[IC] Gundam Build Fighters Akiba Academy

Kyo walked around the store looking around to see if there was anything they were familiar with and interested in. Round and round and round the store they went. Eventually, they wound up purchasing a Burning gundam and a Wing zero gundam. "well, i guess this is good... i think i can o something, maybe upgrade somethign or another." they said, sitting down with the two kits.

Yuki had to dig a bit but she did find the 'parts kits' she was after. After that she just wandered around the shop, looking in the different sections and at the different kits and MS styles as she wandered aisle to aisle with nothing really 'jumping out' at her as a 'build me', but she figured she should grab something, and since she was in the Gundam 00 aisle, she grabbed a 00 Raiser kit. She wasn't sure what she'd even do with it but least it was something.

"Gunpla Battle Start Up Damage Level set to C Please set your GP Base." Hearing that Verdi let out a small sigh how did she get dragged into this again? She thought as she and some idiots challenged her to a battle. "Verdi Salvatore Morte Carino Launching" She muttered as she launched a her Recently built SD Deathscythe. "Field 11 Castle" She heard as she launched her SD and landed on the roof of a medieval castle her Morte Carino stood there on top of a rampart with its wings closed over its tiny body. As she saw a shadow looming towards her in the distance she casually let the SD gundam vanish from view leaving its eyes glowing a bright green for a moment before they to vanished in the wind. The Stealth system and all that was a staple of the deathscythe it mattered now if it was SD or not. With a small smile on her face she waited for her opponent to arrive before she made the fist move plus who knew if anyone was gong to jump in.

As Yuki wandered the aisles she came across one marked 'Champions', and for a lark head down it. She'd heard about these kits, Gunpla based on Builders and Battlers that made it to the world stage but lacked any of the special systems to go with it, the hobby shop she frequented back home didn't carry them due to demand being so low for them how ever, and she her self thought it was rather silly to build a kit based on some one else's custom work.

That said, when her gaze found the Sengoku Astray, she stopped, stared at the box a moment. For that moment, she didn't see the Gunpla built by the now head of the Nils Labs and Academy, she saw a different Gunpla. So she grabbed to box, went to where Kyo was sitting, whipped out her tool kit and started working on her own version of the Sengoku Astray.

Kyo was sitting at the table, working on a new weapon for the Astray.0. It wasn't long until after they had started that there was now a buster rifle hanging off the back of the astray, holstered there. They were now on the Burning Gundam, building carefully and panel lining. They weren't following exact details, but small things to personalize it. "What are you working on?" Kyo asked.

Yuki was in the process of gluing when Kyo finally asked what she was doing "I saw a different Gunpla then the one on the box." She said as she held the 2 piece together while the glue set. "I'm just building what I saw." she continued as she took a cursory glance around the table and found some markers for the swords, and panel lining. What little of that there was gonna be. "Not sure what I'm gonna call it though."

Verdi sighed to herself it was hard to believe that just yesterday she managed to take down a mobile armor using a SD deathscythe gundam. Still best not to think of the past but move on with the future she supposed. The classroom as a simple in the center of the room was three connected gunpla battle tables. With desks on various level "steps" that was probably for people to view any battles that could probably occur. Now though it was quiet as the teacher said that in a few minutes a transfer student would be introducing herself. While interesting Verdi honestly could care less all she wanted to do at the moment was get the day over with and work on her seravee project she started or perhaps fix the problems that her Deathscythe SD seemed to have. "Sigh a new student now?" Verdi muttered to herself as her teammates sat next to her on either side not that Verdi was paying much much attention since her focus was on the detailed sketch of what she was going to do for her seravee project.

Haruna sighed to herself as she walked down the empty halls her shoes making a clacking sound as she walked down the white hallways with a clear purpose on her mind. She may have been a former gunpla academy student but she wanted to be close to her family they were her everything she even built and maintained her oldest sisters gunpla and her own. Reaching the door, she exhaled a breath she did not know she held as she gently rapped on the door to the class before letting herself in. Entering the room she let a small bow to the class than the instructor than situated herself to the gestured spot by the professor.

"Hello my name is Haruna Hakurei I am the transfer student from Gunpla Academy it is a pleasure to meet you I guess I will be in your care from now on." She said with a slight bow as she quickly moved into the back row behind a trio of people as she bowed her head once more in passing before taking her seat and fixing her glasses causing them to glint and shine in the given light.

Kyo had their legs up on the table, relaxing in a reclined sate. Upon watching student introduce themselves, it had brought interest to them. Leaning back, Hizashi let their hood fall, revealing the red hair atop their head. "So... Haruna was it?" Kyo asked, staring at them upside down. "What brings you to transfer out of the prestigious school of Gunpla Academy and into our little back alley school?" the hoodied person asked. "Mind you, i said back alley, not bad, since none of us really are 'bad' in the general skill level sense of the term." they explained.

Yuki gave the new girl a little wave as she walked by but didn't say anything. Partly because the question she would have asked, Kyo already did, and partly cause she was distracted by her 'in kit' Sengoku Astray custom, it was mostly done, there was a piece for the back she'd probably need to fabricate her self.

Hopefully the school had a 3D printer for such things cause she REALLY didn't wanna go through the process of making molds for one part.

@mcpop9With a small wave to the one who waved at her Haruna took her seat before answering the question that was asked of her. "I moved from gunppla academy to be closer to my family my oldest sister is a world tournament fighter so she is often lazing about Akiba till the tournament time. Second my twin is part of a gunpla model agency to promote new models or act as sponsors/announcers for tournaments so she lives wiht my oldest sister." Haruna replied once again pushing up her glasses as she did so "I could care less about how prestigious the school is as far as I know while you are good if you are not part of "Celestial Sphere" you are placed second in some cases. Though I have nothing against them they are actually very good people all things considered and they often helped me with building my new gunpla Kirishima." She stated as she looked at the boy/girl? that asked her the question.

Listening to the professor talk about what they were doing for the class Verdi couldn't help but yawn. She had little sleep yesterday spending most of it on working on her SD deathscythe. Placing her hands on the desk she was about to let her head fall down and take a small nap when she couldn't help but perk up. They were going to do something different in terms standard class procedures in fact they were going to be split up into teams and fight their chosen "partner" to get a feel for their "partners" style of fighting for a later assignment. Listing the names it went on for awhile before she heard her name called "Verdi and Yuki you shall be partners than finally Kyo you shall partner with our transfer student Haruna is there any objections" The professor asked as she waited to see if anyone would speak up about the chosen partners.

Yuki listened as both the new girl and teacher talked. From the sound of it the Gunpla Academy really only favored the one team, but that said team was actually good people which she thought was a good thing. Nothing worse then the 'favorites' being jerks on top of coddled by the school.

She looked to Verdi "I guess we're going to be fighting? Seems an odd way to 'build team synergy' but I've not done any team stuff till now..." she said with a bit of a verbal shrug. "I guess we should start then?"

"Understandable." Kyo commented, figuring she didn't want to be around snobs. Gunpla academy did seem to give off a 'holier than thou' vibe at times, so They couldn't really blame her. Listening to the teacher, Kyo shrugged and smirked. "Whelp, guess we're teaming up, Senketsu." Kyo smirked and even gave a little giggle at, looking back at Haruna

Seeing as how it was supposed to be a fight Verdi got up with a slight yawn as she headed down the stairs this should be interesting. She thought as she reached the gunpla battle system. "Very well it seems that Verdi is going to be volunteering to go first with that said would Yuki please head down as well so we may begin this battle?" The teacher said out loud as she took a small step back a small smirk gracing her features. Placing her GP Base onto the system she waited for Yuki to get down so that they could actually begin the battle at hand.

Yuki took a moment to get up, the clasp on her Gunpla case was stuck and it took a second to get open. Once open though she grabbed her Hi Nu and walked over to the battle system, set her GP Base and set her Gunpla. Yuki was curious what Verdi was going to bring to the fight, the Banshee was pretty tore up and she did hear Verdi mention she was going to look into something else while she sorted her Banshee out.

For now though she just readied her self for what she figured would be an interesting battle.

Verdi calmed her breath as she prepared for the battle as she heard the system exclaim "GUNPLA BATTLE, COMBAT MODE, START UP! MODEL LEVEL DAMAGE SET TO C. PLEASE SET YOUR GP BASE. BEGINNING PLAVSKY PARTICLE DISPERSAL. FIELD 5, CITY. "PLEASE SET YOUR GUNPLA. BATTLE START!" With a slight grin she placed her gunpla on the system "Gundam Thanatos Launching." She exclaimed as she landed in the city. It was crowded being overwhelmed by buildings and the like and if you look out the clear wall you could tell it was a colony. Verdi figured she could use this to her advantage as she started to zig zag between buildings.

"Hi Nu Noblesse, Launching" Yuki said as the Gunpla took off and flew out over the city scape. For a moment she just flew over the roof tops slow, just looking down over the city.

After a few moments Yuki, deployed her Funnels and leveled those, her Beam Rifle and Hyper Bazooka at the surrounding buildings and started to 'shake the trees', opening fire on them to flush Verdi of her hiding place, and get the fight started properly as 'stealth' wasn't something she had a lot of patience for.

Letting out a small smirk she dodged the shots as she watched Yuki try and flush her out. Thankfully due to the jammers on her deathscythe she did not show up on the given map. With a smile she continued her charge still going back and forth between buildings in a zig zag pattern. With a slight flick of her wrist she grabbed her second beam scythe as she charged past the hi nu and did a sharp turn backwards with the back exposed she jumped up and let out two slices with her beam scythes as she backed down onto a building and looked at her opponent as if trying to taunt her.

As the Death Scythe charged at and past her Hi Nu, Yuki dodged left to avoid the scythes. 'cute' Yuki thought as the Gunpla looked up at her Hi Nu in that taunting manner. Behind the Death Scythe, Yuki could see this field was set in a space colony, being able to see out into space though the clear walls for letting in sun light, and in space she could use her funnels to their fullest with out that 'ground' thing getting in the way allowing for true 'omni-directional' battle. To break out though she'd have to disable her Fin Funnels and her here to unused Beam Cannon, leaving her the Sword Bits, her Beam Sabers, the Beam Rifle and the Hyper Bazooka, till it was out of ammo at least.

Six pannels on the Hi Nu's shield opened up and the Fin Funnels all docked with it. "Well, if that's how your gonna be about it ..." Yuki said over the coms as she put the Beam Rifle on the Hi Nu's back skirt and moved the Bazooka from the left to the right hand, and pointed the 'business' end of the shield at the Death Scythe, the three 'thrusters' clearly powering up like high caliber beam cannon.

A second or so later Yuki fired a shot from her shield on par with a Buster Rifle, or Satellite Cannon, and while she fully expected Verdi to get out of the way, the Death Scythe was never the real target, as made evident by Yuki dragging the beam down the clear wall of the colony.
