Powers:
Although a human, and thusly boasting peak human strength, speed, and over-all attributes, after his resurrection, Jason Todd has shown brief moments of unnatural, or overall inhuman physical feats. Otherwise, he is a human, with no special powers - although he makes up with this in skills and utility. He heals faster due to his dip in the Lazarus Pit.


Weaknesses:
He is a human, and although he is considered stronger, faster, and more agile than even the finest of human athletes, he still has his limits. Bullets can tear through his skin like regular humans, he doesn't have infinite stamina if exuding extremely high activity constantly, and enough wear and tear will bring him down, although he recovers faster than normal due to his unique...history.


Skills:
Acrobatics - As Robin, whilst training underneath Batman, Jason had been taught acrobatics, and his skills in it further developed as he grew older, and stronger, faster, and more agile. He is a master acrobat, being able to do skilled and almost impossible feats whilst moving through the air.

Martial Arts - Jason Todd has been born to fight, and trained by many masters of Martial Arts, growing up. He is a very, very highly skilled combatant, having fought notable masters such as Batman, Lady Shiva, and others. Even the League of Assassins have commented on his skill. He has learned and mastered several styles, and uses them in conjunction with the situation at hand. He is ruthless in battle, and doesn't pull back on his hits.

Weaponry - Batman has trained Jason Todd in the use of ranged weaponry, giving him pinpoint accuracy with items such as batarangs and firearms. To further increase his skill with the weapons, Jason Todd has traveled the world, learning from different people on how to further his mastery over different weaponry. This includes his signature weapons, firearms, along with batarangs, different types of swords, and other melee and ranged weaponry.

Genius-Level Intellect - Jason has received excellent education and tutoring from Batman, and thus has extensive knowledge of various subjects, which include Science, Mathematics, Forensic Medicine, Geography, History, and Leadership. He has also proven to be a highly efficient criminal strategist and organizer as the Red Hood, with immense skill in surveillance, criminology, demolitions, and languages. His keen eyes and advanced knowledge on martial arts allows him to sharply predict and analyze an opponent's moves, making him an even more dangerous opponent.

Vehicular Engineering/Driving - Due to his intelligence, Jason is a skilled engineer/repairmen, having built the vast majority of his own vehicle and weaponry cache. He has received training by ace pilots and Batman himself, making him a highly skilled pilot and driver behind the wheels of planes, helicopters, and land/water vehicles.

Misc. - Over-all, Jason has been trained by the feared Batman, and has many other talents, some small, others not so much. This includes little tricks that could go unnoticed, but helps immensely, such as pick-pocketing, lock-picking, and escape artistry. He is also highly efficient in stealth, and often uses this in battle - which is why he was sort of pissed off with this Suicide Squad bit.


Equipment:
Jason has a variety of different gadgets, rather reminiscent to Batman's repertoire, including, but not limited to, smoke pellets, flashbangs, explosive gel, throwing knives, jamming pods, and trip-wires. It's all organized and compact within a heavy-duty utility belt, wrapped around his waist. On each side of his waist, in metallic, magnetic holsters, are his signature weapons - two high-powered, customly-made MKII pistols, fitted with optional, heavy-duty suppressors, and automatic/semi-automatic firing modes. On both legs, he keeps two long, razor-sharp knives, made of an unknown, dark-colored metal. His night-vision/x-ray-visioned helmet is made of a, to this day, unknown metal, and it can take the force of multiple high-powered weapons without more than a scratch. Enough pressure can pierce it, however. His shirt and jacket is made of wear and tear fabric, allowing it to defend him against slashing/piercing weapons, although high caliber bullets can, and will, pierce it. The soles of his boots and palms of his gloves have compartments to store items in, which he puts small, springable knives within, along with knock-out gas.


Personality:
Jason Todd comes off as a confident, ruthless young man that is prepared to do whatever he feels is necessary to complete his goal. While usually cool-headed and sharp, with a razor-sharp, indomitable wit and wry, black sense of humor, he is a leader at heart, and is not afraid - and fully prepared, to cut you down, either with blade or tongue. He generally keeps his composure, and is rather cold on his exterior, preferring the whole 'lone wolf' dealing whilst unleashing his own brand of justice within the streets and alleyways of Gotham. While he is merciless, he goes by a wavering code of morality - He doesn't hurt those he finds innocent, although his definition of innocent clashes with those of others, but if he finds it to help a greater goal, he would hurt innocents - children and pregnant women are exceptions, due to certain events in his childhood.

Over-all, he comes off as a cold, focused, and confident young man with an intelligent, razor-sharp mind set, and the wit to back it up. He's not afraid to taunt during battle, but he generally just keeps to the mission with a smooth and sharp efficiency that befits his status. He doesn't let anyone walk over him, and is not above torturing to get information or obedience. This is one of the qualities that has labeled him as a villain, and due to the fact that he kill both criminals and civilians - although, there are reasons for the civilians to die. The public just don't know that. Or, they do, and they choose to ignore it. Only a choice few knows Jason's 'compassionate' side, and in his civilian garb, while he's still cold, he isn't as ruthless as he usually is unless there's a reason for it. He can still come off as abrasive, however. His appearance and persona has made him quite the lady's man, believe it or not, and he has long since mastered the 'silver tongue', allowing him to be charming when he wants. Usually, that doesn't come into play unless he's infiltrating a party or ball, so he keeps to intimidation and fear.

Name: 'Lester' - Possible fake name.
Alias: Bullseye
Age: Unknown, presumed early 30s.
Powers: Lester's only real power is the strips of adamantium that line is bones. They aren't enough to stop anything extremely lethal on their own like a bullet but they are enough to help him defend himself in hand-to-hand fights.
Skills:
Of course, Lester's biggest skill is his pinpoint accuracy at throwing anything. He is able to throw practically anything and hit anything within a reasonable distance. For example, he is able to richochet a golf ball off of multiple walls in order to hit someone hiding behind cover.
Aside from this, Lester is also an expert martial artist and skilled in the use of edged and throwing weapons along with firearms.
He also has exceptional physical conditioning, matching that of professional athletes.
Along with this, he has a compulsive need to study his targets backgrounds in order to anticipate their movements. He does this through various favours and black market deals in order to get information on them. He has been known to do this on more than just his target's, though.
Equipment:
Bullseye can often be seen carrying a box off toothpicks and a deck of cards. Both used as throwing weapons which are easy to conceal and sneak into locations where guns wouldn't be allowed.
Other than this, he can often be seen carrying a revolver or some sort of rifle depending on the mission.

Personality:
Bullseye views himself as someone more walking the line than evil, and has just by chance been hired by only evil people as of yet. Of course, this isn't true, and the methods he uses in order to finish off his targets show how he is not a good guy. Often resulting to torture if he can get close enough, Bullseye is not sane in the least. Although, not in the 'Joker' sense and more in the 'Hannibal Lecter' sense. He can still hold a conversation with you and is quite often seen cracking jokes, but he by and large cannot act like a normal person.

While he prefers working alone, he does not mind working in a team and will often make jokes about or with his team. Often times being more annoying than funny, but still, he finds his approach of being overtly friendly works more than keeping quite and being an asshole to everyone.

When on a mission, Bullseye is as focused as can be. Never taking his mind off of the target for one moment and making sure that his team do not get in his way.

Powers:
Energy Manipulation - A vague term she herself has given to her powers, as Roze is unsure to what extent she can use them. Essentially, she is able to manipulate fields of energy surrounding herself, and turn whatever is at hand into something malleable and immensely strong. Usually, she uses this for shielding and bursts of energy that give her attacks more power. It can also be used for flight, although she prefers not to to use it for that reason, or for anything offensive. Defense is her main ideal when using these mysterious powers. The energy emits an electric blue colour, and the shields are capable of holding back bullets, explosions, water, fire, toxic gases, etc.
In terms of offensive capability, the rare times she has used it for this choice has produced beams of the concentrated energy directed at specific targets. Depending on her strength at the time, the results can range from minor burns and concussions, to total vaporization.
Latent uses of her energy manipulation are believed to enhance her healing. Nothing to save her from a fatal wound, but non-fatal wounds will heal considerably faster than they would an ordinary human.
The shields are also able to hold up considerable weights; however, the heavier the item, the less time she can hold it for.

Weaknesses:
Her weakness lies within her power. There is a certain limit on how much she can use it in a certain amount of time - for example, she would be able to hold off bullets (small or medium sized calibers; larger calibers will take more of a toll) for an unspecified - yet long - amount of time, while being able to fight back or fly away. She can fly indefinitely, if there are no extra factors taking a toll on her. Explosions can be shielded, although massive blasts have been known to knock her backwards. Using her energy in combat can wear her down swiftly, or can take a while to catch up with her, depending on how strong her blasts are.
Sometimes when her energy manipulation is being used too much, her powers will simply stop working for an indefinite amount of time, leaving her fatigued and vulnerable, but still able to provide some help in a combat situation. However, most of the time, the powers will remain, instead taking a toll on her body, and her control over it will become erratic. Hemorrhaging from the nose, eyes and ears will often take place when overuse has occurred (Although still able to fight at this point; recovery takes perhaps a day). However, in more dire consequences, the energy will begin to eat away at the internal structure of her organs, causing blood to be coughed or vomited up. If she continues using it at this point, death is highly probable. Otherwise, recovery takes about a fortnight, with absolutely no power being used.

Other weaknesses include the fact that other than her power, she is still a human. If bullets aren't blocked, they'll do the same amount of damage as they would to a regular person.

Skills:
Acrobatics -
With her line of work as a self-proclaimed Grand Larcenist, being able to enter and exit places through hard to reach openings was a must for the job. Training since a young girl, Roze has shown a natural aptitude for climbing and balancing on the smallest of holds. With high agility and coordination, she can put the best acrobats to shame with the near-impossible feats she has achieved.

Stealth -
Quick and quiet; those were the words she always abided by throughout her life. Anyone can waltz into a bank with a gun and demand cash - she preferred doing it her own way. Going in through gaps in the security that no-one else knew were there, she would steal thousands in the dead of the night without so much as a whisper. She made a point of not touching the cameras, and yet they still couldn't catch her image on them. Along with this she has an excellent knack of opening locks - either electronic, or the good old fashioned ones.

Persuasion and charisma -
Banks weren't her only source of income; she liked to get money in more personal ways. Somehow gaining access to plenty of high-roller parties across the globe, she was always able to get her claws into some rich guy (Or girl; that was one weekend in Paris that she wasn't going to forget), and steal from them without them even realizing it. Well... one mark did, but that's a story for later. Anyway, she was able to lure her marks into a false sense of security, which took some doing with some of them. She could even charm her way through royal security.

Fairly high intellect and social analyzing skills -
Despite a rough childhood, Roze has aspirations. Which meant trying in school, unlike the majority of kids she lived with in her foster home. Perpetually working hard through Elementary and High School, she got good enough grades to gain a Scholarship to University. Although not a particularly famous or prestigious one, she was able to acquire a degree in Psychology, and then continue on her way as a high-class crook. With her college degree, she was able to find better marks, and work out their daily routine and possible actions. This made her job considerably easier, and is always looking on ways to build her intelligence. She also has a knack of remembering general knowledge and whatnot, which has come in handy when disarming some obscure alarm system from the 80's.

Average in hand-to-hand combat and shooting -
Despite her prowess in stealth and agility, it's impossible to avoid conflict with such a dangerous job. So, Roze took classes in how to protect herself. Although not as deadly as the League of Assassins, the small gym club in San Francisco got her into peak condition, showing her the basics of how to protect herself in dangerous situations. Due to her powers, she hasn't invested much time into extending her knowledge of hand-to-hand combat, so if left just with it, she could be taken down fairly quickly. She also learnt how to shoot properly with various weapons - however, she prefers handguns rather than anything too bulky.

Equipment:
Thanks to her powers, she doesn't really carry much in the way of weapons. Two CQB Lighttrail Lightweight Professional handguns sit at either side of her hips, along with two curved blades in hidden sheaths attached to her back. Two long blades about 10'' long are also situated on the outside of each shin.
She also has other items such as wire cutters, high tensile rope, glass cutters, lockpicks, matches, etc.
As a part of her outfit she has also... acquired goggles that allow her to see through various spectrums, including thermal imaging.

  • Unique Physiology: Nananue's amphibious physiology is rumored to come from a variety of sources. Nananue himself insists that his father is the "Shark God". Others state that he is a "Wild Man", a race of humanoid animals. Government officials state that he is nothing more than a "savage mutation" of a genetic experiment gone wrong.
  • Amphibious Nature: King Shark can survive indefinitely under water and for long periods of time on land.
  • Claws: Super-strong claws.
  • Fangs: Super-strong teeth.
  • Superhuman Strength: Monstrous strength, at par, if not slightly stronger, then Killer Croc.
  • Superhuman Stamina: King Shark, when driven to a frenzy (such as when there is blood in the water), is nearly unstoppable.

Skills:

  • Swimming: King Shark is an expert swimmer.
  • Superhuman Durability: King Shark has incredible durability due to his size, strength, and skin. He is resistant to bullets, but not high calibers and above. He can withstand extreme cold, crushing pressures and high levels of blunt trauma.
  • Enhanced Senses: King Shark can see in the ocean floor. He also has an enhanced sense of smell and some sort of sonar that helps him navigate. Furthermore he can identify the place he is (anywhere) on the planet just by tasting the water.
  • Intelligence/Experience: King Shark is as intelligent as a human (though he seems far more animalistic). He can talk normally and also read.

Weakness: On land, King Shark is slow and a huge target. He can run fast for short distances, but not for very long.

Personality: King Shark is ferocious as he is tough, attempting to sink his teeth into anything. He also has a habit of eating human corpses. However he also has a very keen sense of humor and one of his greatest fears is being a vegetarian.
