. Act like them. Don't be a dumbass, unless they are.
BE the character, not just yourself with the character's powers and skills. The notes section of your CS has been provided for such a reason, use it to help yourself remain consistent in character portrayals.
8. While this is a casual RP, I expect two paragraph posts at least once a week, however longer and more frequent posts are encouraged and appreciated. Try to refrain from doing too much back to back posting. If you can't get a post up that week, contact the GM, he's a pretty nice guy.
9. Don't be a dick in the OOC, behave around the other players and always keep a good tone. Discussions are encouraged but heated arguments are not.
